@EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

Past week or two I’ve had nothing but issues with @EE’s network. Internet either super slow or not working and call quality is terrible. Always comical seeing their advertising campaigns because it’s always BS.

@EE your network coverage around Canary Wharf remains appalling. Having 5G reception but no Internet connectivity isn't a good look at all. It was bad two years ago and still bad today. What gives?

@petersonsheri @mouthwaite @EE Hope you have better luck today, I have worked for a couple of mobile phone companies in customer service and they don’t care, they just want you’re money, I once did a shift and there were so many in the queue, they cut everyone off.......

@EE Morning @EE I've been a customer continuously since the days of Orange and Hans Snook (Google him). Why do I need to port out my number and rejoin through a dealer to get a decent deal on a Note 20 Ultra?
