Katie Mills (@katiem565) reported@__Myron__ @giffgaff It’ll be 4 weeks tomo! They couldn’t replace phone so I asked for a refund, they’ve just given me £149…for an £800 phone, they’re a joke! Impossible to contact and impossible to resolve any problems

Jake-777 🙂 (@7771Jake) reported@giffgaff Hi Jeanette, it was reported to the police at the time. But although a three sim was tried after purchase to ensure it was unlocked, a uk sim was never used as it was used in Dubai after its return. I’m guessing the police had it blacklisted as he made the report only to them!

Dr. Raymondo Wilson III 🇬🇧 (@ray_wilson71) reported@laurendeboneill This is my 6th Twitter account, I think. To get back on twitter, after suspension, means having a new telephone number and a new email address. What I had to do is: 1. Purchase a giffgaff sim from argos for a quid. 2. Pay giffgaff £6 for a basic service...

Roger the Saurus (@SaurusRoger) reported@Lee_E_Collins @northcamesouth I dropped O2 a few years back and went to Giffgaff (which actually is part of O2) and I've never needed more than the 30gb of data I get for my fifteen quid a month. Very happy with it, especially as my OnePlus 5t still keeps going on and on relentlessly. Recommended.

Paul Daly (@PaulDaly_) reported.@giffgaff I bought an iphone and my data is not working as it should. I’ve reset my network settings and it’s still not working as it should be. Is there a customer service # I can contact? Waiting hours for a reply every time I send a message to resolve the issue isn’t ideal.

Jake-777 🙂 (@7771Jake) reported@giffgaff and discovered it to be blacklisted. After some research it says that your network can remove it from the blacklist. I’ve contacted the seller on eBay who says it was most probably on GiffGaff at the time which is why I’m asking for your help.
