Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Friday they said it will be back on in 4-6 hours. It's now Saturday. Are customer service colleagues encouraged to tell untruths?

You’ve turned a mast off in the town centre. There’s little or no signal, 4g and 5g barely works. I’m at home with 1bar. Where as before it was full.

Wayne Patton (@patton_wayne) reported@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.
