@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

So @ee it's been 11 days and multiple hours on a call to your Tech Support since Wi-Fi calling went down on two of my phones 😡 STIL DOESN'T WORK!! Any ETA would be much appreciated as I'm losing my business when I'm not reachable by the phone 😡😡

@AwWoju @EE Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you
