  @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

  @EE No options were given to her other than this additional contract which I’m sure you can agree is a waste of money - her monthly outgoing is now over £120. The decent thing would be to find a reasonable solution or to point her to Samsung directly where i see (1/2)

  @EE that you can get the same phone on a payment plan for £30pm, compared to the £57pm she’s now being charged on a 24 month contract. I’m just really disappointed as I’m a long term customer (10 years) and I really feel the rep in store has taken advantage and upsold unnecessarily

  @EE Went down this path as soon as it gets moved over to another department its back to square one ,Its all good as my contract ends soon but i seriously do advise you sort out your customer service department as it seems its the brunt of your problem in most areas !! many thanks,
