    Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

    @EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

    @MarkyTalk @EE They are crap mate they only care about money forcing staff to sell sell sell even to oap’s during lockdown and after they are shite so is their broadband

    @MarkyTalk @EE Can’t disagree. I’m only with them as I have a historic deal they continue to try and get me to move from. I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree

    @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @EE the broadband is down in my area but can’t check the status of it due to your incompetent way of checking. Tells me a problem is in the area but my connection is fine, if it was fine then my broadband would be working which it isn’t.

    @ee phone mast appears to be down MK1 1SW. Lots of people with EE, no phone signal and no 5G.
