    @EE this is my internet yet again. It’s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    @EE we've had no er coverage for 4 days, keep being told you're working on a problem but not much help when as a family you're still taking our money!!!

    @EE Same problem with different browser. Likely wifi IP block, out of mobile data (used up during new house move) cannot use that. Ive had pages not loading, spinning wheels and all sorts this week, hoping it was known issue for everyone and fixed soon, but seems not🤔 what to do..

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE Your coverage at @HeathrowAirport (airside Terminal 3) sucks! I’m not passing through I work here and on a daily basis I struggle to use my 5/4G

    so my @EE phone won’t make or receive calls. Tried every solution listed on their website to no avail. Only option to get in touch is to call 150. And how can I do that when I can’t make calls????

    @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care
