Impressed with @EE support last night & text based line check with @bt_uk which saw an @OpenreachHelp engineer here first thing to fix a line issue. Less impressed the fault is a result of neighbours ignoring a cable marker, digging it out, and then cutting said cable!

My router dropped out, one call to @EE and they are sending out a replacement as well as upping my phone data so I can hotspot in the meantime... best customer service always.

@ThreeUK and @EE defo have the worst service!! Avoid them at all costs! If I could cancel my EE contract early I would! ..Had me teaching my lessons in the car today because I had zero service in my house. Literally had to drive around my borough trying to find enough bars
