@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Hi, I’m trying to find out when my current broadband contract with EE comes to an end? I’ve logged in to my account and looked under my Plan Summary but it just says my Plan is active and it is a 24 month contract but there are no start or end dates? Can you help?

@EE Hi Neil - thank you for answering my questions, very helpful. It looks like I'm better off staying out of contract and paying my £30.98 per month. Will take another look after the March price rises. P.S. did you pick up my note about the price increase link not working? Thanks

@EE In the vain hope that EE read this.....Your broadband sucks! Three engineer visit, 3 new routers & still I have outages. Screen grabs available but no way to email them. That's so annoying!

@EE I’ve just got a new iPhone 14 having previously had in iPhone X. I’m an ee customer. Do I automatically get 5G or does it depend on my contract?

@EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.
