There's an important point to be made about internet freedom and search algorithms but I can't be bothered all that so... The internet is like Freeview now. "Do you want this crap thing you didn't ask for on CNN 1, CNN 2, or CNN extra?" 😾

Can’t believe how truly terrible EETV is. Tuning freeview channels is atrocious. Currently get 43, no BBC, ITV or any basic ones using new aerial. If it does find them they just disappear. Bedroom TV gets all the freeview ones and that’s on an old aerial in the same spot. #EETV

@mrjamesob If the Gammon aren't careful, the only British values we'll have left will be brown sauce, calling Freeview "Normal Telly" and wrought iron silhouettes of a WW2 solider we're told to never forget, even though he died defending Europe, The Rule of Law, and Refugees.

Looks like freeview is down across Teesside. No TV or radio signal..

Series recording on @HumaxUK Freeview box (NOT Freesat) FVP-4000T not been working for a couple of weeks. Records single programs and first of a series ok, but does not recognise subsequent episodes. Problem not limited to any particular channel(s). What’s happening?

  • _andyhandy HandyAndy (@_andyhandy) reported

@FreeviewAdvice Morning. I’ve had no Freeview signal now for 12 hours. No iPlayer or any TV apps are working too. Any ideas?

  • intouchwithox David Oxendale M7OXY (@intouchwithox) reported

@transdiffusion I was there. With the red square of signal death. What a great team we had at Ondigital. It's a pity it was doomed to fail from the outset - but every time I use Freeview, I'm glad we did what we did to make DVB happen.

  • Tetchywayo Tetchywayo (@Tetchywayo) reported

@orbette Even the slightest wind caused issues with our digital freeview signal (which living on coast made it permanently unwatchable). Most of yer live tv should still be watchable on iPlayer, ITVHub, All4 etc. though.

  • tarmac112 tarmac1 (@tarmac112) reported

@Boob07 Yes mate Darnell only got the call yesterday morning asking if he’d fight Frazer, I would have laughed my stones off he’d won. To keep putting such **** fights on a PPV is ridiculous. Tonight’s fights have their place but not on PPV mate, a load of 4 rounders should be freeview

  • positiv07652695 positive vibes 💚💙 (@positiv07652695) reported

@LizahatesTories They said they could offer more for the same money but wouldn’t/couldn’t bring the price down. We’ve all got data on our phone so the other option would be freeview but it’s so limited. Mustn’t grumble if we want the tv and broadband.

  • Brekkietweets Brekkie (@Brekkietweets) reported

I swear #Freeview TV was far more resilient to bad weather than before the decent frequencies were sold off to mobile companies. Granted a mobile signal probably more useful in an extreme weather situation than being able to watch ITV+1, but still...

  • KateKennedy66 Kate Kennedy 💙 (@KateKennedy66) reported

Anyone having issues with BBC channels on Freesat channels? Ok on my Freeview. Checked cables and sat dish, but all seems fine. All other channels are fine, just BBC pixelating? SW Scotland here.

  • scousepie Emma (@scousepie) reported

Hotel’s not bad at all. One of them little gaffs where they’ve got several and I had to carry my suitcase up three flights of stairs, but an unexpected fridge and if I can work out how to get the Freeview on I’ll be absolutely laughing here. Sainsbury’s over the road an all.

  • DazzaField Darren (@DazzaField) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thank you for your reply. We actually had to cancel our sky TV Subscription because it became too unaffordable, we were using the box for freeview. Would we still be able to get a technician down without an active subscription?
