@EE Hi my literal problem is that I cannot get thru to an operator on that line because the first thing it asks is my EE number. To reiterate, I do not know it. How do I speak to an operator on that line? This is such an ordeal I’d rather just cancel and go for a better operator.

@EE Had a 4GEE WIFI mini for almost 12 months and it's never worked. I've phoned up a couple of times and had charges cancelled and then I keep getting charged again for something that never worked. Lots of issues with these devices but no solution it seems...

@EE thank you very much for being the caring compassionate company you profess to be. My daughter has had numerous issues and now you have cut her phone off completely. Baring in mind she has Preaclampsia and high blood pressure a poorly toddler and I am 100 miles away.
