@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE Been a customer of Orange/EE for 16 years and over the last couple of days it's impossible to speak to someone. You pay a premium for EE I would expect better.

Discussed an issue at length for TWO HOURS to be then be told to ring the customer service line which is closed!! @EE technical error or not, adequate customer service should not be limited to phone calls. Why have live chat?!

@ee Are there issues with 5G in the west midlands (specifically WV14)? I usually get a strong amd fast 5G signal, but its been 4G only for a few days (at least)

@EE appalling service. No answer on twitter, no answer on DM's. Sent the complaint form, tried to phone me back once whilst at work, hoped for a follow up email... nothing. No follow up call back either. And now no answer. This how you treat customers of 20+ years service

@virginmedia Upgrading to a sim only tariff as ee network mask outdated there words but they failed to tell me that would knock my phone insurance out and to wait till mask is fixed oh and to call @EE customer services but that ain't great they have issues today and tried that yesterday.
