@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Any gamers that play wireless i would certainly recommend yous not to go with @EE wireless is terrible. Constantly disconnecting from games and they always have the excuse ‘use a wired connection’ even though that doesnt help at all.

Exceptional customer service from @EE. I’ve been with all the networks, but EE are the only ones that care. 🙌

@EE network is great & the customer service is spot on but there is no loyalty pricing & lack of flexibility w data plans vs handsets is rubbish. 60gb or ultd if you want a certain handset when i use about 30gb is crazy. been with u 10 yrs & will likely leave once im out of term tbh

How come in this day of age we are still without a mobile phone signal and in a black spot in Dorset. Chaldon Herring has a phone box as the only public means of communication. @EE @BT

@EE Not sure what to say given the screen grabs I sent you, from your own website, show I’m getting 1 bar of signal instead of 4 and your own map shows I’m living in a strip of properties that signal is ‘Outdoor Only’
