It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... Giffgaff Issues Reports

-
Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff How ironic. A mobile network company that are unable to make calls! And you do deal with inactive accounts on Social Media as I pointed out. So deal with this. Go to the account of Muzamil Mughal, remove my address from his account and cancel the SIM you sent to my address.
-
Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff And you still haven’t answered my question. This can be dealt with if I DM the details. There are plenty of examples of this. I’ll add your name to my complaint because of the poor way you have handled my concerns.
-
Mademoiselle LeVell 3.5% funny ✊🏽 💚 (@Mlle_LeVell) reported@giffgaff Thanks. I’m quite surprised though. This has never happened before and I can’t work out why I’ve suddenly used so much more data. Any ideas? I’m normally at home & connected to WiFi.
-
Jay Dee (@semaj0791) reported@giffgaff repeated loss of phone signal is really making me look to an alternative network. Paying for a service that far too often just is not available.
-
Mark Wilson (@markwilsonit) reported@stewrogers Except EE doesn't work in my house... or basically at this end of town (so Wi-Fi calling doesn't help). O2 and Vodafone are the only viable networks for me, but giffgaff seems to be giving reduced O2 performance recently...
-
giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported@ProveIt78 We are an exclusively online network, so we don't have a telephone number, and we're unable to call members. We totally understand that you would like this looked into as soon as possible, and our member relations team will get back to you as soon as they can. - giffgaff Emer.
-
Tracey Matthews (@TraceyMatthews) reported@Lisa7Pettifer Another vote for Giffgaff. Auto-renew (so no admin) and seconds to change plan via the app. Very cheap. 4 users in my house for 5+ years and never a problem.
-
Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff Please stop repeating yourself. Why will you not deal with this when you (giffgaff) have looked into other issues relating to inactive accounts via DM? This is a serous issue involving potential fraud.
-
Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff I’ve received a SIM card through the post addressed to someone I’ve never heard of and who doesn’t live at my address. I need you to cancel the sim and remove my address from your records and the potential fraudsters account.

Sarah the Crazy (@Viking_Sarah_1) reported@nicklesby79 Oh I thought you meant home wifi not also 4G. I have Shell for home and @GiffGaff for mobile. GiffGaff are part of O2 so use their network. Brilliant reception and very cheap!
