@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

So, @EE have done me a real favour today to decided to help me out by shutting my account down early. I only told them I’d be moving abroad after selling my flat at the end of the year, but clearly they thought, “Why wait?” and pulled the plug on October 1st instead. Now I’ve got no internet at home, and apparently “there’s nothing they can do.” Brilliant service, really. Top marks all round. 👏👏

@EE put in a complaint, closed. NFA as received several calls from EE, harassing me. Text to state, marketing turned off. Another call from 0191 429 0924 which is an EE partner. Will someone look into this & stop the harassment?

@EE Hello , in relation to this complaint. My bill should be & as confirmed £26.55 it was showing at £29 something. Instead of amending it down it has now gone up to £33.00 Can this please be rectified without me having to make any further lengthy phone calls Comp ID28268821
