    @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another
