@EE My Apple Watch Series 6 has drowned. Can you please help? Four calls to 150, visited two stores nobody seems to able to arrange repair/replacement trying to send me back to Apple. Does @MartinSLewis need to remind you of your obligations under the Consumer Rights act 2015?

@EE I have been trying to phone your upgrade team 3 times now and been holding for over an hour then I give up. I have been trying to upgrade my daughters iPad which is due, the iPads say in stock then when I try choose it says choose something else. !! Help!

2FA is great until your network (@ee) wipe your phone unnecessarily when replacing your screen and you find Google Authenticator has no way of restoring codes from lost/broken/network-****** phones.

@EE Cheers Phil. My sim only contract has a way to go, expiring on 4th June 2023. Hopefully, a good deal will be available, otherwise I may have to look at moving to another network or MVNO. Wouldn’t be my first choice, but in these financially strained times, any saving is welcome.
