    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    Day 105 of #PhoneGate @OmbudServices decision is still pending, But we are preparing a motion for court just in case. I am in a bad place. Big companies like @EE & @SamsungUK doesn't care about people who are #Neurodivergent. When will #Neurodiversity matter?

    @EE Well, I'm interested in knowing if a new customer can access the contract phone or you have to be on the network for a while. But it appears it doesn't matter since the phone comes with a sim yeah? And you can simply keep your number.. Right?

    Can some one sort out my refund I’ve never received device but getting told I have to wait till last bill there was never a bill as account was closed, I’m on hold 2 hours a day to hear 100 different things @EE

    @EE Someone opened an account in my name #fraud. Your CS team told me phone sent to my address, (not received) and you are collecting £93 via DD but cannot give details. Asked to speak to a manager you hang up! Reporting to action fraud they need detail from you. How to contact?
