When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle

    @giffgaff Just got robbed by Giff Gaff, my monthly data plan ran out on Sunday, I topped up with £10 and on Tuesday I got a text sayoing my data plan had run out? how can this be? Not good enough that a mobile company have no phone lines to discuss...5 Days to resolve issues!

    @giffgaff been waiting 24 hrs, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I paid for sometihng and I want a reply now. You cant be a company without customer service, or relying on other customers solving my problems instead of Giffgaff.. "ask the community" LMAO
