    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

    Shocking service from @EE, says open until 9 get closed message, can’t update my account online - no extra help just ring, try to ring wont let me speak to anyone…appalling and distressing, just going around in circles…TERRIBLE

    @EE you have treated a 30 year customer appallingly - I have never have experienced worse customer service, technical support, mis-selling, and lies than from EE. I have spent hours and weeks trying to resolve an upgrade issue & it is getting worse daily. @EE MD or CEO help!

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom
