@giffgaff will do but it happens all the time and has been going on for months at first I though it was because there was an active goody bag but no credit but even with credit it still has the same issue I tried asking the community a while back and got nowhere

@giffgaff can you please explain why my daughter is unable to make or receive any calls (via WhatsApp or normal telephone non wifi calls) when data signal is lost despite having credit and an active goody bag??

@O2 Hi are the issues in LE12 too?? Had no signal all day and the same in LE5. Although I'm with @giffgaff they run on your network. When you have family in hospital, and can't call out or receive calls, this is adding to the stress!
