@EE my goodness your website is atrocious guys. Trying to add a ps4 to my plan, I understand it’s out of stock. It does say I can still order one and just wait for it, which I’m prepared to do, except there’s no way to actual carry this out. Any help would be appreciated

@EE your broadband keeps dropping out and, when it is working I'm getting 90 to 120 kbps. Your broadband is bad but this is awful. Are there any know network issues?

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE Due to have a phone delivered today, it says we will receive text confirmation for delivery but the phone is broken. Will I also get an email confirmation for delivery slot as I need to know a rough time? Thanks

@EE hi my signal in chichester- dongington has completely gone since 2am! I also noticed it happened the same minute that my payment was taken from you a bit of a weird coincidence. My phone is working fine so it’s not that and if can’t be fixed I will have to change network

@EE I have been trying to sort an issue with my sim since Oct’20. I has been alerted to level 2, 4 times & told I would receive a call Worthing 24-48. Again in January 21, again 22nd Feb, again 24th Feb. Today is 26th and STILL nothing. Unacceptable.
