  Watching Ideal World on Freeview ch 51. Peter Simon still flogging stuff you never knew you needed. Exercise freak is advertising a vibrating machine and he has varicose veins. Much preferred Simon on Bid TV where he was allowed to go bonkers. He looks fitter now tho, relatively.

  @Phil_Nourse @colinshone2 And the people said I’ll watch freeview and then said, well that wasn’t so bad and decided to cancel their virgin bloody broadband and moved to Sky on a better deal than £80 per month and now pay £49. That’s what we did 😁

  @codfish246 yuhh i think we had freesat cause of the awful freeview signal, my nan had the exact same box lol (and my grandma had the exact same telly!) upstairs we had a freeview telly and someone had to stand and wave the portable aerial around a bit to get a clear picture

  @WhichUK For live events,internet speed isn’t everything. For reliability/lowest delay, broadcast still wins: Freeview/satellite first,then cable/TV provider. Fibre streaming is great,but usually behind “live”. 5G/4G/Starlink can work well, but depend more on signal, congestion and load.

  Worst case scenario on That's TV channels on Freeview I'm posting this because Freeview channel 75 That's Entertainment deadline is over and nothing been broadcasting yet the deadline was on Wednesday 22nd July 2026. Freeview channel 7 & 8 That's Local channels are not affected by this. All That's channels on Freeview will be removed from the EPG without notice.   @ThatsTVOfficial why is that TV2 on that Freeview 65? In Gloucestershire not working it just says no digital TV signal available and no picture.

  @Jenny_1884 @whinestop I believe the BBC needs to change it's funding model - preferably to a subscription service as using advertising would have negative effects on current Freeview channels. I would like to see a system similar to Sky so you could choose your subscription level.

  Enjoyed the seniors snooker, congrats to Ronnie O'Sullivan. Love the great Cliff Thorburn's way of saying snooker - "snucker"! Although Channel 5 shouldn't keep switching to 5 Action as the picture quality on Freeview is terrible!!

  @cmairsy @virginmedia Zen for internet - rock solid and great customer service, not that you’ll need it. But after ditching Virgin we went down the freeview route, I’m afraid.
