@EE Yes I am able to make it the app won't open and the phone service just cuts out after it tells me there's a problem. Il try the link now. Thanks for the speedy reply

@EE Thank you for the reply. No, they had to go without data, but the nagging died down. I wonder if you would consider, if something like that happens again, to send a very small amount of data to those who rely on being toped up. It would save you upset customers & not cost much.

Its so frustrating dealing with @EE upgrade process. You never seem to get a genuine deal. When i upgrade with @O2 the process is so smooth and stress free and i walk away being a happy customer. @EE don't seem to value long standing customers 😡
