@EE upgraded on 19th December, phone still not arrived after originally saying it could take up to 28 days. Decided to cancel my upgrade and order from Apple directly who have delivered the phone in less than 24 hours. Shambles

@EE Hi, I was speaking to a Loyalty Advisor this afternoon about to finalise a change of tarriff for a line I had before the line d/c (an issue from my side). I've approved the documents via text but can I get confirmation?
