@Arednel @giffgaff Wel nobody messages me anyway, but I’m out tomorrow so not having any signal will just make me stressed out

  • JMvanderBergh John Milan (@JMvanderBergh) reported

@giffgaff So again the same issue, even tho I HAD activated recurring goodybag somehow my credit was spent. Really not cool @giffgaff, that's £10 in total that went into thin air. Seriously thinking about filing a formal complaint.

  • ChericoRoo Cherico 🌻 (@ChericoRoo) reported

@giffgaff @JebbleG Sadly that rules you out for us. Our mobile signal at home is at best one bar so wifi calling is essential. Voxi have given less than a months notice that they are removing EU roaming due to ‘costs’ but refuse to reduce our plan price to compensate.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@question_dog We can appreciate how frustrating this is for you, with having no service since activating your SIM. Please be assured we are working as hard as possible to resolve this issue and have your service resume, we just don't have an exact time frame for this. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • DrChemistryEmz Emma (@DrChemistryEmz) reported

@Yorksims @Arednel @giffgaff Yes, sorry, I meant if they were available all the time the store is or only from the mobile phone mini shop. They’re available all the time on the tills, just grabbed one but can’t activate it until the morning. The sim is working though (shows signal) so looks good! Thanks:)

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AlxMakes Yikes. Did she complete a SIM swap Alex, or how did she move her number across? When was this completed? If a SIM swap was carried out, this can take up to 24 hours to process and have full service on the new SIM. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@ChericoRoo Hello there, giffgaff uses the O2 network. Our goodybag plans can be used in the EU and selected destinations. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period, with data use capped at 20GB per goodybag. - giffgaff Ann 1/2
