@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Horrendous customer service @EE. Terms and conditions should be explained clearly BEFORE the upgrade rather than securing the deal first and keeping the customer ******* with customer services after. Good thing I’m within the returns period.

@EE @AirForce_Carl This is really confusing - seeing different answers from different EE reps regarding this..I gift my son 50gb,and because I have poor WiFi in the house in my bedroom I hotspot to my iPad - but got an 80% message -saw elsewhere that it shouldn’t affect hotspot after as unlimited?
