Dont join @giffgaff you request refund due to breach of contract and they ignore you. I have had to involve my bank, small claims court and trading standards for fraud. They are in serious trouble now

@kaihendry @Barclays I spent almost four hours on the call to Barclays last week doing the same after moving from a Barclays Private Client International acct to personal. They really only support UK numbers now. I luckily had a GiffGaff SIM to make it work :(

@giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived
