    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    Outside EE store in Inverness. 3 employees sat doing nothing 2 customers allowed in shop. A outside. Poor service @EE

    @EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE I can’t seem to access my account either via iPhone app or website, I am continually being asked to ‘create account’ and register and mobile number? Are these known issues??
