All of our handsets come from @giffgaff and returns have been super easy with refund showing in my bank the day after they receive it. However this time nothing. Not even annl acknowledgement of receiving the phone. Someone at @giffgaff please help me.

so im chuckling today because on Saturday morning a @giffgaff rep said there is no issue with my local mast... however O2 has had problems over the weekend with the local mast used by giffgaff...

@catheri00009311 Hi Catherine, unfortunately we can't track SIM cards as it would be with a delivery service, perhaps it is delayed. It would normally take up to 5 days to arrive, but you can also buy one in the likes of Tesco's etc. instead of waiting longer for it to arrive - giffgaff Nicole

@giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

@ewanewa It's 4G home broadband. I'm with giffgaff on my phone but in an O2 blackspot, EE are really expensive but I get really good signal with 3, but there's way too much downtime and the customer service is the worst I've experienced except maybe BT
