  • GavinB77
Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

  • GavinB77
Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland

@EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

  • pippa_wild
Pippa jane wild (@pippa_wild) reported from Dykehead, Scotland

@EE everything ok? My partner and I are getting terrible signal over the past few days.

@cuppymusic Don't worry I will get it from my network provider @EE

  • korsikoff
Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

  • hertscooke
Lee Cooke (@hertscooke) reported from Royston, England

Come on @EE get this sorted out! A loyal customer being treated like this isn’t good for your PR....

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

  • RonnyDavies
Ronny Davies (@RonnyDavies) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Guessing you lost your network again @EE just because there is a football match on. You really should invest in your network or pay me compensation for buying your inferior network it would be cheaper I imagine G51

  • paul1310
Plot 20 Drybridge (@paul1310) reported from Herefordshire, England

Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

  • HelenBruwn
Helen Brown (@HelenBruwn) reported from Penrith, England

When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.
