Not amused !!

Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

Mike E (@MikeeTHFC) reported@bt_uk It says no known issues, but whenever I try to switch provider, including yourself or upgrade my package with @EE , it says you can offer me 70+mbps but when I get to checkout it goes down to 30 and EE said this was due to this “issue” your fixing.
