    @EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

    @EE Had to do it Via Website... your app still isn't right... logged in, entered verification code, then kicks ya back to login... and so on... keeps going back to square 1. Please sort it out. CHX Wimpole.

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?
