Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE I get "Mobile network not available" whenever I try to call, even voicemail. Calls to my phone don't connect. Weirdly, mobile data is fine, network appears as EE, full bars.

@EE so after all day of not wotking internet is still not up been good 10 or so hours that I basicly lost all days of work pay called support didnt help wrote in here didn't help well it sucks when all internet in country is down isn't it

@EE Hi, my mum is on EE and over the past couple of months the reception in her area has been very poor, she struggles to get a 1/2 bars for calls. Calls keep dropping out as well. She's been with EE got a while but this just started recently.

@EE We had futurefibre installed - day 3 and EE still have not activated it on their side. Been booked in for weeks - why so disorganised? Yes, we do need a network - cannot work without it...can you cover the total of 6 days annual leave we have both lost?
