@EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

5th phone call to @EE in 2 weeks. Absolutely awful service. I’ve been lied to and passed from pillow to post and now, after ordering a phone 6 weeks ago I’m being told my order will be cancelled and I will have to reorder???

So if my Problems weren't enough. I've now received my @EE Bill. Despite the fact I can't meaningfully use the service. I've requested a deadlock letter, but due to royal mail this could take weeks to get. Which is just extends my misery. Why can't I have the letter by email?

@EE you guys are a ******* joke. Every year, 3-4 fraudulent lines get added to my account and you can’t seem to stop it. Just called customer service, and I got transferred from customer services, to business accounts, to sales, then to billing! Get your act together!!!!!!

@EE @financialombuds absolutely poor customer service from EE staff member ‘ray’ I asked to open up a complaint in regards to miss-selling upon my upgrade. And he has not contacted myself to resolve the complaint and instead closed it. Complaint ref: 19463251 👎
