    @MarcAllera @EE I do not believe you care one bit about anyone. You have refused to acknowledge me or any of the letters and messages I have sent during the past 3 months regarding the way your staff treat disabled people. It has been agony for me and I still have a huge uphill task ahead of me.

    @EE do you have an update on when the issue in St Albans will be fixed. Postcode area is AL1 2RJ, think it’s been almost a year and it’s impossible to get service anywhere down in the retail park, how am I supposed to claim my @McDonaldsUK rewards🥲

    Day 103 of #PhoneGate Despite another effort, I'm still waiting for the @OmbudServices to comment. I have been in a bad place the last few days. Big companies like @EE & @SamsungUK don't care about people who are #Neurodivergent. When will #Neurodiversity matter?

    @O2 I have an old phone of mine which I want to use an @EE pay as you go sim in, but it’s saying it’s not supported- never had this problem before, the EE sim is @1stFelbridge emergency contact phone so I need to get it working and I’ve never had problems swapping them over b4

    @EE Any problems in the HP2 area? I consistently don't have good connection anywhere in my house but today is unusable, 15mb download and 0mb upload. Not a service worth £30 a month at the moment.

    @EE how incompetent is your customer service team? My friend had someone join her phone plan, order a brand *** new phone, get a number and when she rang about it, you blacklist HER number and let the other ******** continue using the number like they are a valued customer??

    @hollyjademowf @EE Had same issues but but with the help of @DaveTechPro I was able to get mine working again.
