Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@RahShivji £10 a month...@giffgaff 10gb and unlimited other bits. Had coverage almost everywhere... On the 02 network. Highly recommend. Stay away from Three. You'd have better luck with a tin can and string.

Bought a refurbished phone from you @giffgaff in June for £139. It hasn’t been dropped or damaged but there’s no sound now when making & receiving calls and it’s shaky when filming. Repairs will cost £260 and this isn’t covered by my warranty. Really unhappy with this service
