    @giffgaff YES U R. QUICK RESPONSE WHEN YOU WANT ME TO SPEND MONEY BUT NOW IVE FOUND YOU GUILTY OF BREACHING THE CONSUMER RIGHTS. YOU WANT TO IGNORE. IM NOT WAITING ANOTHER 5 DAYS. THAT WILL BE A WEEK WITH POOR SERVICE

    @giffgaff 2/2 It randomly decided when to use roaming or bag data. Currently out of roaming and its using credit to connect to the internet, why cant i use my goodybag data. my account name is the same as this. please help as im essentially stranded in the Irish country side

    Still no response from @giffgaff agents but hey what is another customer lost to them. Been with them 2 years but ill be leaving them end month or sooner because they have false advertised and left me with no data

    @giffgaff I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. IVE PROVIDED PROOF THAT YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SPEEDS PROMISED. THERE FOR YOU HAVE BROKEN THE CONTRACT WHICH MEANS IMMEADITE REFUND. HAVE U PASSED THESE SCREENSHOTS TO THE COMPLAINTS TEAM

    @Mark_Antony_3 The option in your network selections for LTE, is 4G Mark. It is sometimes labeled as LTE in certain phones. If you switch this on, 4G should show on your network, but the speeds will be reduced with the always on data now being live.. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @Mark_Antony_3 We're unable to advise why this is occurring Mark and can can only say that our complaints team will be in touch as soon as possible with further help/support. The manual roam may help your service in the meantime, if you haven't tried this already. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    So @giffgaff will now need to deal with a dispute and if they fail to accept the money being returned. Fraud will be involved
