    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @EE @bt_uk Problem with exchange issue on Monday took over 11 hrs to resolve, totally same issue today. Spoken to EE guide, arranging engineer to visit home but unless problem with exchange is fixed again in meantime then they will not be able to fix it. As we stream no TV again!

    Correction, Open reach simply didn't bother turning up on the 26th of Jan, so he had to chase them down and spent an hour on the phone chasing his tail with @EE I've told him to look elsewhere, but he's stuck with the divs at @WeAreOpenreach no matter what. Utter crap.

    @EE gifting service not working. Hasn’t been for a week! 4 connections sold on basis of gifting data, now 3 don’t have data. EE customer service don’t seem to care. Now looking for alternative options

    Hey @EE we know prices go up however at one point does the service become for the rich only. If regular people can’t afford your products then what’s the point.

    @EE seeing peoples problems with you on my timeline - is it worth my time ringing 150 to see if I can get a better deal as my 3 contracts with you run out in 3 weeks. Or is it just easier to move.
