@LarsNewbould Can’t really help much as these two episodes were back to back ( ch 54 on Freeview ) and are the only ones I have seen. Suggest checking the program schedule as I think there are more later in the week. Glad your son has taken an interest in what is a large part of our history.

It’s 2022, drop the SD channels and encourage people to upgrade. SD freeview is unwatchable it’s so bad.

@PhantomPower14 Good. Decent technique on freeview. Anyone seeking masochistic pleasure out of watching crap football has to pay up. Just as it should be.

Brian Corbett (@HD2onPBdotcom) reported
@rogermosey Work on the transmitter near Manchester in the last month means that ALL BBC transmissions - national radio, local radio, SD TV and HD TV have ceased here: I cannot receive about 30% of the Freeview channels I have been getting over the last 6+ years. And retuning doesn't help

@BradTRC @a516digital Someone at work I know got fed up with the faffing about with freeview, looked into getting sky glass. Problem was his broadband provider was very unreliable after several goes to get glass working. He was about to give up. Until it was suggested changing the provider.

@Mark56623345 @a516digital Last time I used Freeview religiously was in 2015 - as we used it alongside Sky due to bad weather. Now due to upgrades in Sky’s technology, particularly Q, there is no point for me. The only time I would use Freeview is if my Mini boxes went down, and that fixes itself quickly!

@fmdiscr @BeckettUnite It should never have been temporary though. Many people need that money desperately. The jubilee nonsense (and its extraordinary cost) was completely unnecessary and could've easily been dealt with as a one off event at Westminster Abbey, televised on a single freeview channel.

@MsAlliance @SkyNews In Bromley?!? ******, I thought Dorset was cut off ! (I'm talking about the Freeview service on channel 233 not the subscription service - just in case that's what you thought.)

@AngharaDavies @Angharad_78 I had a service for UK freeview TV but didn’t renew this month because it was expensive and kept dropping the connection.

@TheWalkindude77 @maesy5 It’s bad enough my interstate membership no longer gives me access to non-freeview matches … Dees rarely play in NSW so if I want to attend a game I have to PLAN!
