    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know it’s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isn’t working.

    @EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services

    @EE @sarkeycockney That's utter ballshit and you know it. You have manually with mouse click, closed the complaint as you think being quiet will make the complaint go away.

    @EE Hi I’ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isn’t resolving the issue.

    Hi @EE, I've been sent a contract summary of a new plan I took out with you, but I've had no confirmation of my order and my service has not switched from my current provider. It looks like my order was not processed, and now the same deal is not available. Please can you assist.

    @sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.

    @EE I live the way you talk about being the best network. Well ive never heard so much bullshxt tbh. Broadband cancelled after 8 week because you couldnt get it working as promised and now I have numerous issues with customer service- The worst company in the comms industry

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for
