@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@OpenreachHelp I thought I'd come direct as your guys were not clear with @EE, it was made to sound like a network problem and also that it was a surprise, I guess when you have the market monopoly, not showing up has not penalty - pretty disgraceful

@EE I've spoken to you about the international roaming, which is a bad & unreliable service. My primary issue is with the way you automatically roll-over data. It's not a great service. It's exploitative. I'm not going to DM you. What little bad press this generates you deserve.

@OpenreachHelp @EE Daily I speak to @EE & it’s treated as a new call, no one seems to grasp it’s an ongoing issue for over a week or able to liaise with you in terms of what the issue is. Disgusting service
