    @EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

    After 30 years with @EE t mobile and mercury decided to jump ship as the best deal they could offer was double the price of another provider. Guess it dont pay to be a loyal customer any more

    @EE this is my internet yet again. It’s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

    @suzycoos @redpillb0t @EE I could tell you horror stories about comcast cable. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.

    @EE a lot of my apps have stopped working saying they can't be used in this country. I don't use a VPN. Is there a known issue with the network

    @EE I ain't calling you as I do not want the call to be recorded or wait on hold for two hours like you usually do. I don't owe any money towards you, it isn't my fault your customer service agent forgot to cancel it

    A bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay £96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads
