@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE £100 to upgrade phone a month early so I can have another contract for a further 2 years. Hmmm. So the plan is cancel contact from money grabbing salesman and go somewhere else.

@EE Hi, is there a known outage in Darlington area? I've had no mobile data since yesterday - have rebooted phone to no luck. Regular calls and texts work fine.

@EE Awesome, now if you could focus getting a decent signal in central Scotland (Shotts) rather than the constant 1-2 bars I’ve been getting since we moved here last November that’d be cool. - iPhone 12 Pro.

I have got to say, other companies can learn from @EE's customer service! Phoned up with what I thought was an odd request, the agent on the phone said "Nope that's fine, we can do that" and in less than a minute she had sorted my problem! Thank's Amber from the Business team!
