@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

Outside EE store in Inverness. 3 employees sat doing nothing 2 customers allowed in shop. A outside. Poor service @EE

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@EE I have never in my life had such appalling service. We have wasted 10 working days waiting in for our parcel, spent over 5 hours on the phone to you and STILL have not received my replacement phone!!! So crap!

@EE My EE account says im ready to upgrade, but the upgrade option on the site doesn't work. There is Shop, Upgrade, Account. All work except Upgrade. On clicking Shop, the page tells me I can't add anything extra to my account?

@EE I keep getting these messages saying there is a problem then get this one. MyPlace update: The problem near Home has now been fixed, we recommend you restart your device. If you have already done this and are still having problems, please call us on 150. Can you advise ?

@EE just had an idea for the new year. Good broadband is dependent on your income. How about introducing a service where us customers can add a few pound a month extra on our bill to accommodate increase those on a less fortunate income? Just a thought 🤔

Just a tweet to let @EE & @DPDgroup_news that you are the worst for deliveries! ‘Attempted’ to deliver a parcel and didn’t even tell me / update me that you had - or even tell me it was out for delivery on the app? Had to call EE to find out where the parcel even was! Shambles

@EE I bought a PS5 through add to plan 2 months ago and my controller is faulty (not working in game but fine in PS menu). Am I able to send for repair through EE or do I have to go via Sony?
