@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Why have you got different numbers that Charge us?!? That’s awful. So I called to lower my Bill due to Payment Issues - And have now been slapped with a £17.03 Charge. Might as well have kept my Higher Monthly Payment.

@EE Hi, Just a bit of feedback, can you ask the tech support team not to bombard callers with trying to be new contracts/phones for 80% of the call? I'm there to get help with an technical issue not try and be talked out of hundreds of pounds on stuff I don't want/need

@EE Really frustrated as I've called customer services 3 times this morning, spoken to an adviser and all 3 calls have been cut off after 10-15 minutes. Been told you need "further information to complete my order" but nobody stays on the phone long enough to help 🤯

@EE Further help !!!!! , EE can't fix my device which is within the manufacture warranty period, I wish EE would help instead of treating me with utter contempt
