@wearyprovo Can you cancel online I hate the phone because they put you through to other ppl, I want to stop mine to, I never watch it any more, except sky news and you get that on freeview.

@ThatKerryHudson @Di__ers I’ve got food network on freeview/ freesat. Also would recommend Zen for internet. Good customer service ratings which is unusual in that industry.

@Stevecathutch Mind if I ask where in the country you are, and what system you were watching on (e.g. Sky/Freeview/Virgin etc.)? Trying to work out what happened, we had the same issue (north Cumbria).
