@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

Well thank you @EE for the worst day of customer service have ever had from any organisation in my life. On hold for ages to then have an agent put phone down and then on hold for another couple of hours. Shambolic & useless service of the lowest quality

@EE Hi Jenny, That is not an open seal but a broken seal. The pull tab of the seal are intact. Complained raised with a manager who acknowledged the mistake. Device is going back. @EE seriously fell short this time on both pre-order and launch day.
