Over 35 mins on hold with @ee and counting & still no answer. Used to their internet cutting out nearly EVERY DAY, but this is next level. WIFI down for over an hour & mobile hotspot working for about 5 minutes at a time before cutting out for another 5 constantly.

All signs seem to be saying that @EE has had some sort of system failure in the last few hours. Their mobile internet is down, can’t log in to my account, can’t reset my password, their helpline is down as well, and their social media is silent. What is happening?
