@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE I am in Turkey, added EU roaming to my plan before I left UK and I have no 4G Internet connection. Currently using hotel WiFi but not happy. Can someone tell me what's happening and why I'll be charged for a service I'm not receiving?

@EE I’ve been with T-Mobile for 20 years which became EE and Vodafone offered me me better deal than EE for iPhone 14 pro max. EE provide a good service but terrible in retaining loyal customers
