    @giffgaff are ridiculousl. Their phone mast is not working so their suggestion is - travel at least 2 miles away from your home to receive a call. Yep, that’s really reasonable. Especially to someone with chronic illnesses that affects their ability to even walk most days. 👍🏽

    I like Giffgaff. I doubt its their fault I've had issues. It's down to the update, but I've not really rated this phone since the camera is crap so I'm going to part exchange at some stage.

    @giffgaff paid for a phone last night it was supposed to be delivered today dpd are saying its delayed what happens if they never deliver or the phone gets lost ? i needed this phone for a xmas present for my mum now its looking like it may not happen

    @YardleyShooting It’s crap and for quite a lot of money per month, I personally can’t wait to finish my contract and go back to GiffGaff. I was with them for a decade and never had many issues unlike I’ve had during the past year with EE.

    @giffgaff why have I had no response to my complaint that was logged 2 days ago😡😡 it says a response it given within 24 hrs awful customer service and a joke that you cannot e mail or phone anyone !!

    2/8 I pay £6/month with Giffgaff on a rolling 30 day. The Mister is on Sky Mobile at £3.50/month 12 month contract - less than a tenner a month because we use low data. We buy our phones direct from Apple as it's LOADS cheaper & we're free to go where we want for phone service
