    @EE No worries. This morning I have contacted the agent again using online chat through the My EE app only to convince me that I should contact @Nreal directly. No support whatsoever from EE as the sole seller of the product. Luckily, @UGEplex has directed me to a solution.

    @EE paid for my phone to have data roaming whilst I’m in Canada, been here over a week and no service or potential network connections anywhere I go. talk about a waste of money. why even make it an option?

    I’m in St Lucia and my roaming won’t connect to any network including flow or digicel, please help @EE And FYI I already followed the FAQ online, I’ve had name network selection turned on auto magic before I left the U.K. @EE

    @Donmorcan @EE I wouldn’t worry about it it’s a known problem with the website and the app I can’t login or nothing I’m waiting for them to fix it it’s very annoying

    @EE Hi Ashleigh Sadly NO and it was the store manager who dealt with me. Just such disappointing, poor customer service. Reluctant to ever purchase anything else and absolutely will not be recommending EE to anyone. You don't deserve loyalty from me!!!!

    Is it normal to be paying £150 a month for my phone and Apple Watch or are @EE mugging me off cos I hardly get signal anyway and never 5g?

    @EE Hey, bit stuck, bought a 5GEE Router and plan but it's arrived with no SIM (so no idea what the phone number will be). When phoning support you can't get out through without your phone number though. How do I get this sorted please?
