@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.

@EE Can anyone help me? Had a new phone delivered Thursday, sim card does not work and call centre say it could take 7 to 10 days or even more for it to work. Never had this, I'm now stuck with a brand new phone that cannot make phone calls! Not happy, hope someone can respond.

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

@EE trying to register on my EE but once you've completed online form it says service temporarily unavailable
