@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE Fancy helping me seeing as your contact centre keeps refusing. The laptop i already told someone 15 days after purchase that was missold to me is no longer working due to a common motherboard fault wwhich stops the device from charging. My first complaint was closed as soon as the call ended! I'm currently doing a second comp[laint and beinfg told that EE is not responsible. Quoting the CRA 2015 EE sold it, EE's problem

@MEENAJUTLAS @EE I finally managed to speak to someone. In my area it is due to come back online for the 30th of December. (I’m unsure if your area will be the same) It has been down due to a broken multi core cable

@EE why can’t get logged onto the internet? I have had this trouble before fairly recently and the lady told me to go the EE shop and get a new SIM card, for my yellow box thing, it’s rubbish

@EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

@JSS779 @EE I'd suggest getting in E-sim just for non Europe roaming. I use @GoRoamless which is actually US based I believe. Works a treat when i'm out of the EU.
