Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

Your level of service is going down at the same rate your bills are going up.

It has literally just switched off at 8.30am How can it be working fine all evening and then just cut out? This is as dodgy af. Until I got Wi-Fi from you I thought you were amazing.
