    @EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??

    @EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

    @EE you website and app are a nightmare. Can never log in, and now it's saying I'm blocked while trying to view my bill.

    3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. It didn’t happen & I was charged £72.87 for April! It’s infuriating I can’t reach anyone reliable. Please HELP @EE #CustomerComplaint #customerservice #EE

    @EE can you tell me how I can cancel my recent sim-only renewal please? I moved to a capped-speed plan (was on uncapped) and it's absolutely rubbish even for normal browsing

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15 April. Install promised 22 April. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr “updates” that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.
