  @EE No my contract is up Dec 27. Just trying to sort the issue out without having to buy a 3rd party router. I need to be able to prioritise online gaming but that cant be done on a smart hub 2. To get a 3rd party router and set up is a challenge.

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  @EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.
