    Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

    @markwilsonit @giffgaff I pay £10 a month with GiffGaff and get 4GB of data, unlimited minutes and texts. Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

    @giffgaff Hi, could you please adjust your network settings to go better with Telegram apps audio calls? It’s already used by more than 500 million people and there’s a problem with audio calls on giffgaff - the calls drop all the time on iPhone 12 Pro Max. It works well on WiFi though.

    @giffgaff I haven’t had any service for 72 hours now. Your website said there was a mast not working yesterday but all is fixed now apparently and I’m still not getting any service at all. Please help as I’m paying for something I’m not getting. And it’s very annoying! 😡

    @giffgaff I have my goody bag set to auto renew but last night I got a text saying that I need to renew all my details for my card I’d correct and I thought it couldn’t have been a new year issue but it’s still not started but annoying when Iv been with you for 5 years

    Hi @giffgaff my partner has just transferred her GG SIM card to a new iPhone, it’s now asking her to activate the sim and she can’t access her goodybag account, She’s been using the same sim for the past 2 years, any idea on how to fix this?

    @giffgaff I have received my refurbished iPhone and I am disappointed that it has a fault with the speaker when i make a phone call I have no sound and the microphone doesn’t work this only happens on calls I have a return created but it doesn’t let me explain the problem

    @tescomobile @nathantoothy90 Sky Mobile us O2 as their network provider so can cross O2 off your list plus giffgaff and Tesco Mobile as they both use O2 as well.
