    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

    @WoodUksparky137 @EE on my last contract renewal I decided to do a sim only contract then PX my phone with back market for a nearly new one, my contract with EE went from nearly 70 a month to 22, I'll never buy the phone with contract again

    I’m fed up of paying @EE a stupid amount of money for internet that is inconsistent, slow and absolutely garbage all round I would not recommend them to anyone!

    @EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!
