@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Hi @giffgaff. We set up a phone for our elderly parent, but she doesn't use the phone. Trying to cancel, but we don't have the phone to login. How do we cancel without just cancelling the DD? There doesn't seem to be a way to talk to anyone.

@O2 Hi, I transferred my number from Giffgaff to you. Since the transfer my iMessage isn’t working. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning iMessage on and off but nothing seems to work. When I was with giffgaff I never had any problems with my iMessage.
