@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE hello again. I just added a watch to my account after seeing the ad for a free Google play voucher on the website and now I discover that it ran til September but 0th yet the ad is still there. Will you honour the offer or do I have to cancel? Thanks.

@denkmit @EE I’d speak to EE first because I’m not an expert and I’ve not seen this exact problem, but updating to 15 and then removing and reinserting sim might fix it. @ee

@EE so it’s now come to my order changing from 14 days - 21 days - 28 days to finally (ORDER NOW AND WE WILL DISPATCH AS SOON AS WE GET STOCK). I’m done just going to cancel my order for the IPhone 13 pro max 1 TERA and just get the 13 PRO 1 TERA. #nothappy #Apple #Nostock

@EE help me please. I have an account using three numbers. Two sim only. One contract. The contract phone I hate. Can I upgrade one of the SIM only contracts and use that upgraded phone on my contract (Hope that makes sense)

@EE I moved house last week and your coverage checker shows good coverage in my new area. However, I now have zero signal at my new address, reported online and have been told there is no issue in my area and to call 150 to be told there is a 30 minute wait to talk to someone.

Help - any mobile phone experts out there? My iPhone has just displayed an 'invalid SIM' error then seemingly deleted my @EE eSIM. Which obviously isn't ideal half way through a US road trip.
