    Parents are on the phone to @EE & I’ve never in my life seen worse customer service in my life... spend less money on Kevin Bacon starring on your adverts and put that money into training your staff!!

    @EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

    @EE It just says there is an issue which is usually resolved within 4 hours (it’s been 24hrs) And to track status which is what I’ve already done. Can we not get an actual human to fix this asap please

    @EE It’s now been three and a half days and it’s still not fixed. Poor service… Technical support have been helpful in giving me updates however.

    @EE So waited for an engineer to fit it which they did. Still no TNT, apparently I now need 4 bits of kit to do, which 1 did before, no one was able to help me, so having been with a company since 1981, I am gone

    @EE All i wanted to do is to lose TNT sports to bring my bill down, take my 700 minutes from my bill, they were very helpful found a where I could keep the TNT Sports, which was good. Since then it's been downhill, as have parkinsons & had a stroke, I am unable to install equipment

    @EE can someone contact me about our broadband being down? I’ve called 3 times but no one seems to care and all they do is try and sell me a mobile contract. Awful. I need WiFi for my heart monitor and I need it back in asap
