@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Hello, I'm already on fibre to the cabinet and have a landline with EE, but if i want to upgrade to full fiber, fibre to the premises, I cannot have a landline with it. It's an essential service and is needed, so you're prventing me from upgrading

@EE If you are with EE for broadband and are moving home I strongly suggest you cancel with EE and take a contract out with someone else. All we're getting is missed dates, misinformation and finger pointing.

@EE bad customer service, long queues with bad service, at least twice visit to complete the work. If you ask for @Apple ipads they will show Samsung because it is cheaper ones. Do not go for ee
