    @ewanewa It's 4G home broadband. I'm with giffgaff on my phone but in an O2 blackspot, EE are really expensive but I get really good signal with 3, but there's way too much downtime and the customer service is the worst I've experienced except maybe BT

    @giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

    so im chuckling today because on Saturday morning a @giffgaff rep said there is no issue with my local mast... however O2 has had problems over the weekend with the local mast used by giffgaff...
