@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE hi is someone able to help? I have an issue with my phone and it has been raised 3 times now but no one contacts me and it hasn’t been resolved. Need this resolving now please as I do not have money to waste on a service which isn’t being fulfilled. Thanks

@EE Hi. I have tried through website and my EE. Have rang tech support a few times and still not working. It works with one account but not the other all under the same login.
