    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK I'm not getting SMS messages from people. This seems to be a common problem too. I can send messages but I don't get replies. Then friends later show me replies which they have sent me but I'm not receiving them.

    I want to leave @EE because I have no signal in the new area I live. Calling EE to leave is impossible. On hold for 37 minutes after speaking to 6 different people, finally got through to someone and my signal cut out! 🤬

    @EE terrible customer service. Miss -selling contract. Was on the phone for over 2 hour and had the phone put down on me by two different agents.

    @AppleSupport Yup - it’s just the actual phone calls not working - WiFi calls work fine. So I guess must be a @EE problem?

    @EE It is not coming today now apparently. It will be arriving tomorrow as there have been problems your end with deliveries so I have been told.
