Awww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

@JohnHurst @giffgaff Hi John, I've not been receiving any Ping ID SMSs for last few days from various companies to then be able to log in. Giff gaff have been useless in sorting it. But I've seen a number of people having similar issues. Is this similar to issue you having?

@giffgaff the best thing about giffgaff is it is easy to leave. Been a customer for 3 months, moving back to another provider for cheaper and I suspect better service. I'm not getting all SMS through which looking at twitter I'm not the only one. Your help has been hopeless.

@sumlin @O2 O2 are up there as one of the worst customer experiences of all time, switched to giffgaff 10 years ago for 30gig at that price and a friendly text letting me know if I’m using enough to justify that monthly package

@giffgaff seriously how is your 4g so bad!? My data is being used but yet absolutely NOTHING is loading! How have I used 2GB of data when I cannot use your data. I've reset everything on my phone twice, the problem isn't area specific. FIX IT FOR F**K SAKE 🤬

@DigitalStefan @vaelfonia Ah, signal is important as well as cost! Once I've proven that I can use an L2TP tunnel from @aaisp (with port forwarding etc. working on the router) I'm hoping to find someone who sells immediately-switchable "bundles" (e.g. 1pMobile / Giffgaff / etc.) so I can buy ~10GB [1/2]

@giffgaff Not happy that you ran down all my credit, instead of letting me know the data in my giffgaff had run out. Please do better.
