    @YardleyShooting It’s crap and for quite a lot of money per month, I personally can’t wait to finish my contract and go back to GiffGaff. I was with them for a decade and never had many issues unlike I’ve had during the past year with EE.

    @giffgaff I purchased some travel data for Canada on Friday morning. 16)5/2026. It shows as valid in the app but when I choose mobile data I don't get any signal? Do I have to enable roaming? I don't want to lose the credit on my account.

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah
