@kieranjameen Kieran cancel it, my sister did with hers and hasn't missed it, you can buy internet freeview boxes now and you can download all the apps onto them, no monthly payments then, just for what you choose to, much cheaper

@FreeviewAdvice @arqiva More disappointed, but I suppose I've got to accept it, after totally cutting the cord. I do have a tech question though. I'm using the Plex Media Server for Freeview, but the supplied EPG by Gracenote is terrible, is there a XML file of the one you use on the Android app

@robert_t_bruce I guess the real issue is that there doesn't appear to be a decent like-for-like replacement for VodafoneTV. Some options include the Freeview streaming app, but that is hugely undermined because it will be shutting down later in the year.

@TalkingPicsTV Please make an Xbox app for encore. It would compete me (terrible freeview reception means I can’t get the broadcast channel)

@SorrelMayWood We take up the offer of 30 days free from time to time. Nice while it lasts, but as we usually joke that the Amazon order will arrive at least 3 days before it says it will, it never seems worth paying. (We wouldn't use the other features - way too much to watch on freeview.)

@mrcookie_jay @looksunfamiliar I saw a few recently on some obscure freeview channel. The Kremmen segments are Cosgrove hall? I think. But bad. Terribly bad!!!

@FreeviewTV @NadineDorries @BBC 29/7/22 07.40hrs Freeview outages for TV & some total blackout throughout most of the UK - again!

Roz Frampton (@FramptonRoz) reported
@FreeviewTV Wish Freeview would focus on getting it to work! Outages yet again! The map shows many outages, yet it states no problems. Shows reports, then places a red line above those reports & says only outages above the red line. Showing 'No Service' repeatedly is not good enough.

Sirius (@Clarkson1977) reported
@BBC I have no internet at home, watch only what’s on Freeview, haven’t used the iPlayer in at least 3 years, don’t “listen again” and have never downloaded a podcast in my life. Yet I am expected to pay the same as somebody who uses all these aspects of your service?

@ContactKingston @FreeviewTV @FreeviewAdvice Thank you for reply. I don’t know but freeview asked if there were any roadworks going on.. & there are others in KT2 that it’s affecting.. & no issues with Crystal Palace transmitter 🤔

@NadineDorries @BBC @FreeviewTV Nadine, please sort out Freeview. People can't access TV or have total blackout so often! This last fortnight or so, it hadn't worked most of the time. Most people don't report outages because they don't know where to do so &/or can't. Get sorted!
