@chrisdetsicas @ThreeUK @giffgaff - was with 3 for 10 years and they kept cutting my data allowance. I get a shit tonne of data and flexibility for peanuts with giffgaff

  • LauraSummersNow Laura Summers (@LauraSummersNow) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

  • EdoreFaine Cr£am (@EdoreFaine) reported from London, England

    How comes everyone with #giffgaff never answer the #phone #London #voicemail 🤨

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • staylowkae baby wasteman. (@staylowkae) reported from London, England

giffgaff finally back to more data less money but ofc its slow now 😐

  • uncoolbob Bob MacCallum (@uncoolbob) reported from London, England

No signal, phone or data here @giffgaff

  • Maliwil RAVEAUD Emmanuel (@Maliwil) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Oh thanks so much, only one solution refund my money back on 5 days, so I don't have a phone for a new week. Thanks @dpd_support for your perfect work ... So know you are going to give me a new phone 🤬😤

  • TronalddumpUS Tronald Dump. (@TronalddumpUS) reported from London, England

@giffgaff your network in #blackheath is atrocious. I get better signal sitting on a beach in Botswana, what's up with that?

  • TheGaffaSM Prince Vegeta (@TheGaffaSM) reported from Merton, England

    Never GiffGaff💥

  • drkarenewells drkarenewells (@drkarenewells) reported

@giffgaff Hi I can’t seem to find the answer to this but currently on a PAYG with 3 network, if I move to a SIM monthly with giffgaff, can I transfer over my 3 pay as you go number?

  • markdsnell Mark (@markdsnell) reported

@giffgaff Not a great start for a new customer. Transferring number from Tesco today, and still no service on my phone. Thought this would have been easy as you both use the O2 network.

  • SusanRalph21 Susan Ralph (@SusanRalph21) reported

@giffgaff How do I get a PAC code if the text or online request system are not working?

  • markdsnell Mark (@markdsnell) reported

@giffgaff Well still no service this morning. So much for the smooth transfer of my number from Tesco. Looks like I might have made a mistake switching to giffgaff.

  • ChrisAdams014 Chris Adams (@ChrisAdams014) reported

Another day of no @giffgaff service!!

  • SophieLB1 Sophie Bichener (@SophieLB1) reported

@RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK Get yourself over to @giffgaff - no hassle and great customer service. I was O2 & Vodafone before and had to leave for similar reasons!

  • AaronSadlerUK Aaron Sadler (@AaronSadlerUK) reported

@O2 / @giffgaff How do I go about reporting that 3G and 4G do not work on one side of town, full signal, but just flat out does not work

  • ReginaldJohnst7 Reginald Johnston (@ReginaldJohnst7) reported

@jonesycartoons Throw out your TV and cut out your landline. Keep your broadband. Set up a Giffgaff sim account for each in household and get rid of all streaming services. Can't say explicitly but there are other ways to get TV shows and movies. No TV = no BS. Turn off data roaming when home.

  • antrei01 Anthony Reilly (@antrei01) reported from Portlethen, Scotland

@giffgaff how do I cancel my 2 SIM cards!!!!!! This is the worst company, no phone number or email to contact anyone. Can you help asap please, thank you.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@IanSkiday @giffgaff That's because giffgaff doesn't support VoLTE (4G calling) so to make or receive a call your phone has to downgrade it's connection to 2G or 3G.
