    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE I can’t access your website or my app. I know it’s the middle of the night but I need to access my account to check my bill as I think there is a fraudulent payment in my bank but need to double check your bill before I contact bank. Are your services down??

    @EE Hi, I’m still only able to get less than 1mb/s download speeds at home. Ongoing problem since moving here in Dec 2021. Given up hope of it ever improving and rely on broadband to use my phone..

    @EE @rootmetrics Also, 124/340 calls failing on their network within a month isn’t classed as “high”, essentially if over 1/3 of your communications are critical, I’d avoid EE

    @EE You need to sort out your customer services. You have messed up and cut off the wrong sim of a vulnerable and disabled person. When they called you, you couldn’t be less helpful. She is waiting for important medical calls and needs the replacement sim asap. Sort it out!

    @EE brilliant wifi isn’t working. Can’t speak to anyone on the phone until 8am. Supposed to be starting a course from home for my job at 8am via the internet. So sick of crappy service
