    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Thank you, Jess. I’ve tried to cancel via my EE app and via the website, but it says I can’t remove the add on.

    @EE what is the point of the live chat if they are just going to be stupid and hang up ? i was asking for a friend on how to report a phone number stolen but apparently the live chat team doesn't care

    @EE stop hiding behind your call center colleagues and fix the issue you have caused which i raised at the time prior to being charged by @AppleTV for something my upgrade should be giving me for free for 6mths.

    @EE I’m in the USA on holiday any trying to get my wife’s e-sim activated. It is messaging the verification code to get number but that is not working as that is the same number we are trying to activate. Please help as her phone effectively not working.
