    @EE It's so frustrating that I can't speak to someone... It's only automated responses and a chat service. Everyone on there obviously don't know the job. I need to talk to someone on the phone.

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    @EE This was useless went into a text loop with a diagnostic BOT 😳, I say it’s the actual phones (instruments) are disconnected. BOT says your line is working well what’s the problem I repeat the answer the BOT repeats the question. On and on and on .. help please

    @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number

    @EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild
