@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@HarryHowells90 @EE I’m with EE, had loads of issues prevoiusly because of a faulty router and it took the best part of a year to be fixed due to the intermittent nature of it

@EE Thank you to the Customer Service team on Twitter. I had a frustrating time with #EE Monday due to contradictions, lip service and overall poor customer service. However yesterday and today via DMs and a call from Charlotte you have restored my faith in EE.

@EE The cause has since been repaired last night, can you put forward that a mask be installed in the area of rg224ss area please as signal is not great at best of times
