  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE how about getting your door to door sales people to show their ID before telling them they need to check their broadband speed!! Especially with the elderly. Bad practice.

  @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

  @EE I having consistent connection issues with my broadband its a joke. It disconnects then when I try on the EE app it miraculously connects. I cant keep doing it

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!
