@EE why when I log in to my ee account online does my mobile broadband Sim not show? I can't get any signal and it's data should be valid for 12 months, so until September.

@EE Hi, are the issues with gifting data resolved yet? As they weren’t working the other day according to your colleague. As a big chunk of my data went missing the other day which was due to this issue. Many thanks :D

@EE Actually no. There seems to be a communication problem with openreach. But also it seems your staff members aren't fully trained on your system as I did have a staff member tell me it was definitely happening in the 3rd. I will be registering a formal complaint.

  • scottishchee Scottishchee (@scottishchee) reported

@EE not that i mind getting text messages from EE about my contract and upgrade offers ... but when i got a text reminding me about englands women football team and remember to support them is not exactly i expected to receive.

@mdhalstead @EE Yes, because it was the first one, the customer services said they couldn’t do anything. If it were after I’d made a payment they could have given a grace period. A bit **** as is their hub, trying to get an extra £10 p/m for in house booster.Pretty peeved as long stndn customer

@EE @rootmetrics Whatever. You're certainly the biggest network by volume of ads, and rvery time I hear an American voice prompting EE Full Fibre it puts me off even more.
