@EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK Vodafone are terrible I paid an up front fee for a phone, it never got delivered. Complained & complained Had to go to the ombudsman to get my money back - plus £100 compensation

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm on BT and can't recommend them. The signal in our house is terrible but literally anywhere else is OK for some reason. I was on an O2 pay as you go but I was constantly being called by marketing people trying to sell me a contract which was so annoying and they wouldn't stop!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK But the phone direct and get a sim only plan. Cheaper in the long run and you can switch providers every 3-6 months if they are ****
-
Matthew Clark Leach (@LeachJuice) reported
So, due to a massive **** up @EE have blacklisted my phone in error, and now I've no use of the phone unless I've a Wi-Fi signal! I need this sorted as the shop I visited didn't seem to know what to do.

Matt Palmer (@mcpalms) reported from Truro, England
@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

Adrian Johnson (@bluemanc20) reported
@EE I’ve received a “loyalty offer” where apparently I can upgrade to a selected few phones and plans yet it says I can get this for a Samsung s21 but when you look at plans it still has the full amount of money to upgrade early. Definitely leaving this useless service
