Okay, so it’s not just O2. People on other networks are having issues too O2, Three, Vodafone, EE, Giffgaff with most the issues BT, Tesco Mobile & Virgin Media with a few

@AlanGWardrop @virginmedia I did one better i got a giffgaff sim with hi data usage 100gs all for the price of £20 with vergin i was paying 40+ a month plus had old contract with Vodafone at 40+ ditched them both for what I have currently have & I've never had any problems with connection speed etc

I literally can’t wait until I can leave @O2 ... I joined them as I heard so many great things about them but I’ve had nothing but issues. How hard is it to pay a bill?? You’d think theyd be desperate to take your money lol. @giffgaff I miss you

@CK42883037 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann.
