  @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE The issue is the lack of momentum by Openreach to gain this permission. I got this myself and passed it on via EE but they were advised by you that it had to be you that got this. So I gave details and now you’ve emailed once.

  @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

  @Kezmeister82 @EE @BT Doesn't surprise me, even once they connect you, don't be surprised if it won't connect on laptops and mobile phones. Good luck trying to raise an issue after! Have been awful

  @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

  @edfen19 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm leaving them cancelling my mobile account gave them the 30 days notice & tv & broadband account will be next when contract runs out best network in britain MY ARSE 🤬
