@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

Received an E-MAIL from @EE saying there's a problem with my Pay Monthly billing details and if I don't rectify them I'll be disconnected. As I'm Pay-As-You-Go with them other than because it's a #Scam E-MAIL is there any other reason I received it? 🤔 No I think you'll find!

@EE I really wouldn't put ee and reliable in the same sentence.. the mast in the CF48 area constantly has issues.. to the point where I can't even be bothered to call to get compensation anymore because it feels like I'm taking advantage 🤷

@EE Hi, sorry for late reply as I've been working. I've fixed the issue now. I've uninstalled the ee app and added a new one and all works fine.

@EE 2/2 2 upgrades and the wrong one sent out according to CS. Several weeks ago I attempted to upgrade again and never received it. Last week agent says she would resolve it, then gets text saying handset Rec yet no credit on my account and now my credit report has been marked

@EE what's happening in Bristol, your service has dropped out 7 times in the last hour and a half, this is happening to often over the weeks since New Year. Are you unable to deliver a service?

@EE Unfortunately due to a mask having been faulty in our area for the past eight months I get horrendous signal and service from EE which makes calls almost impossible. Can this not be dealt with via chat or email? Because I do agree it is a very large jump in price
