R.e. the @giffgaff phone app, it NEVER remembers my password, and neither do I, as I'm always forced to add capital letters and other details I will never remember. Please make your services more accessible to those of us with neurological handicaps xx #neurodiversesquad

  • richardlloydact Richard Anthony Lloyd (@richardlloydact) reported from Dartford, England

@giffgaff have just switched to you, no link to keepnold number sent, tried to log into an agent and got access denied. Away from home and no one can get in touch. Please help ASAP!

  • richardlloydact Richard Anthony Lloyd (@richardlloydact) reported from Dartford, England

@giffgaff Too late. As I work away I can’t afford to think I maybe won’t speak to my family when I need to. I am cancelling. If you could furnish me with your member service email please; I can’t seem to find that on your website. Thanks.

@RhysCurtis14 I’m on GiffGaff as well. Strange as loads of people down in Cornwall didn’t get theirs.

  • DaveSThompson David Thompson (@DaveSThompson) reported from Corbridge, England

Hello, you lovely @giffgaff people. I know I'm not alone in not having received the #emergencyalert message on my phone, however my wife next to me did on her Giffgaff Android mobile; presumably the signal is from the same mast? It's probably a Gov't ****-up as usual... Hey ho.

  • willmill82 🍢🥙will🥙🍢 (@willmill82) reported

Thirdly! What network are you on? If you're on an MNVO (e.g. GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile etc please use the piggyback network if you know it)

  • bryantalbot79 bryan talbot (@bryantalbot79) reported

So what's happening @giffgaff . I know that the emergency test went off. Just not on the 2 Giffgaff phones in our house

  • pollywarren10 Polly Warren (@pollywarren10) reported

I think the #emergencyalert was a great idea however my brother and i who are with ID mobile, unlike everyone else in our house who are with EE and giffgaff, we did not get the alert. Overall its a bit of a let down. However, i do understand it was just a trial.

  • DuranceAdam Adam Durance (@DuranceAdam) reported

only people on GiffGaff didn't get the #emergencyalert. Proof the government don't give a **** about chavs.

  • pink_fox Sophie Miller (@pink_fox) reported
