@EE Hi Russ I'm paying £38.00 for a service that a neighbour has just told me he got a lot cheaper. As a loyal customer of many years I'm a tad hacked off..

I'm gonna leave @EE. I need real tech support. This DM reporting for help is crap. What's a good network to jump on folks? I need a reliable network for 3 lines unlimited calls, and +100GB per month, totalling under £110 for all 3.

@EE I really don’t give a flying f… rats *** !!!! @EE became the most arrogant most greedy most disrespectful company ever ! Why can’t u take a responsibility and find out why I’m angry with ur customer service? What made me so angry ? Why don’t u investigate instead of treating me!

Can I end my contract with @EE early if I'm not receiving the service I paid for?

@EE *Cue the classic Karen comment* "I've been a loyal customer..." Blah blah... I am legitimately disappointed in EE service when I was abroad in Amsterdam last month. I thought I had free EU-roaming but I had no 4G whatsoever (unexpectedly) in a foreign country...

@EE Already did that last month and it didn't work. Don't worry it's all sorted as the customer service team sorted it for me when I was calling to get my pac code generated

@EE You haven’t replied to my message from yesterday about not having signal in BA9 for two days and counting.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@bt_uk I had visited @EE store and signed a 36.99 for 1 year contract. #False promise, didn't get the deal I signed. Contracted customer care & they're unable to view my request. #NeedResolution.

Whilst I love @giffgaff it’s starting to get more than a little bit annoying when I’m busy areas with decent 4G signal I still don’t get any internet! I suspect the masses on actual @EE proper get priority. What network does @SkyUK Mobile use I wonder?

@EE Not too often now I've watched it guzzle 800MB in one go! I just get curious in different areas (impressive network. I tried moving to the red logo people for a bit and kept seeing 3G like it's 1999 again so am back)
