@mrjamesob If the Gammon aren't careful, the only British values we'll have left will be brown sauce, calling Freeview "Normal Telly" and wrought iron silhouettes of a WW2 solider we're told to never forget, even though he died defending Europe, The Rule of Law, and Refugees.

Can’t believe how truly terrible EETV is. Tuning freeview channels is atrocious. Currently get 43, no BBC, ITV or any basic ones using new aerial. If it does find them they just disappear. Bedroom TV gets all the freeview ones and that’s on an old aerial in the same spot. #EETV

There's an important point to be made about internet freedom and search algorithms but I can't be bothered all that so... The internet is like Freeview now. "Do you want this crap thing you didn't ask for on CNN 1, CNN 2, or CNN extra?" 😾

What a really cheeky naughty way 2get numbers onto this @ITVX putting top flight footy onto either itv4,which doesnt have HD on normal freeview never mind UHD or ITVx which we can't record & haV 2 sit & put up with all the adverts which make U a fortune yet no investment into 4k!

@freeview whats up with your signal today , no tv channels at all total blackout , loads of reports so dont say theres nothing wrong when there obvs is , its been breaking up since the storms,any idea when its going to be sorted ?

@WelshGasDoc @itvhub Oh yus. Dreadful. UK’s most popular soap (Corrie) not even on their front page any more. On iplayer you can start watching a prog on catchup any time after it’s started on Freeview - on ITV you have to wait until several minutes after it’s finished. And UI is *awful*.

@benonwine Get plenty of practice here in rural Devon, where the power and internet go off quite regularly, and many of us have no mobile signal at all (or mains sewage, decent water pressure, gas, public transport, road repairs, freeview signal - you name it, we don't have it)
