@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@solariskai @EE There is provision built into business contracts that differ from consumer contracts. Problem is people run business on consumer contracts and then think there should be redress for loss or earnings etc.

@EE Terrible timing! I was exploring a new city and within an hour of arriving couldn’t use google maps or anything as I had no reception and no 4G!! Absolute nightmare

@solariskai @EE On an average £30 a month contract you are paying 4.2p an hour for your coverage. It’s actually pretty good value when you break it down. 👍

@WildDarren @EE Have they had problems? My phone is with EE and our Oldham setup runs on EE 5G too. Unless nobody has told me about it!
