Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

Have tried for 2 days now. Do I just need to find a more reliable service provider? As you don't seem to want our money or custom!

It is day 3 of trying now though, and with only one day until the auto-renewal I don't see much point.

I was hoping there would be an alternative way of paying, such as over the phone...but apparently, they have no such contingency plan should their online method fail leaving customers with no data

Your staff didn't even bother to read the report, instead telling me to 'reset' my phone. ITS TWO PHONES. WE HAVE NO ABILITY TO CALL ANYONE IN AN EMERGENCY. APPALLED.
