    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE My experience with EE has been quite disappointing and frustrating. Navigating their support has proven to be incredibly challenging, and the overall lack of communication has left me feeling exasperated and dissatisfied. The utter lies and the unwillingness to help is crazy

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE The were charging me £50 a month for a service that is so bad they don’t offer it anymore. They were kind and offered broad band that was 18 times faster for £12 less, no discount. They are price gouges and totally rip off loyal customers. I am taking this as far as I can.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Excellent news, given that EE normally stop at nothing to extort money from their unfortunate customers, of whom I am sadly one. I will never use them again once my current contract expires.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I'm glad you have resolved it. The amount of hate you have recieved in the replies for posting this just goes to show what a **** show twitter has become under Musk. How can anyone turn this into something to hate against.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar issue, made a call on a phone locked in the hold of an aircraft on an 8hr flight apparently - no recourse , told me I was lying.

    Second night in a row that @EE broadband has gone down at midnight. This is the exact reason I switched from Sky so they'd better sort it out.
