@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@SarahStev0 @Femi_Sorry @EE I'm sure EE will do just fine without a couple of 1000sl cancellations, seen as they are owned by British Telecom, and every UK mobile operator has to pay BT for backhaul network. So go ahead cancel your subscription.
