Hi @EE On what planet is it considered appropriate to text your 'loyal customers' telling them they have to sign up to a new contract (that costs double what they currently pay) or they'll be automatically switched over at an EVEN HIGHER PRICE?! You're losing a lifelong customer!

@EE Afternoon, we use EE for our internet at home (sim card router). For the past week, we have been having extremely poor signal and issues in our area. The EE coverage checker says there is a problem in our area...for a week now. Any update possible on a fully restored connection?

@EE You may be getting £60 a month for the next 17 months from me for a service that is not working but as of next month losing £110 of voice services from a 15 year customer never to return. Plus the nice new sign that has just been erected tell all about poor EE product.
