@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE Thanks Jo. I've done just that. A quick enquiry as a result, my broadband now needs the attention of an engineer tomorrow morning and is not working until then. I've a few things I need to do via 4g on my phone as a result that I needed to do from my broadband...
