@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

I'm paying £8 a month on Giffgaff unlimited calls and texts and 3gb of data. More data available for slightly more. Its cheap. Like you are an idiot.

@giffgaff Started a goody bag with you yesterday but have had the sim activated in the phone over 24 hrs yet phone won’t recognise it. Could sim be faulty or is the phone the issue? Bought it from you and it works with previous sim (from Three).

@giffgaff Mobile data isn't working in the Eastern Scottish Borders. 4 giffgaff phones in my household, none can use mobile data around here, as of ~5 days ago. Your website says no network problems. O2 reports same. Problem now reported to O2 (25547333) - but please advise.

@giffgaff I think it would be worth looking at how many people are having money stolen from Giff Gaff at the moment. I have to use wifi and cannot use basic functions on my phone. They have until Monday to fix this issue and refund me or I am opening a case of theft against them.
