  • McIntosh141 Brian (@McIntosh141) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

  • ItsSimplyWifi Simply Wifi (@ItsSimplyWifi) reported from Inverness, Scotland

Outside EE store in Inverness. 3 employees sat doing nothing 2 customers allowed in shop. A outside. Poor service @EE

  • RonaJCampbell1 RonaJCampbell (@RonaJCampbell1) reported from North Kessock, Scotland

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

  • RonaJCampbell1 RonaJCampbell (@RonaJCampbell1) reported from North Kessock, Scotland

@EE what’s going on re outage? No internet access all day. I’m just outside Inverness.

  • fizzy1021 Stefan Vass (@fizzy1021) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE I just received a text from EE saying my bill will be increasing by £12.59 a month from March.. that’s a pretty big increase. From what I can see, no other network provider seems to be doing an increase anywhere near amount. If this is the case, think it’s time for a change..

  • Greenwolf305 Josh Moore (MacTavish) (@Greenwolf305) reported

Genuinely hoping to see customers leaving @EE in the thousands after this price increase. Can’t wait to find literally any other network

  • Stevie_Shaw Steven Shaw (@Stevie_Shaw) reported

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk EE tried to sucker me in to get BT as my internet provider. Glad I turned them down

  • tat290584 Christopher Hancox (@tat290584) reported

    @EE Yer no problem

  • HobdenSiobhan Siobhan Hobden (@HobdenSiobhan) reported

@EE feeling disappointed with the service I've received. Been waiting over a week for a code to unlock a handset purchased through you guys despite the claims of instant unlock on your website. Can we get a move on please? So far I don't have what I've paid for!

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

@emstusimba @EE Unfortunately, It appears that they don't care about people with any form of issues, I'm considered neurodiverse, I've had hell for the last few months without a fully working device. Now they are trying to charge me £100 to upgrade 4 days early whilst refusing me my pac codes.

  • PcPcole44 Peter Cole (@PcPcole44) reported

@EE I don't think transparency or direct contact with customers is the issue. It's the level of increase at around 15% that is appalling.

  • JPWR_1984 Jay (@JPWR_1984) reported

@EE The old copy and paste corporate bollocks. I understand maybe 1 or 2 quid but not £8 just like that. You say about investment yet still can’t get a 3G, 4G or a 5G signal in parts of St Albans yesterday. As I said, won’t be renewing after more than 15 years custom.

  • mdelibeg Mirela Delibegovic (@mdelibeg) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE no broadband/Internet in West end of Aberdeen. Is there a serious problem and when will it get resolved? Work deadlines are pressing. Thanks

  • dnlphlptt Dan (@dnlphlptt) reported
