    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @stuartdan88 We're a pay and go company Danny, so you won't be signed into any contract. If you're with a different network, you can simply put this SIM into the phone. If the giffgaff SIM remains inactive, no further charges will apply. - giffgaff Jeanette

    So frustrating topping up @giffgaff phone. Forced 2FA is SMS, not proper authenticator codes. 2FA challenge, GG sent a text, to a phone I can't see. They can't send me the code because... out of credit. If it was proper 2FA I could use my phone to authenticate to top up. Fail! 🙄
