Getting my money back off @EE has become a joke, I'm owed £131 was supposed to get it the end of January, then when it never came they said they would sort it, this is been happening every 5 days, still not got it, everyone watch when taking a contact phone with them #conartist

@EE have thrown their customers under the bus. 14% increase in price to be “in line with the CPI” which is sitting at around 10%. So why the extra 4% when interest rates have risen? Stinking company. You’ve lost a customer.

@EE So the 20-minute phone call I had before sending this tweet explaining that the 14.4% increase takes me above the amount I can afford to pay monthly with a reply of 'it's not only you Tony everyone gets the increase with no offer of help at all!

. @EE Are making it impossible for me to cancel my roaming. In place since August. Won’t let me speak to a human. Text system doesn’t work to cancel. The online account won’t show it to me. Yet I know I’m being charged. Charging by stealth.

@EE The reason I have not sent the message via a DM is all should know what EE think of its customers, it was explained to me that my contract accommodates this increase so there is nothing I can do about it. My complaint id:19958886
