  @EE would EE consider waiving extra data charges for those of us still with no power since Friday? Especially as we had no phone signal either for 2+ days. We are told we might have power on Wednesday but that is not certain.

  @EE Will try calling or visiting the local shop. Must be an issue with the site though that needs to be looked at, seen some others mention the same issue when we try to use the blue light discount and the T&Cs says it can only be done online.

  @EE - I recently bought a tablet in store on top of an existing contract. I've been told I can't return it due to the Imei number being in my name? Is this true...? This wasn't made CLEAR when getting the tablet. Please help me
