@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Have @VodafoneUK seriously just stopped proving wifi on the underground with no warning at all?! This has to be a joke right?! 🤯 Oh @EE I should never have left you! Only two months in and my new relationship has soured! Take me back?! 💔

@EE absolute ****, tried contacting your service over the phone, ****, tried chat on your website, ****, my signal has been ‘dreadful for 5-7 days and all I’ve had is a brush off or no reply(possibly down to my signal being ****), I’ve been with we/orange for over 13 years. 💩

@EE I’ve added the ultimate by sport but how do I get the free google chrome cast as on the phone said go in store so did that and they couldn’t help either.

Help Request @EE #EE I have a 4G WiFi dongle thing and am now using it on a new laptop. It's about to run out & needs me to top up credit. What is the LOCAL URL I should point it at? It defaulted on the old dead laptop, but I don't know if it will now? Is it a numerical IP?
