@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

After being with @EE for 20yrs when it was orange and then T-Mobile. Think it’s time for a change. 2 months worth of bills wrong and still no further forward with them to sort it all out. When your on hold for over an hour while they “investigate” is just poor service

@EE your company bar none is the worst I've had to deal with ever, that's not an off the cuff remark, it's been years and years of absolute trash customer service.. however I've just had to deal with a Tracy Thorpe in customer services and you should be rewarding her, huge help

@harryclax @EE I’ve never had a problem using my phone before, but both that, and my dongle, were suddenly useless. Frustratingly, I’ll probably just schedule all future meetings for when I’m home to prevent this amount of flapping in future!

@DustinHosseini @EE If you upgrade early it incurs an upgrade fee. When you agree the contract, the value of the product and service is X over 18 months. You would have a standard upgrade near the end of the contract. If they let you upgrade even to a higher package early, they're losing money.

@EE Trying to top up an EE PAYG phone number and you’re saying it’s not a recognised EE number. It’s definitely an EE sim. Do you have any known problems at the moment for online top ups?

@EE I have been trying to order a replacement PAYG simcard for my mother but you sent her a text saying her account isn't registered. I was logged into her account online so I don't understand. I'm having no luck on the phone, please help

@JohnWayne119 @EE Same .. crap man .... they can add these items as they did it for me with my air pods. They added them to plan no hassle when I was having issue with the website last month

@EE I signed up for bt sport on Sunday to try it for a month, I text to cancel soon after I signed up. I was charged 10 for the month assuming I’d have access for the whole month but my access has been cancelled on 02nd feb....can someone help?
