    @EE you’re telling people to contact you if they have any problems with the bill increase and then when we do call up, you’re saying there’s nothing you can do and for me to purposely not pay the new charges so that u can put me on a payment plan? Does that make sense to you?

    @EE @timopont We all know bills increase but normally it’s by a couple of £ a month. This is outrageous by how much it’s gone up this year. None of us have a leg to stand on as you are allowed to do what ******** you like. So much for loyalty.

    @EE Armed forces covenant not honoured. I've moved home due to being in the Army and EE are billing me £160. My new home is not covered by EE but they promised me it would. I'm disappointed they made a show of signing the armed forces covenant and claim to support us they do not
