@EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

@EE your warranty repair centre seems a bit of a scam, sent in a phone that has been in a case since day 1, apparently now 1 small mark on the spine(9 fold) means it's not covered by manufacture warranty, it's a software issue after the latest update btw.

@EE @MartinSLewis Respectfully, I’m not calling a number to chase this. I’ve followed the instructions in your texts and the label has never arrived. This is an issue on your side and it needs to be resolved without asking me to chase it by phone.

Can you believe that even though I’m in Dallas and my phone is using AT&T, the signal still bounces to @EE in the UK and I have to use a VPN set to Dallas to watch the game? The things we go through for our team #TexasHockey

@EE I want to get a child Safer eSim for my sons phone, do they have their own EE app account to download this or would the account holder need to login on the his phone to set it up? I wouldn't want the child to have access to the main EE account through the app

@EE So I called your very helpful engineering team who told me a mast had been taken out of service for 4 days for engineering work. So my question is why weren’t we told our village would lose mobile phone coverage for 4 days?
