Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

Mark McWilliams (@markmcwilliams) reported@EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! ๐๐๐
