@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

I keep having dreams of meeting @KylieMinogue, and taking selfies, but whenever I wake up, the photos aren't in my phone any more. Can @EE, or @SamsungMobile, help fix this?

@AndyGibsonTV @kylieminogue @EE Fun fact - whenever I have these dreams of Kylie and selfies, the damn phone or camera just doesn’t work - and once she was signing cds at a supermarket in my dream at a lemonade stand - still no photo :-(

@EE I signed up for @btsport pass yesterday. The account is still inaccessible and I’m unable to watch. I’ve also tried to contact you many times but getting nowhere. This is extremely poor service.

@EE Morning Helen. It’s not a bug or anything that’s making the new UI of the app not to work, it’s just now that it’s really slow and not as easy to use as the previous version
