    I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

    @EE are your door to door sales teams trained to lie and tell people that “The internet is slow in this area and we’re updating the lines?” Over the last 2 years we’ve had the same from different sales teams. It’s nothing but fraud.

    @MCFC2012 @EE Not sure where you are based but we are in Cheshire with BRSK. Never had an issue with the Wi-Fi since we changed to BRSK.
