@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE EE Broadband fluctuating all over the place, dropping to about 1/10th or lower of it's usual speed and up and down. Very unstable. I'm on the full fibre package with a typical wireless speed on my desktop of about 700-800mbps.

@EE @AppleMusic Very disappointing service from both are Apple music on EE. I have spent over 4 hours trying to resolve a log in issue. Both pointing fingers at each other. Please speak to each other. #Disgusting service from both. #MoneyInTheDrain
