@EE The Manageress told me it was nothing to do with her and became very rude. Her staff looked scared of her. When I explained it needed to be sorted today and I wanted it replaced, she told me she would call the Shopping Centre Guards to "Drag you out".

@EE After an hour I was told they could cancel my up grade and re do it in store..... But then they said it would be a greater upfront fee and more per month than what I got online. I have been with you for more years than I care to remember but this is how your staff treat me.

@Ofcom @EE Thanks @Ofcom they have been raised back in September but they are still not resolved. We are being told estimated fix date 28th November !! Meanwhile no phone line or broadband …..

@EE my automatic top up wouldn't go through this morning so topped up with another card. Hasn't updated all day so no data or calls on phone without WiFi. Is this an issue with the network?!

@EE hi, I’m a new customer and have ordered a SIM card which hasn’t arrived in 10 days however I have been billed and sent letters about how much you’re going to bill me. How do I get in touch when my SIM card hasn’t arrived and I need an EE number to get through phone options??

@nomoneysavant @EE did the same refusing to replace my phone because I broke it despite me paying £5 extra a month for damage cover like apparently someone needs to steal and throw your phone on video for it to be a valid claim
