@EE No Glen. Too much hassle. Some service providers offer customers mobile router backup options. That takes over in the event of line failures. But not you I guess? Such poorly maintained infrastructure...

@bt_uk just switched over to BT broadband (with @EE ) but no internet. Equipment worked fine on precious EE connection… help!
