Switched mobile to @Lebara 3 weeks again and still cannot receive calls from Giffgaff/02 network. Numerous calls/ emails to customer service difficult but very poor response. Wishing I had never switched.

@VOXI_UK Hi just got a text from Voxi and since reboot the account is now working again with my old number added so should be all OK now, decent speed so far also. Giffgaff did not cut it and was 4g light so was not getting much more then 12mb max but this network is between 15-20mb

@Alichat66 @Sensible_Party Yes, non smart phone minutes only and as its a 2G phone required most companies will offer a good signal everywhere but check to be sure. Tesco offer a good deal (O2 signal) a do GiffGaff (also O2)

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff, regarding a spam text I received today alleging to be from @PayPal, I've been advised by them to report it to you by forwarding it to 7726. Is this the correct number to report spam texts to on your network? Many thanks.
