@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@MarinaPurkiss @EE My experience with EE has been quite disappointing and frustrating. Navigating their support has proven to be incredibly challenging, and the overall lack of communication has left me feeling exasperated and dissatisfied. The utter lies and the unwillingness to help is crazy

@MarinaPurkiss @EE The were charging me £50 a month for a service that is so bad they don’t offer it anymore. They were kind and offered broad band that was 18 times faster for £12 less, no discount. They are price gouges and totally rip off loyal customers. I am taking this as far as I can.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar issue, made a call on a phone locked in the hold of an aircraft on an 8hr flight apparently - no recourse , told me I was lying.

Second night in a row that @EE broadband has gone down at midnight. This is the exact reason I switched from Sky so they'd better sort it out.
