@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE How on earth do Samsung Galaxy 4 watches work? No call sound no message sound 1 hr with ee customer service and 2 hr with Samsung waste of time and money should have stuck with the first gen no call watch

@EE Why do your galaxy 4 watches not work? 1 hr with your own customer service and 1 hour with Samsung both said take watches back ! So little faith in your products

@EE upgraded to an IPhone 13 Max with 5G and it’s utter crap. My 4G on my old S10 was light years ahead. Absolutely shocking! Fix up.
