@EE I've not once but twice called up and asked for an advisor today and been told I'll be called back, never seems to happen. This is s EE issue as I done my BT contract through EE so I feel it's EE and said original operatives issue.

@EE Can I have manager call me as soon as possible please, I have a an issue that is currently being shurgged off from EE, and passed along, on the phone I'm being passed off and refused to speak to a manager and I'm not happy. If it continues I will be seeking cancellation.
