@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Hi @EE, can you tell us what's going on with mobile Internet/data, there's is obviously a nationwide issue so just tell us all what's going on and an estimate till its sorted please and stop trying to make out as if there isn't a problem
