Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

@ThreeUK just lost a long term customer after very poor customer service and them taking money they'd already been paid, so phoned, cancelled contract and now moved over to @EE, Excellent first communication and assistance from them.

@EE can you help? I upgraded my phone to with yourselves and when I send a message now iMessage it sends it from my email? Now it’s saying it’s sending the message to their email address too?
