@EE Your insurance phone number keeps hanging up on me, this has happened 3 times. Please can you investigate this so future customers don't suffer the same problem.

I’ve been a loyal customer of @EE for I’ve 20 years and now they are stinging everyone with a price increase inline with CPI PLUS 3.9%. Plus, I only upgraded a few weeks ago 😭🤬

@EE diabolical service, wasted around 3 hours now with no reply on Twitter for over 45minutes and calls being disconnected. I will be reporting you to ofcom. Threatening to pass me to a debt collector but cannot resolve an issue where you decided I needed 10x data at 2x cost
