@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE I am a PAYG customer I am trying to switch to PayMonthly and every time I am checking out it says "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do." Any help as soon as possible please.

@EE been a customer for over ten years with multiple devices on my account - upgraded yesterday alerted there was a problem and I need to call them - 2 attempts so far totaling 105 mins still no answer. Why not be proactive and call your customers. 😡

@EE I think it is bad that you except people to pay for a internet connection also phones, and not notify people that the services are down, 1) I work from home so it is important to have a stable connection not cut out every couple of hours I beyond mad right now 😡
