CB (@ConkusBonkus) reported@EE Do you have any online live chat service or email I can use for support? Please do not give me a number to call, I can't talk over the phone.
-
Ralph Hardwick (@HardwickRalph) reported@EE My full fibre EE service keeps being cut, losing my TV image. Your website and fault finding service is diabolical. Why cannot I discuss with a real person rather than a computer bot?
-
ggg (@LeiSnoby) reported@EE I cannot call 150. Your website complaint form is broken and blocking me. Under consumer rights, you must provide a written alternative to log a complaint. Please provide a direct email address for the Complaints Team or escalate my DM internally. If you refuse, please issue
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE why on earth must this signing up for a broadband service be so difficult and confusing?? My previous address is wholly irrelevant, as is my employment history! I hope you're not going to try and isntall BB at my previous address!
-
Lynda Hull (@lyndannh) reported@ee This is an emergency. I have tried the link in the text you sent, the app and your website. Nothing is working.
-
Karl Rogers (@Krogers2605) reported@EE is your broadband down?
-
Oldpuddle (@Oldpuddle) reported@EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.
-
Matthew Watts (@Matthew_G_Watts) reported@EE Not helpful when I have neither WiFi nor mobile internet. I'm probably out of pocket to the tune of ~£250 for missing out on a day of contracting plus a £40 train journey to get to somewhere with WiFi. I want to make an official complaint and, inevitably, when you don't do...
-
Liam Parry (@liam_spx) reported@EE I ain't calling you as I do not want the call to be recorded or wait on hold for two hours like you usually do. I don't owe any money towards you, it isn't my fault your customer service agent forgot to cancel it
-
Ɛ (@WolfChanChimmy) reported@EE I can login on the website but I need the app to be able to control my broadband as it wont let me edit or do anything.
