-
Suzanne J S (@chickenruby) reported from Monmouth, WalesDear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, itβll cost me more than 25p to top up
-
bexx π§π»ββοΈπ (@BeeSansMerci) reported from Stroud, England@EE Thank you, Jess. Iβve tried to cancel via my EE app and via the website, but it says I canβt remove the add on.
-
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, WalesAlso @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?
-

-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
Simon James π (@UKMondoMan) reported@EE Issue now resolved. Not the outcome I was looking for but a fair compromise.
-
Peter (@tenerifepete) reported@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite
-
Mark McWilliams (@markmcwilliams) reported@EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! πππ
-
Paul Jones (@Wrexham1978) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
JT (@JTXbox) reported@marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra Β£80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.
-
Philip Murphy (@PhilipMur3) reported@Amy_90_x @EE Scam calls, just don't take any notice of them and just block them, problem is older people might answer them
-
Adam Waltz (@Amadagram_) reportedThe worst mobile phone network in the UK @EE
-
PIX (@PIXX3L5) reportedI'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU
