@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Any gamers that play wireless i would certainly recommend yous not to go with @EE wireless is terrible. Constantly disconnecting from games and they always have the excuse ‘use a wired connection’ even though that doesnt help at all.

@TheF00dBae @EE @VodafoneUK Don't expect any better from Vodafone, their customer service is awful. Just find a plan that suits you and don't expect anything from the provider.

@james_botham @EE If your physical sim is having issues I'd say try that, just pop down to your local EE store with some photo ID and ask for a replacement sim 👍

@EE morning! In the past 24 hours, my signal at home seems to have dropped significantly, and I can only get one bar?! I’m missing calls and have to move round house to make them. Can I DM you my postcode for this to be registered/logged as an issue?
