@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@DesTidbury @EE I’m currently going through the same. WiFi box constantly flashing orange. Took 10 days to resolve last time. Sent all around the country, from Cardiff Sunderland. Each time I had to re-explain the issue 🤬

@EE I tried that and was put onto an auto text bot. The text bot told me the problem was ongoing but your app/website says ‘there is a problem and it is expected to be fixed by 9.28 on the 3rd. This is poor comms. At what point can we get compensation for lack of service?

@EE I joined 15 days ago. Have had service for 5 at best. I'm leaving your fraudulent operation. I don't do gas lighters as well as you turning off the service in its entirety with no warning or alternative. no thank you. I'm done with mediocre trying to tell me it's great

@EE is there some reason that your service is down in the Clapham area again? Third outage in as many days and weeks. You'd turned off the 4g mast and have let the 5g mast become totally overloaded trying to compensate. Some customer service staff are honest! Fraudsters

@EE Has anyone else experienced dreadful 😬 customer service from EE? Since I’ve been with them nothing but trouble, especially with TV package. It’s now the 4th month in a row that they have got my bill wrong. Despite numerous phone calls they still haven’t got it right! Help!!

@EE hi there, I am in Kent and have been without internet for a few hours now, the diagnostic bot says there is an area issue but I can’t find any information about this area issue. Is it with EE or the Kent area generally? Any indication as to when it might be fixed? Thanks.

@EE @ee ive just spoken with your complaints team they are horrendous and have no abilty to find a solution. Just lies, misinformation. Would have recieved more empathy and consideration from an AI bot. I'll be contacting the ombudsman
