  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE Shocking service regarding my Z Fold 6. Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. DM me for the full complaint.

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

  can @EE explain to me why i pay over £40 for a service that doesn't work and gets me stranded alone in a foreign country??? like give me one good reason why i should continue the contract

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  @crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

  @EE @EmilyMcLeish93 @EE are there still problems with your site? Screen freezes when log in to my account on browser and the app freezes when trying to renew my broadband package...

  @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.
