    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars
