@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

Yet another day without internet and a second missed appointment. The first didn’t even go through to Openreach due to @EE error and the second did not even come through to us. Been down since Thursday morning. Third appointment made for tomorrow.

@brroookee @EE The communication from EE has been so poor, had to chase to get an order number, order number isn’t tracking the phone. Being told one minuite they are aiming to deliver launch day then it’s actually 3 working days from launch.. it’s just a mess

@EE I tried to call 150 - no answer I tried via the app - can’t find a answer to my issue Tried the WhatsApp - just a bot & get stuck in the wrong thread and can’t find answer DM’d you and it’s just a default answer repeated as response So can you actually help me now!!

@EE I am an older customer,bi didn't really want a Bt/EE joint enterprise, I didn't understand and when I phoned to renew I was just confused, couldn't understand and because I didn't understand the various contracts I ended up confused and I signed for something that isn't right.
