@EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

@EE Upgrade phone received smashed and not working on 12th Oct Still here stuck in contract paying for a phone I don't have. Can't reorder or leave Yesterday was promised a 6th person from EE would contact me to help. They didn't. I feel like I'm being trolled at this point

Well @EE have taught me a lesson about loyalty today. I've been a customer of theirs for nine years now. The latest phone I had from them didn't work properly for literally the last year. It has driven me mad. I finally asked for a repair.

@EE So Ee send me an email about my contract coming to an end.I click on the link,I can have the same cost but without the free offpeak calls and it says only half the download speed I receive now.Customer loyalty at its finest.
