  Watching Ideal World on Freeview ch 51. Peter Simon still flogging stuff you never knew you needed. Exercise freak is advertising a vibrating machine and he has varicose veins. Much preferred Simon on Bid TV where he was allowed to go bonkers. He looks fitter now tho, relatively.

  @BBCDerbySport Hi guys, anyone else had a problem trying to watch or listen to the game today. Sky Sports through Virgin wasn’t working, channel 717 on Freeview was broadcasting Burton Albion, you can’t listen to it on BBC Sounds, I ended up in my car in this weather!

  Worst case scenario on That's TV channels on Freeview I'm posting this because Freeview channel 75 That's Entertainment deadline is over and nothing been broadcasting yet the deadline was on Wednesday 22nd July 2026. Freeview channel 7 & 8 That's Local channels are not affected by this. All That's channels on Freeview will be removed from the EPG without notice.   There's an interesting problem here. Switching off Freeview would make spectrum available for 5/6G, but at the (enormous) cost of putting all that bandwidth on existing connections. Not least all the perfectly good non-smart TVs that would become E-waste overnight.

  I have never missed watching terrestrial TV, it won't be a big leap to also cancel Freeview. I'll just read even more.

  @RightSide_Uk @GBNEWS It's the signal 📡 it happens to me all the time and I've got Sky...so I switch to Freeview and it seems to be abit better.

  @Alexandr4Denman 2034....don't worry, these buggars in control will be long gone by then. Freeview, I must be honest, I've never seen because my TV couldnt pick it up anyway. TV is now permanently off. We can find better things for pensioners to enjoy, surely?

  Only positive out of tonight is we were that **** on freeview so everyone has seen how bad we are, it is a good thing because now the hierarchy can't ignore that we may need to re-evaluate our transfer strategy #nffc

  @BENEFITS_NEWS I don't understand what switching off Freeview does, except I assume forces people to pay for everything? We have an Amazon Fredrick thing but the channels are apps. It's crap half the TV channels you can't even get on it. Freeview is better.

  @NotFarLeftAtAll All part of controlling us. I don’t have TV packages only Freeview & my internet is bad so don’t watch much anyway, barely anything in summer. Unfair for the elderly.
