    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE I was discussed with the service my wife go at Banbury EE store, our store in Rugby is CLOSED as we were on holiday she call in to update her phone but was told " sorry we are to busy" only 1 customer in shop. " told it will take to long to transfer data to new phone"

    @EE Can you tell me why I always have 1 line of signal and the internet doesn’t even work properly and I can’t even open simple Google websites? I transferred from Vodafone but EE is like 10 times worse. Fix ur stuff man

    @EE why is it not possible for your customers service advisor to be able to put us through to a manager to talk to. Really not happy with your service today and the lack of understanding from your advisor.

    One of the reasons I stuck with @EE for so long was their customer service. It has deteriorated beyond recognition, hence why I’m cancelling all my contracts with them & moving to another provider. How does a company deteriorate so much? Whoever is the CEO needs sacking now.

    @brroookee @EE The communication from EE has been so poor, had to chase to get an order number, order number isn’t tracking the phone. Being told one minuite they are aiming to deliver launch day then it’s actually 3 working days from launch.. it’s just a mess
