    @EE Well no basically the issue was I had high ms on london and paris server and better connection to Frankfurt and even Madrid servers for like 7months I logged on and it was fixed I had really good ms on london and paris but I’ve just been lagging all day and I have no idea why. 🥲

    @EE it’s mobile broadband through an ee data hub as a temporary fix from BT so it is connected to your mobile network towers. Is there a problem with your EE mobile network in AL5???

    Dear @EE please stop misleading ads to tell us you have the best 5G coverage. I can't even get a network in Stansted and it was exactly the same in Gatwick too. If you can't get it work at the airports, just don't do it really.

    @EE please can you respond asap as this is a major problem. I don’t have an EE account as this is via BT while i wait for fibre to be installed so they won’t tell me anything

    Wow @EE just been told that you don’t refund for service outages. So you can’t provide Contacted services for vulnerable customers for 2 weeks but expect them to pay full price. #shocking

    @EE Thanks for coming back to me, only issues was this was 3 months ago, you never answered the DM or email I sent while abroad , so had a phone with no service or use , really poor service.

    @EE How come after been a customer for over 20 years the best deal you can offer me to upgrade my phone is more than double the cost of what it is as a new customer on Vodafone or other providers.
