    @EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

    Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

    @EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

    @simonnread @EE So is it just 'we CAN hang you upside down and shake the change out of your pockets - so we WILL' !! Have invited EE to reply with their explanation. Let's see if they pick up the challenge. I hope so because an explanation will make me feel a whole lot better about paying them

    I will miss my Apple Music with @EE but the prices are Sky high on the Sim Only plans so I’m thinking when June comes I’m going to hop to another network and the account of mums added on my account ends August same for her too.

    @EE Absolute joke of a company. No signal for over a month in my area and mass has been down since 16th Jan you guys put a full month credit on account but tell me there’s not an issue? Now you price hike my bull so an extra £240 a year. **** EE

    14.4% price increase @ee? You have to be joking. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years and I have 3 lines. I will be leaving in the next 2 months due to this increase. #CustomerLotalty

    @EE Received my email today about a price rise… an extra £10 a month!? I’ve been with you for 18 years, absolutely shocking. Roll on November when I can leave, no customer loyalty among the years… everything is going up - way to stress your customers out!

    @EE my phone calls keep failing, i’ve paid the bill, i have service and wi-fi, ive reset my setting and it still won’t make calls. i can’t call anyone bcos it fails and ur app isn’t working to message anyone

    @EE I get that but when I only have 2 bar signal on 4G when you claim to be the best 5G provider, a 14.4% rise is ridiculous

    @EE are you having signal problems? I’m in Matlock Derbyshire. I have two bars but any calls I am making are with awful signal. Can you help?
