@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Constantly wondering how @EE wouldn't let me have an S22 Ultra for less thank like £85 a month, when Three would have given me one for like £40. Friends have got them cheap as chips and I'm stuck with this garbage Pixel. Feel like someone's had my pants down here.

@EE I spoke to one of your workers yesterday and was told that my phone number will be transferred over today I got the text saying that it’s been finished and I still can’t receive normal texts only iMessage just to see how I can fix this issue

@EE @financialombuds absolutely poor customer service from EE staff member ‘ray’ I asked to open up a complaint in regards to miss-selling upon my upgrade. And he has not contacted myself to resolve the complaint and instead closed it. Complaint ref: 19463251 👎

I am definitely looking at changing mobile provider once my contract is up. Ever since I upgraded to unlimited data, I have issue after issue and no data... Thanks @EE
