@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE ordered a pair of earbuds last week as an add to plan deal, never turned up. Rung up CS to ask what's going on, there's no record of me ordering these, though the agent I spoke to can see I ordered something last week. It's not good enough.

What I thoroughly enjoy is EE relieving me of 100 Sterling every month and in return I have to leave my house and sit in the car every time the phone rings. Sensational service. @EE

Anyone with @EE have issues with being charged for sending group SMS only texts? Even with Unlimited texts included on a deal. Getting no where on Direct Message or phone.

@EE hi. My number still hasn’t changed back to my old one. I was told it would take a few hours. Turned it on off. Made a call. Any other wise to help activate it?
