@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@giffgaff Thanks for the help I’ve looked at sending the phone in for repair but it advises about repair costs and a £15 return fee. I want to know if it will be replaced using existing consumer laws a £1300 should last more than 2.5 years Apple agree but said contact GiffGaff the retailer

@giffgaff YOU ARE CLEARLY A SECURITY RISK AND SOMETHING PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW AND BE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT I CAN TELL YOU I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR SCUMBAG SERVICE AGAIN . AND I REALLY HOPE YOU LOOSE ALL CUSTOMERS AND GO BANCKRUPT AND YOU ALL LOOOSE YOUR JOBS

@Pogit @giffgaff That consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) requires you to prove that the problem was down to a fault or issue at the manufacturer, as opposed to wear and tear or misuse. So you need an engineer's report ideally from Apple to prove the phone was faulty when they made it.
