@A138967 @ThreeUK Made a promise to myself in 2013 that I’d never go with them ever again after their awful service for 2 years and haven’t looked back since. @EE have had my back since. Worth paying extra for decent service.

Nearly 10 days later and nothing has changed except @ee status page has gone from "will fix in 16 hours" to "there's a problem". They've suggested I go back to you and ask about the @Plusnet service I've paid for but am not receiving.

@EE could you please look into the issue with data in the Ysbyty Gwynedd area of Bangor, Gwynedd? I keep reporting it and sometimes I get no issues found or that you’ve fixed it but 2 months in it’s still the same! Shows 4G signal but nothing works and can’t make a call or text!

@EE Ok thanks. If the network in the country am visiting has a 5G network would be able to use it? As thought EE would need to negotiate a 5g roaming with the various operators in other countries and I’ve not seen anything announced to suggest that has happened?

@kuro_furasshu @EE You can cancel without charge as they're increasing above the rate of inflation. Call them and state the above, and that is what you wish to do. If they refuse, tell them you wish to raise a price increase complaint and will be following up with the Ombudsman.

Nice euphemistic email from @EE advising me that my prices are "changing" - ie increasing. Lots of figures but playing down fact the increase is almost 10%!!! Luckily I am a #Sky VIP with @SkyHelpTeam , and @gigaclear have got some good deals so I think I'm going to be ok!

@EE can some please contact me on how I get out of my broadband contract. I moved from Sky and the service so far has been very poor. I had to buy a WiFi extender just to get a better WiFi signal from the hub which is only 10ft

@EE is there an issue with data gifting atm. Been trying to gift data since yesterday with no luck. My fiancé needs me to gift data so he can use his phone for maps so he can get to work tomorrow! Online chat function not working either.
