Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@giffgaff Thanks so much for getting back to me! I keep getting a notification that I need to 'sign into network' and when I try nothing loads. I also tried to log onto my account and I can't get in? Are these issues related? Ta!!

@AntiSilence666 @giffgaff That's not a bad shout. For all I use the phone for, and especially over this pandemic I feel we've all been ripped off because we're using WiFi not cell data.

@JakeFordd If you check your SIM card, please ensure it ends in 5Ggg1. If it does, you should be able to receive 5G service from your SIM, but it would seem 5G isn't showing as an option on your phone, so you'll need to ensure it is 5G enabled. - giffgaff Jeanette

@rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!
