@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@O2 have spoken to 5 people about a credit that was due to be applied to my account. Assured that it had been done end shock horror it hasn’t. Ridiculous service @EE @VodafoneUK any good deals on?

@EE hi, I texted 150 to see if I could upgrade my headset and was given a text saying I could but the app says I can’t. Tried ringing you but can’t get through. Just wondering what my options to upgrade was? Any help greatly appreciated
