@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE Sure. I have been communicating via email. It was his suggestion to arrange a call. The point of my tweeting about all of this is to make public the issues & frustrations I face as a longstanding @EE customer, rather than hide it behind DMs or emails.

@EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good

@EE Tbf @ThreeUK ive never had problem with them in Shropshire and always had great signal in town. I live in the rural area and get just enough signal to use indoors. Where as EE my tablet S7+ can't get EE in ldoors at all, and drops several times in Shropshire

@EE I got an email from you about an unpaid bill which is.. odd, I’ve tried calling customer services on your website but I can’t get through to anyone. I’m no longer an EE customer, didn’t call the number on the email cause scams are getting pretty elaborate these days
