@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE what's going on? TOTAL loss of service (phone and 5GEE mobile broadband) for the past day or so. (using an alternative PAYG network, just now, expensive). Try to contact Tech Support, online chat turned off, calling 150 and call disconnected twice after 23 minutes wait? WTF?

@EE been trying to sort my recent upgrade out but cant seem to get issue resolved. First lady I spoke to agreed it was in error on #EE's and that she would ring me back the day after to resolve.... after waiting all day the call never came. Got 2 phone numbers instead of one....

Trying to get through to @EE is nigh on impossible! Attempted to cancel an add-on on FRIDAY with the most incompetent person ever, and have had no follow up email. Now they cut me off when trying to continue the process. If the phones won't work, can you help me here please? 🙏

@EE pride yourself on customer service but can’t offer the same upgrade deal for 2 people in the same household with the same circumstances and then have me on hold for over 35 mins when I’m calling to talk about it!!!

@EE I’ve been overcharged by £239.89 and it was put as extra chargers when I had called them they hung up the phone genuinely disgusting customer service
