@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE Thanks for the further reply. Knowing people are on-site not in a queue for engineering resource is good to know. I'm just wary of subjective references without measurement. I understand an estimate may not be met, unanticipated issues always arrive, an expected fix may not.

@EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!
