    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

    @EE Why have you suspended my services when I've paid over £120. Disgusting service. I did a promise to pay after redundancy and you said you wouldn't. I paid tonight and then suddenly you suspended my services..... Shocking!

    .@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @Ofcom why is @EE able to suspend my phone despite asking repeatedly to set up a direct debit? Followed all their requests. Spent a whole day on the phone. Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!

    @EE Where is my phone? Ordered Wednesday, no update. Phone and got told I would get a text yesterday still nothing. Terrible service

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
