    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @SamsungHelpUK Hi, I've got screen burn on my S21 Ultra, I spoke to @EE but they told me it wasn't under warranty with them any more so I would need to speak to the manufacturer. Would this be something that you can fix?

    @EE Can I get a reply to my query, please? My contract with you started when you took over T-Mobile who I was with at the time. I let the contract roll when it ended and never renewed it or changed it. Can you please confirm that I will not incur roaming charges in the EU.

    @DingaBelle @EE Sadly Sheila, no one sees #50sWomen as their problem. Both sides of Government have kicked the can down the road n no one wants to pick it back up. Plus the public perceive it as old history, why are we still going on about something that started in 1975 - because WE DIDN`T KNOW

    Every time I return to @EE it reminds me of why I leave these clowns in the first place. Horrendous customer service and just a poor company overall. Staff that can’t carry out simple instructions #ee #woefulservice

    I have insurance with EE which was missold by an agent. My phone was stolen and when I went to claim, you keep telling me I took up damage only cover. Several agents have told me I have full cover but your insurance company refuse to honour it. Ive called over 20 times @EE
