@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@EE @MarcAllera So at least seven different agents later (each one feeling like starting again) and many hours on the phone I’m still waiting 5 weeks for service. I’m being sent a 5G device to keep me going but your team seem to not have the systems and tools to actually solve the problem

@EE Hi phil, unfortunately it's not my device, it's your network that is activating them after I've turned them off. I don't need any information about the alerts and don't need alerts, i simply want your network to stop changing my device settings without my consent
