    Okay, so it’s not just O2. People on other networks are having issues too O2, Three, Vodafone, EE, Giffgaff with most the issues BT, Tesco Mobile & Virgin Media with a few

    @giffgaff have just switched to you, no link to keepnold number sent, tried to log into an agent and got access denied. Away from home and no one can get in touch. Please help ASAP!

    R.e. the @giffgaff phone app, it NEVER remembers my password, and neither do I, as I'm always forced to add capital letters and other details I will never remember. Please make your services more accessible to those of us with neurological handicaps xx #neurodiversesquad

    @TonyMoretta @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK The answer's a dual-SIM phone. For some reason Google, MS, Yahoo et al won't recognise my JT number range for sign-ups - and JT won't recognise this is an issue. Thank goodness for my giffgaff SIM.

    @ClaireS72473185 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2

    @Aldouk @EE No, I left GiffGaff when I bought my Pixel on EE. It's an option to go back though. Leaning towards O2 at the moment who I was with for years. Tbh, the coverage has never been great on EE here on the outskirts of Nottingham. Regularly have no service.

    @giffgaff Right, which numpty set up the new security code to get in to your account? I CAN NO LONGER GET IN TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE WHEN I GO TO RECEIVE THE STUPID CODE YOU KEEP SENDING ME VIA EMAIL, BY THE TIME I RE-ENTER GIFFGAFF, THE CODE NO LONGER WORKS
