@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE so, we have been without signal all of this week & a couple of days last week. Not good service at all. No excuses. It happens all the time now with no apologies & or compensation. I have been an EE/Orange customer since 2003 & this is the thanks we get!

@ThreeUKSupport I can see @EE are replacing all #Huawei mast technology in Hull to comply with new regulations. Are you going to do the same and will this cause a lot of downtime on the network? Thanks..

@EE hi on Wed we had a complete network loss, and your status checker had a report on this, today its going down constantly but your status checker states it cannot provide an update for the postcode. Any ideas?
