@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE hi, I stopped BT large screen last month but it seems to have cancelled my entire BT account altogether - I didn't want this to happen, I just wanted access to large screen stopped (as it never worked). Please help! Thank you

@EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

@EE that's the one thing I'm trying to avoid, the hard reboot. Tried both. From 95% of contacts its fine, from that other 5% its not working. If hard reboot is only solution, ill avoid it
