@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@Femi_Sorry @EE I pay for quite a few mobile contracts. I will not spend that money with any telephone company that gives in to calls to cancel ANY media outlet. No #CancelCulture

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE I've been a customer since 2009 and am now due my upgrade but the prices seem to have went really high! I used to get a loyalty discount every month but at my last upgrade I was told you no longer off this 😢 Is there any offers available for existing customers??

@EE Hi @EE .. the app for my account tells me I haven’t any texts or phone minutes left. And only 100mb of data left. Not one of these pieces of information are correct. Anyone else have the same issue? C’mon, #EE ! Get a grip..
