@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@ee iv had a problem with my broadband and since ive been in touch iv had no internet whatsoever. An engineer was supoosed to be here this afternoon bit iv recoeved no phone call or cancellation or anything. Can you help?

The @EE call centre in Newcastle just put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to a manager, some bloke with a deep northern Irish accent and the word part kept me waiting over 27 minutes absolutely disgraceful people. Customer service is awful!!

@wheeleyd05 @EE Always been a note user rather than an S but the S21 ultra does look good. Problem is, most modern day phones all do the same thing
