Hi @EE my broadband cuts out every time it rains. I can't get in touch with you on the phone and the text service doesn't give me the option to enter an account number and doesn't recognise my mobile number because it's not an EE number. How do I access technical support?

@EE ‘UK’s best network’ having spoken to your teams a few times this last 2 days I can confidently say that is a strong comment when all they do is hang up, end conversations or say ‘ye I think so’ or ‘it looks like it’ I just want a direct answer on how to leave EE and how much?

@EE @ShaunSheepy Apparently the bars at the top do not tell you about the signal strength according to the technical guy I spoke to when having similar trouble!

@EE No I was so disgusted by your No service I cut the SIM and will never ever deal with EE again. Oh and I write as once the Managing Director of Mobira Talkland so DO know a bit about mobile service provider customer provision...

@EE Well, I have tried to update my address many times in the last 15 months and your app won’t let me. I have looked at your sim only deals and I can find it cheaper with Plusnet who use your network. Why tell me you are going to charge £67 per month when I can pay £10?
