    @EE hey! Can I just ask a q: been into my local store bc I have a 120GB data plan but it shows up as 60GB on my app. They say when I use the 60GB it will refresh and I’ll get my other 60... is this right? They said your system is broken??????

    @EE HBD to us been with you guys for 7years. I live in a high rise building and the signal is always horrible, I never get a full bar, can’t airdrop files it’s annoying.

    @EE I have a complaint. I signed up to your sim contract (120G) for £14 and you gave me a mnth free due to me being an excellent payasyougo customer. now I see I'm getting billed for that free month and you've added £20 for nothing so my bill what should have been £14 is now £51 🤔
