Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

  • royale_musiq Elisha Royale 💋 (@royale_musiq) reported from Birmingham, England

If anyone else is having this problem call 1626 to turn your voicemail off. You can reactivate if you want by calling 1616. #GiffGaff #GiffGaffSupport

  • steven_brough Steven Brough (@steven_brough) reported from Cannock Chase, England

@markwilsonit @giffgaff I pay £10 a month with GiffGaff and get 4GB of data, unlimited minutes and texts. Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

  • Splashy23_ ✨Splashy💥 (@Splashy23_) reported from Birmingham, England

@giffgaff what is up with your signal in the south of the UK? Every time I’m working down here it’s next to impossible to get a signal! @VodafoneUK @EE is your service any better??

  • TheBossnME Mark 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported

@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

  • ewan_tindale Ewan (@ewan_tindale) reported

@imedrichards @TMobile @Mintmobile Giffgaff in the UK, not sure if you have an equivalent over there It's sim only monthly rolling contract so you buy your own phone but then can switch/cancel whenever you want

  • LuluJ43872028 Lulu J (@LuluJ43872028) reported

I'm sorry but how can it be so bad? My WiFi connection is down again so I can't access anything on my laptop or the Firestick. I can use my phone to access but only when I turn off my WiFi (i.e. Data is working, thanks GiffGaff). But @TalkTalk wifi? Nothing. What am I paying for?

  • child2mann Rambling Rosey (@child2mann) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Sign up to Martin Lewis' MoneySavers website and get his weekly email full of latest offers and practical help similar to Which but free. EE has bad customer service. I have a SIM from GiffGaff that costs me £10 a month but I am a light user

  • JohnnyGaluva Johnny Galuva (@JohnnyGaluva) reported

The amount of SMS spam I receive on my GiffGaff iPhone these days is ridiculous. Several per day. You'd think @giffgaff and @O2 would have proper spam filters on their network.

  • fred6279 Fred (@fred6279) reported

@KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

  • philhguk My Name is Phil (@philhguk) reported

@xxx_kimbo_xxx @EE I used to be with EE then all of a sudden I couldnt get a signal in my own home so I switched to GiffGaff, I still only get 1 bar but at least it works. Considering I live about a 10 - 15 min walk from the town centre the mobile signal here is shite on all networks.

  • Jonesy_Bones Andrew 🤸 (@Jonesy_Bones) reported

Hey @EE How long does it take to issue an eSIM? I’ve ordered from both @LycamobileUK and @giffgaff and had the eSIM instantly… Been waiting hours over here and still nothing. What gives?

  • TheBossnME Mark 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported
