@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE what’s going on in the Dover/Martin Mill area (CT15 5LA)? The EE app says no issues, yet for the past week our broadband connection (via one of your mobile SIM accounts used solely for a home router) has been dropping off and reconnecting (if we’re lucky) continually. Refund?

What's a better network than @EE ? Everytime I get network unstable, calls cut off, pausing when I watch or listen. It's been over 20years but I'm tired at this point. Phone can't function without being connected to WiFi

So sad coming back to uk and finding the usual abismal mobile network speeds, having just come back from island in the med with great reception even indoors. @EE cant even cover the area where we live outdoors, never mind how much we have to pay here too!
