Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE your site sucks, who test it. You click on upgrade and you get cannot open too many http redirects. Really! Employee people that know what they’re doing when it comes to testing. Checked on Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge all get the same response too many redirects. Joke!

@EE 2 weeks on. still trying to get you to address the original query. Why? When you don’t reply to my messages after 2 or 3 days and provide no solutions that haven’t been tried already simply to add a service…Totally unacceptable
