  I see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.

  @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

  @EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.
