    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!

    @GorwayGlobal @EE Their website is so bad.... im always on the phone to them. They take your name, say ses there is a problem, add you to a list available say it will be back to normal in 24Hrs

    Dear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

    @EE its the same with your website. Seriously needs a rethink. Also the price has shot up from £44 to £48. Since EE got involved with BT nothing but problems.

    @EE having issues speaking to one of your stores that have mis-sold a phone and being redirected to your main contact number who are pushing me back to store so in lovely loop of not getting matter resolved.

    That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

    @EE Why is my 5G & phone signal so consistently awful in the SE. I got a better reception in the Amazon Rainforest when away with work than I do in 🇬🇧

    @EE My phone is locked, message appears to say I need Puk code. I do not have an online account, I can't access the phone and when I ring you just direct me online. Please help me get my phone unlocked and working again
