    @giffgaff can somebody contact me please? I’ve been trying to return my daughters faulty phone for weeks now, but it won’t let me submit your online form. Also when I call her it says the number isn’t in service, yet I pay monthly for a goody bag? Thanks

    @giffgaff I don’t even get an error message, once I’ve added all my info and try to get to the next page it just doesn’t move 😩 the main issue is the battery it states it needs replacing but there’s not an option for battery that I could find. Is there another way to organise a return?

    Anyone else's Giffgaff signal just completely die? Sutton area? My other sim (EE) seems fine though. Tried reboots etc but no luck @giffgaff @O2

    @PoshOggers Hi David. As we are an online only mobile network, we do not have a customer service number for you to call. If you've raised a case with us through your account, our standard response time is up to 24 hours, however we do aim to get back to you much sooner - giffgaff Jade
