@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@OpenreachHelp Is there any way to fast-track this, now the incident has already been attended to by an Openreach engineer? @EE said that them raising the issue would lead to a minimum of 4 working days "investigation time" plus the repair period - which given we know the fault is excessive

@currys dreadful customer service in your #Stevenage branch this morning, when my husband was trying to sort out a new mobile phone. He's been charged for the credit check verification, 3 x £1. We left without completing the deal. Will go direct to @EE

Hi @ee can you please tell me why it is taking so long to fix my awful internet connection. I called in on Thursday evening and it seems nothing has been done. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with regarding wifi/broadband

First and last phone contract with @ee. Would have better luck finding phone signal with two paper cups and some strong, and it's supposed to be their main selling point! Do yourself a favour and don't ever switch to them

@EE went into store to upgrade today and walked away with a sim only and broadband I’ve since changed my mind and want to cancel the broadband and to change the sim only to to a different sim only called you this evening to change this and was told I can’t cancel…WTF?! Yes I can
