@EE hi team, Hope you're well this morning? My broadband with you went live yesterday, speed looking OK but sometimes the hub loses the Internet connection. Never an issue with previous provider. Teething problems or should I raise with broadband team? Cheers.

@EE We’ve not had signal now for over 2 days! Network says the issue was fixed but our whole valley has lost all phone and bb since the ‘fix’. I’m messaging now using a Vodafone dongle! Please help postcode is TR4 9LH. I’m spending over £170 a month on my phones

@NextStepNick @SkyUK Ahh that's awful Nick, sorry to hear that! I hope it gets resolved soon 🤞 I've been with @EE for years and always had great service from them (even when losing internet after a storm), and they often supply free extra data to use my mobile hotspot if it's out for a period.

@LifeofTimDee @EE It’s absolutely dire and the billing part is equally as awful and clunky. I avoid going on it at all costs. Can’t believe this got through any proper scrutiny by a multibillion quid company like EE.

@EE Recently, Midlothian and Edinburgh area. It's been bad.....really bad. Significantly no signal over any sort of signal. Please say it's going to improve very soon.

@EE hello EE - I have been having 4G signal issues the past couple of months. This didn't happen before and I'm in Central London, where everyone else seems to have full signal. As I write this at Victoria Station, I only have 2 bars... It's not great really....
