    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    @EE I tried that through automated chat but all they said was the signal strength in my area was ok but tried to explain its every area i go to its really poor but the person didnt seem to understand what i was suggesting

    @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.

    @EE I have called this number many times, I’ve replied to the text messages, I’ve done everything EE have suggested and all it’s achieved is frustration, my afternoon wasted and I’m no further ron. So can you get me someone who can fix this without wasting anymore of my time.
