    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE So original complaint filed via telephone on 29/01/26 then online form on 02/02/2026 and heard nothing back!!!! Look into this, as I’ve lost the will to live by calling 150 everyday

    Big thanks to Cameron at @EE complaints. He has resolved my issue in one quick phone call. It shouldn’t take a complaint to resolve the issue but it’s done now.
