@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Anyways @EE , it’s time for you lot to buck and at least give your customers some proper perks with major concerts and festivals, we cant just be paying high bills for good network come on man!

It would be good just leave a company without getting hassled to death with endless calls, texts and terrible offers, and still seem dissapointed when I won't stay and pay more for less - I'm looking at you @virginmedia and @ee !

@SkyHelpTeam morning , I have swapped to sky mobile on Friday , I stated I wanted to keep my number it has not yet happened all my text calls going to @EE still am not getting even a notification . I contacted your customer service yesterday they said it will b done first thing??

@EE Hi Chris, good day to you too. Nothing funny happened - been on wifi all day except maybe 2 hours in the morning, and didn't do any streaming all day. But the issue is likely that my phone is 'invisible'/unavailable in the family list in the app (I'm the contract holder)

@SimonTa58845715 @tescomobile @EE Call up and say you can’t afford it you’ll have to leave and they will either drop it or give you extra for your money it’s more expensive for them getting a new customer than keeping an old one
