@MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

@FreeviewAdvice We have a relatively new television that, although we have retuned it, we do not get any main channels - BBC1 etc and several other channels. Could it be a receiver problem or a Freeview problem. Also takes ages to change channels. (Milton Keynes)

@GMB I cancelled my Virgin Broadband and went with Three £21 a month for unlimited 5G and a router which if you go away in the UK you can take it with you. Then just use Freeview went from £131 a month down to £19 a month for landline and £21 for broadband and its faster than VM

@aliiscrying @JohnJohnNYC_ in the UK you buy a television license to access Freeview which is the terrestrial television service you can get with an antenna. The money goes to fund the BBC

@EdwardoYazzie we only watch this sort of programme on Freeview ... "yesterday". PBS America and Smithsonian channels etc...usually lots of repeats .... never watch BBC !! xx

I was looking forward to W coming to Freeview as I used to enjoy it occasionally when I had it with my sky package. Then I realised it now shows pretty much the same crap as the channel it usurped from the Freeview epg. What a crock of ****.

Dear @davechanneI I have never watched you because you don't work where I live please can you fix it that I can .. I have @Freeview but only get a small number of channels. also why do I have to pay the same price for a Freeview box as someone else who gets all the channels?

@aliiscrying @JohnJohnNYC_ You can have a TV and not buy a TV license you just won't get BBC or other freeview channels, you can still get digital cable or other pay services from **** like Sky
