@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@EE Hi there. I am particularly disappointed by your service. I have had a fault on my broadband, reported on Saturday. I need a power cable sent out for my wifi hub. I have so far had four conversations, each giving me different information on when I will receive a new cable!

@EE hello! I was just on the phone to one of your team, he processed my number transfer before he could explain the next steps (as the call cut off) and I now don’t have any service to call again. I really need my phone to be working tomorrow, should it work soon? Thanks
