During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

I was told I was going to be paying Β£48.11 per month. Not an additional Β£24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

Wayne Patton (@patton_wayne) reported@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. Iβm so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.
