    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @Femi_Sorry @EE I pay for quite a few mobile contracts. I will not spend that money with any telephone company that gives in to calls to cancel ANY media outlet. No #CancelCulture

    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    @EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

    @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤
