Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

Matt Webb (@splashsquelch) reported@ThreeUK you failed to port my number from giffgaff, after disconnecting it, and now cust svcs say it may take until Tuesday, and refuse to help further. Cannot login to banks, websites, taxis, etc. etc. Need your help in getting 3 to take this problem seriously and fixed today.
