@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

@nenamewilldo @giffgaff they normally take 10 - 30 mins but restarting your phone every 5 mins to refresh your network connection will show you when it's completed.

Just received my 'like new refurbished' Samsung S8 @giffgaff and it can't download any apps over 4g or wifi. This is not a good start. Code 403 errors everywhere.

@VodafoneUK Such bad service. I'm with Giffgaff. I shouldn't have to try going with Vodafone for 30 days and then seeing if I can get a code. You shouldn't lock brand new phones to your network.
