    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE Already have but this is on going and you provide a terrible service. Why should I pay for a service I am not getting it’s just lucky I have broadband at home but not while I’m out and I pay for not having it

    @EE good old customer service living upto its normal standard. Raise 3 complaints. Meant to have a callback from a manager -even gig agent to text arrangement as proof knowing you’re history and nothing!! Seems loyalty mean nothing having been a customer 20 years.
