    @EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

    So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time 🤔 Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow

    @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

    @EE Told @EE we want to leave and cancel direct debit, threatened with debt collectors as we are in a 'contract'. Sorry, @EE are the only ones not fulfilling their end of the contract!

    @EE Why can't I get any 4g signal anywhere when I go shopping and have to rely on shops WiFi? You provide a service that isn't fit for purpose at all, absolutely terrible. Are we back in the year 2000?

    @EE There is loads of issues UK wide from 10:30am, I’ve been on to EE since 10:30 this morning and they will arrange for an engineer to come out. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.
