J (@J74309255) reportedTWO weeks ago asked for new SIM card. Still waiting !! GiffGaff said can use any GiffGaff SIM bought from Tesco, Argos etc. Tried one but website says can only use one they have ,apparently, sent !! Rubbish customer service. Beware. BAD company #giffgaff

J (@J74309255) reported@giffgaff Have ordered THIRD time today. Could get quicker from Amazon !! Very poor service that can’t get this earlier. Terrible that can’t phone a phone company. Disappointed. Work in NHS and need phone urgently , or will have to start cancelling home visits.
