@Phil_Nourse @colinshone2 And the people said I’ll watch freeview and then said, well that wasn’t so bad and decided to cancel their virgin bloody broadband and moved to Sky on a better deal than £80 per month and now pay £49. That’s what we did 😁

For your ‘down’ time .@tim_rolls These are the channels you can get NOW 70s tv on: Sky 373 Virgin 348 FreeView 78 (between 7am-10pm)

Watching Ideal World on Freeview ch 51. Peter Simon still flogging stuff you never knew you needed. Exercise freak is advertising a vibrating machine and he has varicose veins. Much preferred Simon on Bid TV where he was allowed to go bonkers. He looks fitter now tho, relatively.

Over 13 million households across the UK currently rely on Freeview - and residents could be forced to fork out an additional £20 monthly and potentially purchase a new television set if the service is discontinued, experts have cautioned.

@BigNGandBertie @sleafordmods I bought a Firestick for around £25. All the Freeview channels are available without Prime. The ITV app is incredibly slow and glitchy through my set top box/DVR, but works well on the Firestick.

@evenskate566 Both of us loathe Richard Curtis comedy films, essentially due to the fact they're slushy Freeview crap.

@langerz10 @connor_naismith I’ll be honest I typed that whilst chopping some salad and I don’t think I even know what I meant by **** all happened. I think my main point is Crewe fans have rarely contributed to radio Stoke when they’ve been on other frequencies. Why is freeview so bad?

  • MisterBeergut
    Jonny (@MisterBeergut) reported

@RhianReads1 @richardosman On my Freeview box it is easy. Just ignore the channel buttons and go down to categories, then click on sport. All the choices come up there.

    **** all on Freeview...

@WhichUK For live events, internet speed isn’t everything. For reliability and lowest delay, broadcast TV still wins: Freeview, satellite or cable. Fibre streaming is great but usually behind “live”. 5G/4G/Starlink can work well, but depend more on signal, congestion and load.

  • cra46159
    Vic (@cra46159) reported

Watched the usual MSM crap 'News' on BBC, Sky, GB News, got bored, & switched to Al Jazeera Ch 252 on Freeview. I got a REAL perspective on their programme I didn't get from our own ones. Try them out 👍

@SW18_67FC @johnrobinson07 It's not more saturated too, it's shot in a Full Range and de-converted down to Limited Range to fit in our poor freeview infrastructure, it makes red and yellows considerably crushed. That's why the Holland game looked the worse so far

@Glynn11111 @GBNEWS How does that run then as it doesn’t use the Freeview via aerial signal…
