How can @EE justify a 15% increase in my phone contract from April ??? Good job I've had a 15% wage increase too.....oh no, wait a minute!!!!!! They will be losing this 20+ year customer 👋

  • Darren1878nsno Darren (@Darren1878nsno) reported

Hi @EE . You're raising my prices by 5 quid a month due to base rates and inflation. I assume my prices will also come down when the base rate drops ?

  • Mapps66 Matt (@Mapps66) reported

@EE having issues upgrading with NHS discount codes, can you please see DM

  • fence79 Colin Fensom (@fence79) reported

@EE very poor show on the price increases, you didnt need to use the total inflation rate as at Jan, you could have taken half that rate, but no.

  • emvy03 MV (@emvy03) reported

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, @EE have increased the cost of contracts by ~14% for the second year, “due to inflation” which in itself is bad but half of the monthly bill is the handset - how can they justify charging inflation on this portion as well? @o2 don’t do this for example.

  • Colinwallace76 Colin Wallace (@Colinwallace76) reported

@bouldie @EE That’s shockingly bad!!! I’ll be leaving them@in November when my contract is up as I had a similar increase. Thankfully I’m over half way through my contract. Is there a 14 day cancellation period or anything like that in your contract?

  • bouldie James Bould (@bouldie) reported

@EE Oh well, it looks like you will be losing a customer and £50 a month as I'm within my 14 day grace period. Increasing the monthly charge less than 2 weeks into a new contract is not what I'd call upfront or reasonable!

  • Darren1878nsno Darren (@Darren1878nsno) reported

@Beths1878 @EE Knobheads mate. I took the contract out 2 months ago. Sorry but the cost of providing the service hasn't gone up 55 quid a year In 2 months

  • ATMadein84 Ami (@ATMadein84) reported

@EE Brilliant weekend until I received a 14% price increase for my plan 🤬 @MartinSLewis love for you to do an update on the network providers ripping off the entire nation.

  • Alexmac74 Alex Mac (@Alexmac74) reported

@EE like I give a ****. since when did you ever help me with anything???
