@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE Try getting 4g working in towns properly first. I live in a main town in Hertfordshire and have one bar of signal and it constantly drops out.

@EE left us with no 4GEE or mobile coverage for over a month, refunded my payments for giving no service, and now you want 50% increase on broadband cost? Forget it - am moving all services away as contracts end
