Earlier on I could watch two live, free-to-air Eredivisie matches back-to-back on Freeview. And yet I have to look all the way down the EPG to Quest to find only the highlights of English Football League games.

@jonrog1 @Blankzilla It was never the content, or really the ads that were the issue. It was the tech behind it. I don't know about cable boxes in the US, but set-top boxes for Sky and Freeview and most built-in TV guides and systems for getting to content were slow and awful.

@FightyWoman I think mine is about 7-8 years old. I’ve never had a normal aerial because they were so expensive to get installed! Seriously considering it now and just having freeview or something similar cos tv is crap anyway!

@mettderk1 @ladbible Yep, if you don't wanna pay for their service use freeview etc, they're private company's you don't have to give them your cash, Why should I pay more because you don't wanna pay at all?
