@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Hey @EE, is there any reported congestion in the DL postcode area currently? Trying to call from Australia and getting a network congested voice message currently. This is to landline and mobiles on the ee network.

@EE You misunderstand, I was congratulating you on providing a service I could actually use, couldn't fault it at all! Was surprised to get a phone signal 412ft up there but I did!

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.

@EE still no internet because you can’t manage your relationship with @OpenreachHelp it should be an emergency appointment. 10 days without internet. How do I work?
