@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Today’s big royal pain in the backside on the customer service front: @EE “Have another free 6 months of @AppleMusic on us!” “But not on your existing Apple Music account.” Two can play that game. I’ll have another 24month SIM deal please but not on the same network!
