    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE Just look at your poor coverage in the G83 area especially. No need for diagnostics. It's poor and been that way for a couple of years. Awful service.

    @EE Could someone please explain why my bill has been taken several days early!? I've incurred bank charges as a result. Tried to call you but just got the usual 'we're experiencing high call volumes' line. Wishing I never took this contract! Nothing but problems...

    @EE what system issues are you having now? All I seem to do is get annoyed at your app not working. Very helpful! Once I'm out of contract I'll be finding a more reliable service.

    @EE I’ve changed my provider and have one of your routers. I was told on phone that you couldn’t send a Jiffy bag out for equipment as I didn’t cancel by phone and to take it to my local recycling centre. I don’t have a car and am not allowed to visit on foot. 1/2

    @EE Please help me. As of last night, I have zero signal and am currently relying on wifi. I changed SIM plan two days ago and has been fine, now I cannot make/receive any calls even at home. I need my phone for work.
