    @EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @SJG1007 @EE Yeah my app is down too. Just when I need to use it. Forces you to sign in with new passcode then tells you "something isn't right"

    Dear @bt_uk We switched to @EE home broadband 2 months ago and it's been awful since. We're now paying for two bills. Customer service think we switched in September 2025 - incorrect. Today we have no broadband Goodness sake the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

    @EE I am sick of this now, WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY BROADBAND AND TV ON EE APP? I am more than happy to cancel all my services including phones and tablets as well as tv and broadband unless this is dealt with! Oh let me guess we can not help please call?! No! I would like account

    @EE's auth process to login might genuinely be the most **** piece of software on the planet. Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.
