@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE why can't I speak to a person. ? There's no customer service number ? I have nothing but issues with your company. Taking unauthorised payments from my account? Looks like I have to complain again. Just awful!!!!
