@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

Hi @EE - just wondering if you can give me some general info. My 24 month iPad contract finishes on 3 March. It says will carry on on a rolling 30 day basis. What does that mean? As I’ve been paying for the device not just the data I assume so does it drop down? How do I cancel?

@EE So if I went to Vodaphone right now and tried to open a personal account, they would have a problem because I have an EE business account. Completely two different entities, different banks etc. Why can't I open a personal account?

@EE been with we years and never had problems. Now I'm absolutely sick of it. Your website says your open today. Which clearly there is nobody to answer the phone. Your love chat says available, but nobody there! As if you cut my broadband off when you're not open!! What ********

@grumpcrusader I can't open a personal EE account because I have a business account. No matter I am not a business and a business is not me, both have separate accounts, addresses. So if I stopped trying to stay with @EE as a personal customer as well as a business one, it would be easier.
