@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Why are @EE and @BTCare customer services such a bin fire? They can’t even handover a contract between (effectively) themselves and have ended the tv service early so we’re currently missing the @LeicesterTigers game which is the only reason we’re going near BT in the first place

@EE hey I’m in Mexico and paid the £10 for roaming add on. I can’t get any service. When I try to turn enable roaming on on app it says error and to text 150. I can’t text as I have no service!

@EE VERY disappointed that my next day delivery replacement SIM that I asked for in-store on Tuesday (due to bureaucratic craziness from you and the DVLA - I didn't have this issue with Three) has failed to arrive even today

@EE after ringing discussing and ordering a sim for my teen to have phone for emergency calls to us- ee sent us a data only sim_ it's a phone ! They are for making calls!!! Now we discovered its impossible to cancel outside of 9_5mf _buck your ideas up

@EE so I have had the worst service yet from EE considering I have been a customer for 12 plus years was hoping to get an upgrade was kept on hold for 40mins after agreeing the contract with rhe agent the next day I called again contract didn't Through shambles
