@EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

@Shaunjenks @EE Fair, I've been all over the UK with EE and only had exceptional signal. You must be in one of the few places they haven't improved coverage.

@EE It will be interesting to see if these large increases are reflected in investment and better service, or turn up in profit margins next year. I suspect it’ll be the latter, with you and a lot of other companies all over the country.

@BaldBaggie @EE How convenient you can’t just cancel for free. I’ve not had any comms from Vodafone yet but thankfully my contract only has about 4 months to run.

@TheMickAlmighty @EE Maybe try a sim rep? From experience I know that sometimes anything to do with calls and texts and data not working it all comes down to the SIM card! Why not pop into your nearest store with a DL or PP and try that

.@EE I will be joining the throng of people ditching your service due to the appalling decision to increase charges by more than 17%. Because you can do something doesn’t mean you should. I’ve been a customer for 25yrs. You should be ashamed.

@EE CPI isn't enough? Disgrace. Another corp with a money-grab, hiding behind the sky-high inflation. Look forward to seeing your 15% profit increase. Just a note, you're pushing more and more people towards that "financial hardship/digital exclusion, you're part of the problem 👍.
