@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Hi, I was wondering if there were any problems in the SS11 area as I’ve had no Wi-Fi for about an hr & my router is just flashing aqua blue. I’ve tried rebooting it a couple of times but still the same. Thanks.

@EE I ordered a new phone from you due to an upgrade through bt. Firstly you said I had received the phone but I hadn't. After a 72 hour investigation and 20 hour phone time on my side you agreed I had not. You have now sent me a broken phone. I've been to ee stafford who refused

@EE technical support cut me off after 30 minutes waiting! I ring back to an answerphone saying they are committed to excellent customer service! Now told to hold for 40 mins! How rubbish is that?

@EE It's just a very poor signal in Middleton, Lancashire! I've reported it loads of times, but nothing ever happen, all I get is a text saying its taking longer than expected to resolve! The reply I've been getting over the past year every time I complain

@EE Hi i am on holiday in the US and have zero network. Can't text or phone anyone. All I can do is use the hotel wifi. My data roaming is on but i cannot text 150 as it says I am not registered on network. Please help as I need to call my 84 year old dad in the UK

@EE what's happened to my elderly mums sim card? You've switched it to emergency only!! She needs the phone for #EMERGENCIES ie so I can get hold of her of she cage answer the landline! THIS IS HER #LIFELINE! She has credit so please sort it out!

@TonyEdward12 @EE You have a contract and it’s not ee’s fault the phone was stolen. The entitlement is unreal. I had my phone stolen 5 years ago and I’d never think to put blame on my provider or make it their problem.
