@EE Thanks Kristen. Dm'ed you my postcode. For anyone reading my tweet thinking whyso rude, this isn't the firsttime I'm having network issue and it just got frustrating when we're supposed to be one the most advanced countries and our 4G connection is terrible

@EE really disappointing that you’ve scrapped the early upgrade fees to all the £60+ monthly phone plans but not to the plan I’d like to upgrade to. Been a loyal customer for 8+ years. Very disappointing when you’re already more expensive than the competition!

@EE None of the current 'offers' even come close to my current plan. It's also disgusting that despite being a customer for many years, you also expect me to start paying the additional 3.9% price increase too!! Loyalty means nothing to you guys. Guess I'm off to @lebara!!

@EE I am stuck in the middle with EE or TGS tnot taking responsibility this is why I have ordered a fixed line fibre service with Troli fibre and will be cancelling our 4 phone and watch lines next month when they are out of contract moving over to another service provider.

@EE Thanks for the advice. However, an hour (and four staff members) later, I've been told you simply can't do me a better deal. So after 10 years of loyalty I need to pay more money or go elsewhere. I'm sorry, but your customer service is tragic.
