Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

@giffgaff Hey folks. I can send a message to your agents but I can't get to the inbox to respond or look at it. Whenever I go to the link to do that it just redirects me to the Help hub. :(
