    @EE can someone please help my roaming has cut off whilst on holiday. I am unable to access anything on my phone unless on the hotel WiFi. Chat tells me to ring a UK number but I cannot make any calls or send texts so cannot speak to anyone

    @EE Is there a direct line for customer service? Every time I ring EE I get the same recorded message asking if I’m home broadband/mobile phone and I’m neither, then I get bounced off the call.

    @bt_uk @EE I cancelled my contract with Broadband who transferred to EE in October 24 in November 24 I received another bill and it’s continued. I’ve spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer support who advise it will be sorted it hasn’t been. Can I raise a complaint!

    I'm at a loose end. I need to access my EE account or speak to a human, but I have no signal. I've tried sendiing a private message but I get is an automatd response saying to call. But I'm abroad with no signal! not had any for 2 weeks now. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP @EE
