@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE My EE app is not working. Just get a message saying that improvements are being made. Tried reinstalling. Still not working. Is this a known issue?

@EE Honestly I've never known signal as bad. Can't go in any building without signal loss, can't have more than a few minutes call without hang ups. Atrocious for 2022. Newest phone out and still awful. Tried on other phones and awful. Can't be just me,anyone else? Need to switch

@EE Yes I've managed to work it out now however my work (samsung) is providing today the new samsung galaxy watch5. So I'm going to give the 4 to my partner to use with her ee contract as its a contracted watch. Will give it a shout if have any issues pairing it up.

Despairing with @EE broadband. 3 engineers, 1 missed appointment, several hours in my home and countless phone calls (inc a sales call whilst I’ve an unresolved complaint) - the problem STILL isn’t fixed. Anyone else’s setup just drop and restart like the plug has been pulled?

@EE The 'dedicated channel' for me is the two people who have told me to contact them directly, people who have dealt with the disability issues on my account for three years. Ensure the CEO deals with this, please.
