i’ve been on webchat with @EE for an HOUR, asked my question at least 7 times and still don’t have a relevant answer…what’s the point in trying to upgrade with them lemme go to another network or just go back to pigeon mail

@EE ordered phone in 04/01, arrived 21/01 and doesn't work as sim isn't provisioned. Called CS who can't sort it, went to store, they were so rude, couldn't be bothered to sort it, called CS again and been fobbed off. Beyond a joke now

@EE Thank you, I understand I won’t be paying for two at the same time however I don’t want to pay two charges in the same month which I’m worried could happen and I don’t see from the video how it won’t. Thank you for your help anyway.

@EE Wi-Fi is with EE too and I’d say we’ve been having Wi-Fi issues for two weeks or so now and now my phone signal is away too. I had pretty much no connection yesterday
