@ee Is there a problem with your service as I’m told I need £15 credit but I’ve still got £19.80 but still can’t renew my data pack?

@England @EE What was the first thing you noticed at senior level that youth football never prepared you for? #LionsDen

@Etsphonebill @EE My AirBNB just cancelled on me. £450 down the drain. Router is still showing blue and giving me a login screen. Which means I just need an active username and password. They aren't willing to give me one. They say there is no possibility of compensation as my contract hasn't started. Technically they turned off my dead mothers internet. The only reason I agreed to a 24 month contract with them when I will mostly be in thailand is i need internet now. Im in a village where there is no phone signal. Maybe ebola is too harsh. Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome is more appropriate.

@robbopalmer @EE I'd love someone from @EE to explain why I'm paying for scam guard when I've never asked for it? Shocking customer services that you never able to get through to anyone 😱

@_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same

  • justnvc
    nvc (@justnvc) reported

Renting a new place next week: @EE: “Unfortunately we can’t activate your fibre broadband until the 26th as the previous tenant still has an active service.” Me: “But they moved out in April.” @EE: “Yes.” It’s not EE’s fault but lol, not a problem I thought could exist! 🥲
