Thanks for your advice everyone. It appears that @giffgaff is overwhelmingly the most popular suggestion amongst you, but I still have to pay over £1000 in rentals before I can consider moving from the crooks at @EE. Do any providers help facilitating the move?

@sophiejohnsxo This has been tested on our end, and there doesn't seem to be an issue with logging in. Have you tried this via a web browser and the app Sophie? - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff your mobile signal in the east riding and york is a joke! Consistently drops calls or provides simply no signal at all, this is becoming a regular occurrence. I cant rely on such terrible signal when i have 24/7 on call duties for a hospital.

@O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My advice to everybody is get a SIM-only monthly deal like Giffgaff. Much better value, they charge a monthly amount to your card and you can cancel when you want. Buy phone separately.

@darkangelazure The symbol showing is the NFC symbol Sophie, which can be turned off within his settings or the pull down options. We'd advise to check the connection settings to ensure roaming data is enabled, as the roaming is showing as on with the R symbol. - giffgaff Jeanette
