Anyone here who lives in London, who watches, or at least, can watch Freeview TV (terrestrial, rather than satellite/streamed TV), can you check whether it's working? I'm not home, so can't check. Wondering if there is a Crystal Palace transmitter problem. Thanks

back to back episodes of Pokémon are on Pop TV (no, I've never heard of it either) Freeview 206 🤓

Tried watching normal #freeview #television this evening. Absolute worst ten minutes of my life. Everything is so bloody #mollycoddled to keep everyone happy. Back in my day, if you didn't like something, you changed channel. Absolutely terrible this world has become!

  • rxtv_info RXTV Info (@rxtv_info) reported

TalkTalk has now closed its 'Boost channel' service, effectively ending its own TV channel platform. ▶ From today, TalkTalk TV boxes will have access to Freeview + a selection of streaming apps. Sky channels continue to be available through the NOW app.

@lucymirandaward Definitely breaking down barriers. Your comment was my first thought at the time. This is why women's sports needs to be on freeview more often..so much potential for progress.

  • YNWA_4Life Trist  (@YNWA_4Life) reported

Once again reminded how shockingly poor the HD quality is on Freeview. (Watching the match on ITV HD)

  • shortflyslip Andrew (@shortflyslip) reported

@robert_t_bruce I guess the real issue is that there doesn't appear to be a decent like-for-like replacement for VodafoneTV. Some options include the Freeview streaming app, but that is hugely undermined because it will be shutting down later in the year.

@MiserygutsPetty @SEAMONKEYOO7 @RyanJackMum Oh, I just realised- Freeview, not Freesat! My bad! Yeah, that'll be why the channels are different!

  • RichardGB76 Richard G. Bartholomew (@RichardGB76) reported

I am going to treat this Chinese takeaway just like I treated the ten minute freeview on TV X and The Adult Channel when I was a teenager: plan to drag it out for as long as possible, but I know I'll be finished in under two minutes! #TheOneShow #EURO2022
