@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

I'm gonna leave @EE. I need real tech support. This DM reporting for help is crap. What's a good network to jump on folks? I need a reliable network for 3 lines unlimited calls, and +100GB per month, totalling under £110 for all 3.

@ee ... So naturally I was screwed and very disappointed. I accepted that I may have made a mistake/incorrect assumption... So, I then paid an extra £15 to get some data I could use in the NL. This did not fix my situation - and I have been charged for a service... (2/3)

@EE Ok so my partner has BT Sport Ultimate through her EE benefits, we’ve yet to be able to use it as we can’t get logged onto it and doesn’t recognise her account, we keep getting fobbed off by EE and BT and can’t find a solution, can anyone help?

There’s this one spot on my way to work the phone signal always goes down. Every day without fail snd yet I’ve still not learned not to be on a call there. So random. @EE #EE #SIGNALFAILURE

@EE Not too often now I've watched it guzzle 800MB in one go! I just get curious in different areas (impressive network. I tried moving to the red logo people for a bit and kept seeing 3G like it's 1999 again so am back)

So I'm in a weird predicament, @EE have been charging me for Amazon prime every month. And so have @AmazonUK @PrimeVideo I should have picked up on this sooner but still, all I want to know, who's giving me my money back??? Both customer services are pointing at each other. Wtf?!
