@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE I've had enough! What's the point having 2 mobile phones that I can't make calls from. The signal is non existent, had calls cut off regularly, I can't organise my life. Why suddenly so crap?

@barratt1556 @O2 @EE I’ve gone SIM only £10 a month, unlimited calls and texts, 30gb of data and free roaming. Great deal , crap signal. Rather pay more at EE and have decent signal and data speed

@EE the signal/service in EH6 has been terrible for months & substantially worse this week. Calls are continuously dropping, that’s with full signal! What is being done about it

@EE Yes, sorry. The problems haven't continued since the day i posted that tweet. But I did check online and managed to confirm it wasn't our personal connection. A definite problem on your end as more reports than normal were made at that time.
