    @MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

    @LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

    @giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

    Iโ€™ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldnโ€™t believe it. Going from ยฃ15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

    @jnoley @O2 Do what I did when they out it up I terminated the contract and moved to @giffgaff same network cheaper price and if you're still paying for your handset that continues no need to change the way you pay for that

    @giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we donโ€™t have an update so itโ€™s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but itโ€™s not good enough - I donโ€™t want a response - I want a solution!!
