  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE my wife and I have been experiencing lots of silent calls ( inbound & outbound ) recently. Disabling calls over VoLTE seems to fix it. Can you investigate please?

  @EE a family member has died of Covid. Her husband is too infirm to go to the funeral. I’m trying to sort a way of him watching it from home via the internet but they don’t have the internet. Can you help at all? I hate the thought of him missing his wife’s funeral. #CovidUK
