@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@CraigTvBug @EvanD As it stands the Freeview signal is currently carrying data to support five regional versions of BBC One HD across England. But the BBC promises all regions. It is currently advising the changes will occur by the end of April.

@FreeviewAdvice @Becca5489 Its our Sky signal 2, both Sky & Freeview has no signal, im in a council flat & they r responsible for our TV signals, we think someone has cut the cables as my neighbours tv signals have gone too, ive called council & they are gona get someone out. @virginmedia I have the basic of basic packages. Volt included, whatever that means, as I’m on O2 as well. A 22.5% increase is ridiculous for what is essentially Freeview with broadband. More ridiculous is your blanket removal of our right to cancel because of such imposed future increases
