Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

    @LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

    @giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

    @AlxMakes If there is no service once our community is updated to resolved, and 24 hours has passed, it may be worthwhile trying a new SIM swap. If that doesn't work Alex, reach out to us again. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff are the worst network in the UK. Absolutely terrible 4g then they blame it on the area I lived in almost 2 years ago!! Laughable. Getting help is no easier! Send an email and they respond 10 hours later. Useless!!
