    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I had my phone stolen on holiday once and before I had chance to cancel my contract the scum had already wracked up £1000+ in calls to countries in Africa, they made me pay those calls even though their had never been calls made by myself to those countries.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I never have a contract. Use giffgaff and monthly goody bag. Can never be overcharged or get into any of these silly situations.

    @RichardHan10809 @MarinaPurkiss @EE You had it for 2 years prior as well. You’re reverting to poor insults to distract from your lack of accountability. Instead of just accepting you didn’t check something for years, and that’s your fault. No one else’s :)

    @EE I asked for the supervisor to call me back when they were free again. this has NOT happened. EE seem to be lacking understanding of how the world works, ie logistics or customer expectations. I'm sad to say i'm still looking for an alternative. END
