@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE you need to fix your wifi, I cannot even connect to my wifi in my own room, i have to use my 4G just to get online. I even had to buy a 10 metre ethernet cable just so i can connect to my PC. cmon guys, I need my good wifi back.

@EE I’m trying to switch my AppleWatch plan to just an esim as I’m now out of the minimum term.The letter says to go to my online account for options - but I cannot find the options. Online chat is not available and I don’t want to call. Is there a change of any help if possible!

@RealMattLucas @EE I agree it could be fraud. Raise a complaint to EE and contact action fraud to log it also. Stay in touch with EE at least once every 28 days and if its not resolved after 8 weeks, complain to the communications ombudsman 🙃

@EE my phone has been unable to make phone calls since last week. Same with my husband’s. Apparently it’s a local issue - any ideas when it’s going to be fixed? Getting annoying now!
