Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

@Yorksims @giffgaff Yes, it’s confirmed that there is a mast fault. Data is still down, voice and SMS are intermittent. It was annoying last night as I couldn’t access a particular account because I needed a code texted to me for security, as is common these days.

@giffgaff Hi, thanks for your response. After paying 35 pounds and requesting to change my old number to this new giff gaff plan, I have noticied that the data I receive is actually really poor and will not work for me. I’ve tried to cancel my transfer of numbers but it won’t let me, help

@giffgaff I have rebooted the phone multiple times and it is having no effect, so please do not patronise me by pretending it's a "settings" issue like you did with a previous customer a few hours ago.

@giffgaff After being fined for over charging customer between 2016 - 2019, when will you start to acknowledge that your customers are missing calls and you have no fix? They pay for a service, but only receive a partial service. Seems like your spots haven't changed!

@virginmedia I accessed that using paid for @giffgaff data when your broadband was off in our area for 4th time in 6wks (or less). @Ofcom - is there any scope for auto refunds when a service is not reliable? The 24hr loss of use thing is pointless for us as its off for less - but often!
