    Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

    @SClash2019 @EE @Apple They've gone dreadful recently, everytime I ring my fiance and also one of my friends who both use EE I struggle to hold a conversation with either of them as their signal constantly break up. It's not my end as I've tried two different sims with the same result!

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    What the hell is going on with @EE service today? My signal is constantly cutting out and reconnecting, talking like every 30 seconds.

    @EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!

    @EE Apparently you have fixed the roaming issue but Im still not connected. I have tried all the 'help' from your AI but nothing has worked, and then that's the end of the conversation! I have no way of calling anyone. What can I do?

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.
