@LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩
