    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @EE since last night my simcard stopped working completly (I've tried 2 devices), I'm unable to make phonecalls, use my data so I'm unable to even report it to EE. can I speak to anyone to see what's the issue?

    @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

    @EE #ormesby #Middlesbrough low signal strength for 3 days now 1 bar compared to previously of 5 bars. Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.

    @EE I’ve had a “conversation” with one of your staff online that has taken over 2 hours. And I’ve made almost zero progress. It’s painfully slow, frustrating and cannot be an acceptable way to manage customer enquiries. I cannot face going through all of that again.

    @EE No chance...service is terrible. Didn't even turn up to fix my issue and now your DM service won't accept messages. Any chance of actually physically speaking to a human being please!!

    @EE I tried, then it sent me to a weblink that didn't work properly and now I'm talking to another bot on the app who doesn't understand the issue.

    @EE Will you guys have actual human help via DMs? used to be able to contact you and get human response. I’m international, can’t call 150 because the data isn’t turning on, can’t call the number again because international and roaming won’t turn on. I’ve topped up, turned my phone on and off and still nothing. Can I get assistance?
