    @EE your colleague Peter and myself can't seem to track the delivery of my new iphone 13 Pro Max. Anyone else able to help a girl out with an estimated delivery date? Only asking for some pretty basic customer service. I'm seeing on here people waiting 8 weeks I'd rather cancel

    Well the @EE phone MOT was a giant waste of my time! The battery has issues but called for the MOT AFTER the warranty has ended so can’t do anything about it. Maybe the MOT should be at 6 months so there’s time to fix issues! Also got no clean, polish or £10 off accessories!

    The current @EE radio advert was clearly written by a man. If a woman is out in the middle of nowhere in the dead of night, and has no signal, I guarantee likes and kudos are not what she’s worried about. Frankly it’s a bit tone deaf given the current news.
