    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE can you confirm if there a signal issue in camberwell/peckham area? I was unable to make any calls or access 5g. Your website say there's an issue they looking into but doesn't go into any detail on what isn't available.

    @EE are you good? My Dad was trying to sign a contract with EE for a new phone. The moment he asked the customer service agent to slow down on the phone because my dad’s dyslexic he said ‘we can’t help people with disabilities over the phone’ and hung up. Are you FOR REAL!?

    @EE Yes all your team can help with is diagnostics like device issues. When it’s not my device it’s your network which is poor.

    @EE They were back again today, it is so disruptive. I will never buy from a company that knocks on doors.

    Haven’t had wifi for over a week now and the only thing @EE is doing about it is booking appointments which doesn’t seem to help even though each time they say they know what the issue is and it will be resolved. 😟

    @RunawayLobsterr @EE Our Internet provider contract was ending start of this yr, and we looked to switch to EE we dealt with constant push backs of the Full Fibre being installed 4 Months this continued, we ended up getting a better deal with the current provider never again dealing with EE.

    @EE I am in Tunisia and have Zero coverage so cannot receive texts so have no access to my banking or even to log onto my EE account . Help?

    @RunawayLobsterr @EE I’ve been with EE for 13 years and this will be the last. Terrible service, expensive (even with family and friends discount) in comparison to most and the 5g is becoming non-existent for me. I’d keep on pushing or go to a store if they can’t deal with you on the phone/web

    @EE any chance of any support. Been on to 150 now for an hour. Spoken to 8 operators. All unhelpful. This is a disgrace

    @EE after 10 days with problems and 12 hours on calls to 150 my phone has now been successfully cut off by your inept staff. I cannot even call 150 to get this rectified. This is a business mobile account and I can’t receive or make calls. Sort it out now!
