@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@Femi_Sorry @EE What are you scared of? Do you fear that GB news might appeal to lots of voters? Do you fear they might ridicule what you believe in? How would you feel if someone tried to cancel your favourite news outlet?

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

.@EE I will be joining the throng of people ditching your service due to the appalling decision to increase charges by more than 17%. Because you can do something doesn’t mean you should. I’ve been a customer for 25yrs. You should be ashamed.

@LimeGreenConslt @EE Honestly- i’m tied in until November. I’ve been a customer since the old Orange days on my first mobile as a teenager. This is totally unacceptable and what a way to take advantage during a cost of living crisis. I can’t believe they can justify this

@EE hi. Is internet down in FY5? All lights green on router but devices show no internet connection?
-
NickAP
(@Nicklikesrum) reported
@EE @theratcliffe82 That’s the thing though - you’re not investing in the network, you’re asking customers to pay for it instead. 14.4% increase is NOT justifiable at all, it’s sheer profiteering.

@EE I can't even get a decent signal in my house. Hopefully the investment in your networks, services & technology will rectify this🙄

@EE Load of bollocks. How much profit did you make last year. Investment but your service is shocking. Getting worse year on year

@HowesTheBacon @EE Bin them off. They’re breaking their contract anyway. Greedy gets. I’m also on EE and I will be an ex customer as soon as I get that notification.

Two things that are pissing me off today: * I now pay 4.5% interest on my mortgage (£500 extra p/m) yet my savings account is still only 1.5% * @bt_uk & @EE are charging 3.9% ON TOP of the 10.5% CPI inflation figure. That's a 15% hike. Why? The whole damn thing is rigged.

@EE 14.4% + 3.9% on a "fixed" term contract i took out in December, on the premise of "better availability" Can someone let me know if this 14.4% as its not part of the "reasonable" annual increase, can it be used to cancel the contract without fees?

@EE think its time i change my network 14% increase! what a joke i hope other customers leave too!
