    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

    Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

    So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    toss up as to who has worse service @virginmedia or @giffgaff no internet from virgin and no service from giffgaff unless we move 1/4 mile away from house lol BOTH say no ongoing issues 😡

    @brockdee @giffgaff Giffgaff run off O2 so they can't even sort the problem. It's down to O2. It's got really bad in the last few months. I'm looking to go elsewhere now which is a shame.

    I hate to be so negative. I really do. But I've just found a THIRD website that doesn't work with Firefox's default tracker blocking. So I'm naming and shaming: @giffgaff @WooCommerce @harvest Your websites are all broken in Firefox with default settings. Sort it out please!
