@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Here @giffgaff when you get a phone sent back for repair, why don’t you let your customer know what you’ve done to fix the issue or what the issue was before sending it back? Having got it back, I can confirm that whatever you’ve done, hasn’t fixed the issue what so ever

@AdrianKeithBrya We do understand the frustration this causes and do apologise for the inconvenience. Once the issue has been resolved, do drop us a DM so we can look at adding some account credit as a goodwill gesture for the downtime. - giffgaff Dana
