  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

  @Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.
