@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE Well I am a long term customer and I don’t think the price increases are fair, stop patronising your customers as well. FYI many broadband suppliers have in there T&Cs not to increase prices for the term on the contract.

@EE called you 3 days running to be told you’re “experiencing higher than normal” support calls from customers. I’d suggest if it’s happening every day then that is entirely normal and you’re just not employing enough people? So long as shareholders are getting their profits eh?

@EE had issues with my WiFi since Sunday, called up every night since - good customer service 3/4 times. But I have yet to have the issue fixed, not the best service by EE.

@EE Hi Is the £30 for 100 gb data , unlimited calls x texts available to existing PAYG customers ? My wifi is down x im waiting to go with another company so i need a lot more data this month .
