    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE hi, ee app says “If you make any calls over WiFi Calling while abroad you'll b charged our standard international rates. To avoid these charges turn off WiFi Calling” Surely calls made through wifi, just use the internet provided by the wifi signal? How are these chargeable?

    @EE Went into Mum’s care home today to help her to cancel her phone contract as she isn’t able to use it anymore. I want to thank the person I spoke to on 150, he made it so easy, I wish other organisations I’ve dealt with during Mum’s could have been so helpful. Thank you.

    @EE Well😡🤬 I am so angry with the service I received from yourselves! £100 per month and I deserve the poor customer service I received and patronising tone! Awful! Thanks to EE I have been without a phone for 10 days and guess what, you’ll still charge me full line rental. 🤬

    @EE this is unfair and wrong that you charge such astronomical fees for a long time customer to leave you because a company has provided me with a new phone and contract. Your upgrade fees DO NOT reflect anywhere near close to cancelling fees. Ripped off paying for air.

    So @EE announces it takes 7 *working days* to help a customer with their PUK code. 7 days locked out of a sum, what the... LUCKILY I kind I had made a note of that code and retrieved it. Online folders ftw!

    @EE help please. My online account shows that I can have data roaming in europe at no extra charge. But I received a text when we landed in France saying I need to buy an add-on. I don't want to phone you because you will charge me for calling a non-eu number..please reply.

    @EE hi ee when am I going to hear back about having my discounts applied correctly..perks team were supposed to call last week. Customer Service has been horrid.
