    @EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE Hi 👋 are you able to advise potential customers the likely speeds will be in their area? I hear your average speeds on 4G are around 36 Mbps (nationally) which is a massive improvement on what my current network provides. 🚀📶

    @EE Your customer service is beyond a joke. Loyal customers mean nothing to you, do they? Can't wait until I no longer have to pay you a penny! Spent hours on your live chat to resolve an issue, they were no help!

    @EE your 150 number isn’t letting me speak to an actual human. I put in my new SIM card topped it up and made a call as I was told to activate the pack, however this hasn’t activated the pack and just taken credit from me so now the pack won’t activate. Can you help please?

    @EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬

    @EE took out plan in January for Samsung Galaxy Watch, after 5 months, 2 repairs from Samsung and a lot of headaches, I contacted yourselves to return the watch as clearly its not working as its supposed to. But being constantly told that as its over 30 days, you can't help
