@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE There is nothing to sort, well there is, at your end. When it's busy 5G doesn't work even with a full signal

@EE hi! I recently bought a mobile plan for my #GalaxyWatch4 LTE. I ran through set up, but then said mobile plan cannot be activated, but I'm being charged for it. What gives? Can I cancel the watch plan if its not going to connect?

@EE I had a GDPR breach and was told it was be investigated/compensated and I have heard nothing, disgusting customer service!! Sent my details to a different customer completely unacceptable
