    @EE Iโ€™ve tried ringing and Iโ€™ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. Itโ€™s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!

    @superpaddiepads @sassycassyL @EE Iโ€™ve never minded paying for the phone monthly, because the contracts used to run side by side. Now you pay longer for the phone.

    @EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

    @EE I am abit dissapoined with EE I ordered the S26 ultra today that's coming tomorrow I've been a loyal customer for time you guys can't even chuck in a free screen protector especially when I am paying ยฃ91 for the contract

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! Itโ€™s really the worst tv package Iโ€™ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโ€™t. You canโ€™t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
