Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

    @giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

    @MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

    @LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    @giffgaff Just got robbed by Giff Gaff, my monthly data plan ran out on Sunday, I topped up with £10 and on Tuesday I got a text sayoing my data plan had run out? how can this be? Not good enough that a mobile company have no phone lines to discuss...5 Days to resolve issues!
