@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE hey, I just moved into a new house last week and the previous owner said he had paid the router with yourselves up till the 15th... The internet just dropped dead, and the router won’t turn on anymore. Anyway you guys can help?

@EE For the last 3 days I have had periods of no service happening at random throughout the day postcode TQ1 (Torquay) have been with EE via my provider (1p mobile) for 2yrs with no problem. Is this my phone or EE outage?

@paulchowdhry @EE Three do an unlimited data for £20pm first six months half price. Been with them for years, one of the first to do roaming without stupid overcharging like all the others who eventually caught up.

@EE Hi Rachel I am not bad Thanks Hope you are ok, yes it was because I did not recognize the number and afterthe energy scam in December I don't answer unknown numbers as ex-directory and tps registered, I checked who calls me and who called me they have nothing so I posted Thanks
