    @EE That’s no good I can text and it wants me to respond to texts that I get. I’m exasperated you have a horrendous use case for you users specifically geared to less people on the phones help customers. Disgraceful

    If you're abroad and your SIM card breaks (or you lose it) you better pray you're not an @EE customer. Absolutely impossible to report it or speak to anyone!

    @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

    @EE hi i just swapped from damage cover to full cover for phone insurance and on my app it stil only shows as damage cover how long will it take to update
