    Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

    @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!

    @EE I have done this and end up texting the EE bot. How do I cancel this subscription as I’m spending more time trying to fix this problem. I’ve had enough of EE, I was told this would be seamless and trouble free by EE.

    @EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

    @EE Does this include the Android app to log in as keeps asking me to login, i do then loops back to same screen. Also very stuttery

    @EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.
