@EE changed from normal Internet to fibre broadband, now nothing but trouble. Called three times and three times it will get fixed story. Nothing happens. Don’t use EE

@ee you continue your despicable behaviour. I was never credited what you promised me- it has hung over and because of that you added a new charge, now two lots of £7.50 to my account. And threaten to cut off my broadband. Your customer service swore I had received an email and a refund. I received neither. Hence this charge remaining on my account. Because I refused to pay what you promised you would ‘refund on my next bill’, I now have another charge and threat of no service. Plus two separate hours wasted on the phone with you. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I move home in February , I will be changing service providers. Guaranteed.

Stuck in a hell loop on the phone to @EE with a stream of the worst Christmas songs and then Chris Rea comes on and I've just seen the news of his death.

Hi @EE Absolute awful service WiFi keeps disconnecting they told me to change password and “forget this network” wouldn’t take new password so call handler doesn’t know answer so cuts you off, great. Also cut off at 20:53 as it’s nearly home time and they CBA No WiFi now -poor.
