    @EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

    Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

    @EE It’s not a 1 off, it seems to be every time. It’s really bad that you are unable to provide a reliable service directly opposite the BT/EE HQ in London!
