@EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

@EE Loads. We have tried changing channels, I got an extender for upstairs to try and extend the wifi. Truth told, never had the issues with Plus Net. Enormously appreciate this communication but perhaps release us from contract? Or send engineer pls.

@EE It was ok for 30 minutes but switched to 3G. I’ve turned it off and on but it either has no signal or 3G

@EE My phone contract is expiring soon...but I've to ring back on the 14th march as too early to cancel yet..told her I'm having a phone bought for me...then I'm asked sim pay as you go etc....we will talk about this when you ring back....already being pressurised ...very unhappy

@EE I guess the reason you are much cheaper than BT is because your service is absolute shite! I've had more drop outs in service in the two months we've had your supply than all the rest over the last 18yrs. Abysmal! avoid avoid avoid!!!

@EE Hi @EE just got new 4GEE WiFi router setup and unfortunately reception isn’t great. Tried situating near windows, away from other appliances, different rooms etc. Where do I buy external antennae to boost signal?

@EE I disconnected from 4GEE WiFi and tried again, and it worked first time. My account now setup and login to MyEE app works. I’m PAYG no idea if that matters. Whatever the case, the steps shown were wrong for me but got right result in the end?! (2/2)
