@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@maurice_1960 @EE it's been awful. been on to them 4 times now. don't get me wrong they have been trying but it's just getting silly! to be honest I doubt I will be with them after this contract after the 14 per cent increase!

@EE I currently cannot make a single phone call, and no one can contact me, I have 1 bar of signal in the house & rely on wifi calling but it’s not working despite having full wifi. The only person I can successfully call is the speaking clock.

@EE You want an honest opinion? Your company simply ups cost over inflation plus a percentage. I am seeing an over 8% increase with nothing in return. Same as always. Your customer service also critiqued other customers over resolving. Horrid company. Leaving as soon as I can do!

@EE Cannot afford a great weekend after you whacking the prices up by 14% I have been with you since 2009 and I am going elsewhere as soon as my contract is up. Just because you can put the prices up, doesn't mean you should. Putting greed over customer loyalty is not a good look.

@EE never will I use EE. My friend who works in care has been left with a nearly £800 phone bill. She has made a complaint which EE decided to close 4 times without resolution! They are being so unhelpful and keep being difficult for the sake of it. It's disgusting.

@EE @JOOPERS2014 @EE Same. No signal at home. Increased prices. End of contract. Leaving. I can’t see any benefit to customers of taking out a 24 month contract now it has a variant price clause.. ..especially one that at the time of taking out the contract is unpublished/unknown and volatile

@EE just had my first bad customer service experience with EE after trying to see if I can do anything to my plan to soften the price increase. Unhelpful and backchatting in retentions and now feel trapped! Funny how one bad experience after years of loyalty can knock your trust!
