I honestly would never sign up with @Virgin for your broadband, @BT or @EE are significantly better. Worst customer service I've ever received, just had a call handler talking over us, patronising us and then having the cheek to ask if he could help with anything else.

@zuza_real Ah yeah, there was a guy at @EE who sorted everything out for me. Years later there was a woman there who did too. MY customer service guys (n gals)!

@EE Spend time sorted no out the ongoing signal issues for real customers please, before making stupidly expensive adverts that do not represent the service that most of us receive. It’s rather insulting to see this when I pay £260/ month and I can’t even make a phone call

@EE Just a footnote/bit of balance on this, we actually had to leave EE to O2 here on the Costa del Clacton because the EE signal was so unreliable at the top of town.
