@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

Good luck to the sales teams at @EE tomorrow. Even though I work for the Broadband/TV side of BT/EE these guys do everything to give customers the best service and value. IL be calling up at 1 to get my order in for the 17 Pro Max

On paper @EE have great customer service but the promises and delivery side have really let me down. No internet for 3 days, then promised a new modem by today. Wasted a day's leave and Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package that should be with me today 👍

@EE hey, despite you texting me, emailing me and pinging me through the app, it seems you don't want to offer me an upgrade to the Pixel 10 Pro - as every time I try it, the process errors out

@EE what is with the broadband outage? I’m at my partners flat, I can’t do anything as his internet has been playing up the last 2 days and I’m just sat here. Internet isn’t working at all so no TV either… What is going on?

@EE 3 days of work lost which I have no issues with but to be told I'll have a new modem today, and the tracking number still shows royal mail are still expecting the package. I'll now have to use more leave due to being unable to work and sit and wait for a delivery.
