@OnePlus_Support 5G doesn't work on O2/giffgaff without manually setting the network type. This is a simple policy config file change your end (can't make stick without root) yet you can't even accomplish that simple task! 36 days after "making a note" I get an update that fails to fix it! [2/2]

@sms_95x I’ve never looked back after giving greedy EE the finger last year and joining Giffgaff. You’d have to buy your own phone though.

Absolutely never going with three again as soon as this god awful contract is over. I’m sorry giffgaff, I’ve learnt my lesson.
