  • linktonian Iain Mackinnon (@linktonian) reported

@noiseresearch My Dad used to call TV "chewing gum for the brain" I am watching less and less of it these days and have cut my Sky subscription down to the bare bones ( we get a very limited Freeview service of a handful of channels and there are signal issues in our area)

  • littleblueshed Lynne Aldridge (@littleblueshed) reported

@helensclegel Not on Netflix, but Great TV (Freeview 50) has that kind of stuff, plus US done-to-deaths such as Murder, She Wrote. As someone with mobility issues, with a partner who has spent over a year recovering after a serious accident, I know about harmless crap TV.

  • explodingwalrus Carl Draper (@explodingwalrus) reported

Don't buy @panasonic Freeview recorders if you want to keep more than a thousand recordings per drive, because that's the stupid arbitrary limit they've set on drives. Want to fill up that 6TB hard drive? Tough, the arbitrary limit means you'll barely full it up at all

  • phil_creighton Phil Creighton (@phil_creighton) reported

@Page_888 @russty_russ When there's a cheaper alterative for a quarter of the price, and there's a cost of living crisis - it's an easy cutback. If I was Radio Times King, I'd make print edition Freeview channels only and try and get price down to £2. Would mean a lot of changes to get there.

  • wurzel260654 Sarah , Lucy,Nella and Wurzel . (@wurzel260654) reported

@Stephen87495131 @SkyNews They will. So pay tv needs to go Nothing wrong with freeview. Don't buy or take contracts out on the dearest ipads. The Government help for utilities should have been means tested and increased. 100% increase is unaffordable. Food prices are rising especially essential foods.

  • toastman . (@toastman) reported

@ScotlandNT **** off indefinitely until these are regularly on freeview.

  • CAJBuckland Charles Buckland (@CAJBuckland) reported

@FreeviewAdvice I was watching Challenge TV on Thursday evening on my TV with built-in Freeview. When I went to watch the same channel yesterday, a message “service is not running” appeared. Why has it been withdrawn without notice?

  • OldMan_UK OldMan (@OldMan_UK) reported

@StapletonAileen Channel 4 is down online, via the app and on Freeview. I don't think it's got anything to do with @virginhelp

  • Colin08302719 Colin (@Colin08302719) reported

@5_News In Londond on freeview channel 105 the lip sink is so bad its not watchable. On freeview ch5 it's bad but you can just about watch.
