They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Funny how they only have responded re one phone when they signed for 2. I would like a complaints email as I am horrified by this behaviour.

I don't get it...
