@jaxlfc_jj @YaTerrynorris70 It’s not restricted to the BBC. If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

  • Toffeewolfie Philip whitehurst (@Toffeewolfie) reported from Liverpool, England

  • Beeeezebub Blub (@Beeeezebub) reported

@RandyMack88 @AlexLloyd1 @BBCNews Your tweet made it sound like you thought it was just those specific things and that you didn't need a licence for things like freeview (when you do) just a tweet interpretation issue happens all the time on this bird app

  • harpurheynews Harpurhey News (@harpurheynews) reported

@UKTVPlay I seem to have narrowed down the problem of series links not moving onto the next episode. It's only when I dial up a program from the Freeview play listings If I watch an episode direct on the app it plays the next episode just fine. #freeviewPlay error.

  • SophieFul14 Sophie (@SophieFul14) reported

@fiery_mahogal @UlsterRugby If your tv has saorview it will work on the 800 numbers. Never works on normal freeview.

  • OnnaLoves Juliana (@OnnaLoves) reported

15/ I withdrew my FREEVIEW content that never earned its keep, and essentially cost me a roof over my head. And yes I was bitter that one video accidentally went out for free, as it has cost me bricks that would have been something towards a deposit at least.

  • GavHugh86 Gav Hughes (@GavHugh86) reported

@guardian_sport @mrewanmurray Interesting @mrewanmurray - re: TV deal (from UK perspective), if they don’t get Sky or a Freeview channel, and on basis network would not be paying them in first year, would they not be in a worse position being on obscure subscription channel in terms of eyeballs?

  • GazBlades Gary Blades (@GazBlades) reported

Arrived down in Portsmouth ready for another crack at the Modus Super Series. Thursday and Friday from 09:30am on Sport Stuff TV, Sky Channel 437, Freeview 264 and on the @MSSdarts YouTube channel.

  • GarfieldTheCa15 GarfieldTheCat (@GarfieldTheCa15) reported

@back_the_BBC @tonys121212 @scottygb Since the BBC is **** scared of losing its guaranteed, privileged fuding model, it would say that about subscription because it doesn't want it. Greg **** admitted in the early 2000s he pushed for Freeview because it would make it more difficult to scrap the LF and introduce subs

  • SkyHelpTeam Sky Help Team (@SkyHelpTeam) reported

@elovabloke Hey Jeff 👋 You can plug an Aerial into the back to gain access to freeview when the internet is down, or plug a device into it through the HDMI slots to use. Thanks, Ross.

@Project4046 Hi Project, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Freeview Reception. So, we can investigate this for you, can you please DM us your postcode and house name or number? Thanks, Dylan

  • iadmcintyre Iain McIntyre (@iadmcintyre) reported

@c4 why are your times out by an hour? I sat down to watch the Grand Prix at 11:30. Got some chat show instead. Checked online and the whole schedule on Freeview is an hour slow. At least I haven't missed the GP.
