giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported@CoastalCanary If you use up your data allowance, you should still be able to make calls and send texts as normal as long as you have an active goodybag. If that's not working, please send us a DM with your full postcode, and we can look into that for you. - giffgaff Emer.

Sazzygeek (@sazzygeek) reportedSo @giffgaff received my returned handset but unlike in the past where the return is handled within 24hours 48 at the very latest it seems their track info on returns page isn't even acknowledging a return. So annoying and you can't talk to anyone as zero phone support.

Amanda 🏴 (@Flintaxe) reported@Sock_Monster Ive never come across that. I haven't had a mobile signal all week - they're working on the mast in town that's used by Sky, voda, tesco, talk talk, giffgaff, 02,smarty,three and it's affected a fuckton of people. Raises my anxiety no end.

Olga Castro (@OlgaCastro80) reported@saetningsknude I upgraded my @ThreeUK contract today and was invited to believe all providers would have to start charging; hence my question! Great if you could check with @giffgaff! I could cancel my upgrade within 14 days & would be happy to do so despite my 5+ years with current provider
