Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

I have tried every day to retune - please advise what is happening and who I can report this to. I called the help number - as soon as I reported the problem the call was cut - no details taken!

Mal McGar (@BigGoonerMal) reported@hitinman ALWAYS issues with Freeview, they just tell you to retune 3 or 4 times then say you equipment is at fault. Never their bad service!

Typically nowadays you either offer paid service with no ads (I.e. Netflix), or ad powered service for free (freeview/terestrial TV). Sky is grabbing money here with both hands.
