    @Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

    @giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

    @giffgaff Hello. Giffgaff's communication is out of service all the time today. I rebooted many times and reinserted the SIM card, but it doesn't change.

    @giffgaff You missed the point entirely. 1) Your customer support seems non existent 2) the colour scheme for the £15 bags is confusing. I didn't mention either a voucher or credit.

    @ejblackburn @giffgaff I hate bt, but ee coverage is excellent. £34 a month for an unlimited data sim, I think I get 100 text, no idea about voice as I don't use it. As long as you can set and forget so you can stay away from customer services.

    1/ @giffgaff disregard previous tweet it appears your stupid website just creates a random new account when trying to register a 5G SIM to upgrade existing SIM. No idea what I'm supposed to do now get this new 5G SIM registered to my existing account. Upgrading a SIM really

    @giffgaff we’ve requested a sim 3 times for my mother in law but none have arrived? Is there a problem? Can’t reply to any of your emails as they are from noreply! What’s going on??
