    @EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    @Femi_Sorry @EE I pay for quite a few mobile contracts. I will not spend that money with any telephone company that gives in to calls to cancel ANY media outlet. No #CancelCulture

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    Hey @EE just thought I'd let you know that the internet you tried to gaslight me about being repaired on the 16th after gaslighting me about how it was working normally since the 4th that you now claim might be fixed for real on the 27th went down four times today.

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    @EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    @EE It’s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what I’m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?
