    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    @EE Not only is it greedy. It's a complete lack of business sense. You could have made it easy for a retention. Instead I'm not shopping around to buy elsewhere. You guys never used to be this bad. #EE @EE

    Nice @EE paying for an iPad for 7 months longer than the contract as it never showed an upgrade option, strange how my phone plans do.

    @EE why is 5G so slow in my area NE23, usually get 30mb not exactly the 5G+ experience you say. And yes I’ve reported this and you say there’s no issues and it’s on our phones and not just one device

    @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔
