Earlier on I could watch two live, free-to-air Eredivisie matches back-to-back on Freeview. And yet I have to look all the way down the EPG to Quest to find only the highlights of English Football League games.

@btsportfootball Not sticking it free on TV tho! Need to work hard to connect TV to phone! Could treat the country to freeview via channel on sky!!

@FreeviewTV Can you explain why at 08.00 today I had a Freeview Service but at 14.00 today I had no #Freeview #Service I have tried #retuning twice but now only 7 #Channels #Nottingham #Bulwell

I hope to have an outside aerial on Monday. Then I can see if my tv picks up a signal, and auto-tune it to get all of the channels on freeview. I've had a 4 year break, now I'm going back to it again. I need to rest at least one day of the week.

@gbnews Have you lowered the bit rate on your Freeview channel? It's stuttering and the lighting is also very poor. What on earth is going on? It's worse than a Skype call.

@FreeviewAdvice Hi we've got no signal and very few channels that work on our Freeview TV. We've retuned it lots of times and each time we get fewer channels. Now the TV channels don't work at all. We are in the SO area if that helps

So you let me fill out the complaint form then conveniently wouldn't let me submit it. I've now cancelled membership and the @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp sticks are going in the bin. What's the point, may as well watch Freeview & ITV catch up. Did you intend to lose all your customers?!
