@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@bt_uk @EE No idea what is wrong with you. Since you merged nothing but problem after problem constant admin problems. Perhaps start with making it mandatory that your reps make notes as instructed rather than infer that I am lying. Pathetic service and you now want an increase

@EE @EE The issue has been ongoing for over two months at postcode OL16 5AS.I am again requesting this to be treated as a formal complaint and I want cancellation of my contract without penalty, along with a refund/bill credit for the affected period.

@DavesMateAl @TimHarford @EE It's the best network Well, used to be... Depending on masts etc. Call them and say you want the best value or SIM only and sort it out that way. It complicates it to link to broadband but makes sense if out of contract with no plans to move house.

@EE I've just spoken to someone on 150. She said the platforms have been down for months for some people. The website as you must know is dreadful. Always crashing. I was told if I want to check any account details I have to call 150 and they would email me!
