@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE I’ve spoken to the technical team. They confirm that the problem is a network issue and that, contrary to a message I received earlier, it still isn’t fixed. My wife and I really need reliable broadband and a working phone-line. Can I terminate my contract & switch provider?

@DeanoB24 @EE Did they give you a refund for the 2 days without? This is very bad of them, people rely on Wi-Fi for their ring cameras, care home services etc for elderly etc. Literally someone could die.

@EE my elderly parents have been without network for 2 weeks due to incompetence. Now been sent a set top box that won’t connect to the 4G hub send. Absolutely appalling way to treat people

@EE Hi, I cannot access my voicemail whilst I am in Portugal. When I try to call EE for help, it keeps failing despite it saying it is free to call from the EU. Can you assist?
