    @EE Thank you, Jess. I’ve tried to cancel via my EE app and via the website, but it says I can’t remove the add on.

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

    @EE Hi, I'm an internet customer of yours in a tall skinny house. How can I get a member of your company to come to my house and move my router (internet box thingy your guys installed) up from the ground floor to the first floor so I don't lose connection every five minutes.

    @EE getting increasingly frustrated with the service we get in our area. We simply cannot make calls indoors at our house. It was fine a few years ago but calls just disconnect constantly these days.

    @EE So I actually switched to ee over a month ago now (I think) and I just went to look through my texts… I didn’t see one. I spoke to one of your reps at one point because I was having problems with the online form submitting and he had taken care of it as far as I knew.

    . @EE can’t complete simple task of resetting voice mail PIN after more than 24 hrs of service calls,e mails & tweets from their ‘support team’ I’ve had to turn VM off which affects my job #EE #pathetic #fail Tempted to say ‘must do better’ but apparently beyond their ability
