@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE How do we get compensation for loss of earnings as we had 2 days of earnings for 4 drivers lost because of a “software issue”. It’s ridiculous that it’s 2025 and there is no backup for this happening!

@EE hi, my landlines been down for a week. My mobile connection is rubbish so can't hardly stay connected to deal with the 150 call in which I am in the queue but it's cutting out the whole time

@EE hello having problems with my pay as you go sim I toped it up but can not make or receive text phone calls or use data the data is not an issue for me but every thing else is also have a contract sim with you in the same as it is a duel sim phone and contract sim works

@ee Another day, another 24 hours of truly awful service from EE, and another waste of money ive shelled out to you. Signal strength at -119dBm. Little better out in the streets nearby, possibly 2 or 3 dBM stronger, not that that makes a jot of difference. I'm not the only one.

@EE Thank you but I pay for a network and I don't have a service. I only need to drive a mile and my network is back on. What is actually happening here. I have signed up for updates but none forthcoming . Its not good enough.
