@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@EE my uk sim is giving me the error that's its no longer provisioned. I called your helpline it said due to inactivity its been shut down. All my apps/banking stuff linked to that number. I've not been able to return to the UK due to the travel ban/pandemic. Could u please guide
