  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE you have disconnected my dads pay as you go as he does not use it very often and is just for emergencies but I cannot contact customer service as your automated message needs a mobile but this is no longer active. How do we get this re connected ?

  @EE My repair booking is telling me its closed but I only just opened it. The phone is less then 1 year old and the screen has failed - and the store told me they cannot do anything to save my work contacts, losing those numbers is detrimental to my business! Please can you help.

  Ordered a new iPhone 12 pro and decided to switch over to @O2 from @EE been with them for years now but their customer service is appalling as well there offers. Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE

  @Chris_H1301 @EE I’ve had the exact same problem as you. Did a deal and told delivery would be next day, email states the same. No other correspondence- cancelling my order now
