@EE Thank you, Jess. I’ve tried to cancel via my EE app and via the website, but it says I can’t remove the add on.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

@EE Thanks I’ll text to get this. Not happy with coverage, and to be honest even when signal is full my phone won’t work for internet etc. I’m going to try @O2 if I can find a similar deal.

@Grown_UpWoman @EE @Naz_Faulkner I don’t think a mobile phone company is well-placed to fix that. I do think they might be exploiting suffering in order to look good

@EE @jono8686 Whether they feel mostly responsible or are most responsible are two separate thing, this ALSO DOESN'T EXCUSE THE WOMEN THAT ARE ALSO DOING IT TOO! So no, men aren't entirely responsible for a problem that isn't entirely men's fault. Still to selling phones, idiots.

If this is happening to me, I dread to think how many other households are facing this, families that can't afford to have £30 a month stolen from them - terrifying times, where you'd expect a brand you've been loyal towards, to support, rather than pillage. @EE

@EE @moscow_hotline Lol. Imagine a woke twenty something intern using the patronising term 'educate' will help make anyone sympathetic to their cause.
