@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

Been with @EE for absolute years!! Basically since mobiles were invented.. besides them recently rinsing every penny out of hard working people as they make millions every year!! Has anyone else noticed in the last 18 months how really bad their signal connection has got??

@EE @keswickcook Nowhere did he question whether you were upfront, he asked how you can justify it. We as consumers are being crippled by this everywhere and the only damn thing not going up by 24% is our damn wages. You don't need to justify it, you all just do what you want 🖕🏻to us right? 🤬👌🏻

Absolutely appalling from @EE & @WeAreOpenreach regarding my broadband & home phone. Just left high & dry with neither after you 'upgraded' me on Thursday. Apologies don't help my 89 year old Dad with no house phone or Internet #EE #OpenReach

@EE @keswickcook I've been a customer with @EE for over 20 years. Called them last week to say my bill seems much higher than friends of mine. They said there was nothing they can do. Loyalty!

@EE Honestly why are customer experiences so much worse and apps and websites !! EE you can upgrade early , I select phone ect in app if you wish to keep your number you need a pac code , so request one, the app says no when I enter as this is for changing networks, so call

@EE @keswickcook The cost of paying Kevin Bacon to do their ads. As an EE customer you can’t just the rise. Should be 4% which is roughly the current rate of inflation.

@EE @keswickcook Just quit when contract ends better deals elsewhere. Join somewhere we're they don't put the price up every year. I got rid of ee and never looked back.
