Watching the news, we now only have Freeview for real telly. When we had Virgin Media we got Points West. Delighted that we get Midlands today with @nickowentv. We don’t live in the midlands any more but never mind.

@freesat_tv Well, I guess I'm kissing goodbye to Satellite TV as the channels I was able to watch yesterday are no longer available. It just tells me I have no signal and scanning results in nothing.. Back to Freeview and catch-up I go.

I can't even find how to end the TV part of the bundle and get my wife a Freeview set like me. I'm fed up getting the two finger salute. Please @Ofcom get them sorted. I can't be the only abused customer

@50dw50 Yeah, quite a few missing channels on freeview now. Fairly sure it’s an aerial issue but for how much actually watch freeview compared to streaming stuff doesn’t seem worth the expense of getting it changed.

@continuouzly Sorry about this, are you accessing My5 via a Freeview Play device? We are aware of problems playing content on these devices and are hoping to get an update released this week that we believe will resolve this issue.

@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. I’m paying full price for freeview! I demand compensation and a quick resolve as this is just embarrassing for @bt_uk
