    @m1ke_ellis I used to like giffgaff but o2 service was crap were we live . No signal in house or garden

    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    @giffgaff I’m slightly concerned as I signed in to all of my various accounts including banking etc and set up my iPhone keychain before it powered down. I’m worried that if I send it off someone could access all of my accounts if they replaced the battery as it’s tied to my iCloud account

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK GiffGaff are best in my experience, simply because you can cancel any time with 1 month's notice. Just get a £1 sim card from a newsagent & put £10 on it at the same time. Then for £10/mon, UNLIMITED calls & broadband (data limit) with Router. Pay £20/mth for loads of broadband

    @BradMcA In what way better? I've been with ID for 6 years and never had a problem, so what do Giffgaff do better/cheaper?

    @went57 Hi. It can take up to 24 hours for a number transfer to be fully completed. During this time please reboot your phone off and on again a few times, as this should help - giffgaff Jade
