Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

@EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

@EE I was told that I don’t have to do anything if I switch over to BT broadband and it’ll be really easy! Now I’m facing paying termination fee with Sky that you told me that I don’t need to worry about!! I’ll be making a huge complaint if that fee comes out of my account

@EE Been trying to get help all day. Nobody in call centre answering the phone, no answer on social media. Very poor customer service. Being busy is no excuse for not being able to get hold of you all day. Even online chat would do but you don't even do that anymore it appears.

@EE I got an iPhone 14 today and it can’t connect to the EE network, I’ve tried removing my SIM and reinserting it, tried restarting the phone and turning mobile data off and on again but it won’t work…HELP

I don’t care you are busy selling the new iphone, answer the phone to me, repair your faults properly so I don’t get endless dropped calls due to poor signal, respond on your App with a human regards your overcharging from not processing contract change. again. @EE

Hey @EE got a complaint, about the transfer from BT to you. The wrong process was followed and now I’m paying for two lines, and I’m liable for £80 cancellations fee to BT. Do you have an email I can write to? Can’t see anything on your website. Don’t fancy sitting in an IVR.
