@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

@EE for the last 48 hours, the mobile signal has dropped in New Romney (TN28 8) from 5G to 'H' on my s21 FE (5G enabled). Any update on restoring the service?

@EE My bill is consistently between £79 & £99 per month. Suddenly & suspiciously there's £239 extra charges. Surely you can flash this as an issue to the client, happened to log in notice it. Been pushed through 3 companies so far to solve the issue.

@EE Is there an issue with bb? I pay for fibre at over 60mbp and lucky to her over 7 lately...you out prices up and I get half arsed connection most days now
