  @MaryKenny4 The only time you get contacted by say giffgaff as an example is when have not topped a number for so long and even then they don't phone, they'll text or email. To prevent Junk Calls, never give your main number to anyone other than F&F, Dr, Bank, Work/School, or get 2sim phone

  @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

  giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

  @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?
