  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  Oh, how strange. All your lines for leaving are closed, but I call up to “join” and the call is answered immediately. This just took away any doubt I have about leaving. I’m moving to @EE. Their speeds are slower, but at least their customer service is top tier.

  @EE you are pathetic. I’ve been asking for months for a cheaper mobile package and you couldn’t help despite me being with you for 17 years and now that I’ve requested a PAC code you are calling me constantly to offer me a better deal! Why couldn’t you offer me this earlier??

  @EE i need help please. I ordered a new phone on saturday. Tracking on EE advises it is awaiting dispatch, however DPD have twice tried to deliver it at work, but no text message and no pin no sent out to me. the update on DPD is 'return to consignor has been requested'
