@EE No, as it was one of your colleagues who recommend I take out the BT package. I spoke with someone from EE yesterday who said his manager would call me today. I’m not at all happy as your colleague who recommended I change told me there’d be no change to the service by switching

2/2 @EE I supposedly failed one and now have to pay an extra fee on top of the upfront fee I've already paid. Please explain why this is supposedly the case even after your own website told me that everything was sorted - very disappointing start customer service-wise...

@EE Guys, I've had basically no reception in CB6 for over a week now, and it had been highly erratic for a month before that. You're relying on my internet provider for me to make and receive calls, so why exactly am I paying you full price for a service I'm not receiving?

.I know never to rely on a response from @EE Can I say I'm surprised? It seems normal practise for enterprises these days to make great inflated claims re their support services. It casts doubt on their other claims like their network runs on renewables . Hard to believe.

@EE Two things, please change the hold music, it's horrid. More importantly why can't you do call back as an option. Other non-phone companies do, surely make happier customers, and less customer service grief?!

@EE Part of the issue is I asked DPD to call their driver and get him to deliver, apparently DPD cannot speak to their own drivers but you guys can (I am unsure how that makes sense). I did try to call EE but you had wait times of over 30 mins so I gave up.

@EE No, it was YOUR colleague who misinformed me, NOT BT, therefore it is you who needs to rectify the problem.if it’s not resolved today I will be taking advantage of the cooling off period & returning to Sky

@EE still down can't make or receive phone calls - anything to add? Your status checker changed to 8 hours eta last night, but reverted to no eta this morning. The status page has said there's been issues since Friday.
