@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  • cjparry Chris Parry (@cjparry) reported from Penrhyndeudraeth, Wales

@Femi_Sorry @EE Do you really think people give a **** which mobile network you use? - Who pays your bills anyway?

You can send men to the moon but you can't get a ******* phone signal from @EE ... Talk about 5g I don't even get 3g its about time you stepped up. Even your wee map says I'm in a black spot so why sell us a product we can't use 😑

Am I the only person on @VodafoneUK who finds the 4G coverage across London is terrible? All this investment in 5G but 4G barely works. #4g #5g #vodafone Slow speeds, poor coverage and lacklustre customer services? Thinking of moving to @EE - opinions?

  • pompeyhedge ed francis (@pompeyhedge) reported

@robbielockie @VodafoneUK @EE You're not alone. When 5G works it's great, but it rarely does. On 4G I'm getting speeds of 1mbps for a whole month now, and all they do is tell me there's no issue!

  • BigCornishPasty James Cornwall (@BigCornishPasty) reported

@EE please. Why the appalling signal in Harpenden AL5? On and off. Mostly off for months. So poor

  • petez316 Petez (@petez316) reported

@EE I suffer with extremely high blood pressure caused by stress and speaking to your customer service this afternoon has caused me to have heart palpations. All because you're charging me each month for a watch that is not fit for purposs6

  • jnlangton joseph langton (@jnlangton) reported from Braunstone, England

@England @OfficialTM_3 @EE ever tried ever failed no matter try again fail again fail better

  • miles527 Miles (@miles527) reported

@EE Hi 👋 are you able to advise potential customers the likely speeds will be in their area? I hear your average speeds on 4G are around 36 Mbps (nationally) which is a massive improvement on what my current network provides. 🚀📶

  • petez316 Petez (@petez316) reported

@EE how is it fair to charge for a watch that is not working?

  • Jimmay94 James M (@Jimmay94) reported
