@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@laura91xxxx @EE They didn't when I took them to the ombudsman. As that sounds like not legal... as they are denying you a service that you are paying for, because you have a complaint with them. Sounds like undue pressure to drop your complaint which is illegal...

@EE hi, is it possible to have some diagnostics run on my broadband please? Just joined, service activated 17th Dec, hasn't really settled down. Multiple disconnections daily, sometimes slower than expected. Worse than previous provider at the mo!

@laura91xxxx @EE Just curious how they can justify it. They never did it when I complained to the ombudsman over a hidden charge. To be fair found their complaints department shockingly bad. Was literally told nothing they can do an the ombudsman's would agree. (They didnt)
