    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    @giffgaff my daughter accidentally clicked on the contract package when selecting an earlier monthly plan as she had run out if data. How do I check if its gone through and if so how do I cancel?

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.
