@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE Requested and processed upgrade on the 22nd Feb, Told everything would be processed the next day. Live chat tonight shows a system error, so no upgrade done. Now advised to retry upgrade after the 1st as I'll miss the price rise? Assume I'd keep the agreed price? Help!

@CaptainDarlingK @EE Get a letter of deadlock and complain to the communications ombudsman. It costs EE for every complaint. If you can't get your money back, at least cost them some.

@EE ive topped up to get an unlimited data pack but its just taken most of the money ive topped up and put it on a £5 pack i didnt ask for please help

No matter how much I try I cannot get any MMS messages to send on my Honor 50 with @EE - >ve changed apps, changed the APN settings, check picture messaging is enables but *NOTHING* works. Normal messages send no problem. Just MMS. Anyone any ideas?! #help

@EE Why would anyone want to get in touch with your appalling Customer Service and now your raising your prices by 4.5% do not go with this company their Network coverage is poor.

@EE @MarcAllera @Ofcom - i was promised a resolution to the fraud on my account (when you sent an iPhone to a fraudster) w/i 7 days. Heard nothing. Promised a courtesy follow up call and a call from a manager (following complaint) today. Nothing. What do I do next please?
