@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@AndyNeilWhite @EE Yes I saw yours when I looked to see if anybody else had similar issues. They seem to have replied to others with the same issue but haven’t admitted there is an issue or done anything about it.
