@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

Holy **** so far the ******* EE network has mileeees better signal than ****** *** giffgaff.. I get full bars indoors.. On giffgaff i was getting 2 at very specific spots.. It was manily 0 - 1 bar

@giffgaff Hi team - how do i bring forward a recurring goodybag. Set to recur on 16th, need it to start now. Hav tried to use help / community. Turn it off and on again, queue a goodybag. all didn't work...help!
