  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@SpeedbirdFan Hi. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for the services to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot the phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

  • alexmidd1960 Alex Middletön 💙💛 (@alexmidd1960) reported

@MartinSLewis I’m paying £8 a month and my wife £6 a month. We don’t want to move because we are with GiffGaff and we like them, Sure, we could save a few quid but it’s really not a problem. We’re happy with GiffGaff.

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@alexbloor @Johndevine @giffgaff Yeah. They have an actual trial with real (hmm!) esims. I have one phone with an eSIM. In an iPhone. As I have a feeling that’s the only thing they launched the trial with. They even have support pages for it.

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@alexbloor @Johndevine @giffgaff Nope. They won’t. It’s at trial and they won’t issue any new ones. They’ll replace existing ones if you swap handset but that’s it. It exists but is still in trial stage. But they do exist.

  • White2Janice 🎀💜Janice 🍬🌺 (@White2Janice) reported

@MartinSLewis Been with @giffgaff for a few years and buy a £6 goodybag monthly. Never had any issues and they have a great community forum to help if there are any problems. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@callumstokes44 We're not aware of any issues with using top up vouchers, Callum. Have you tried dialing 43430 to add this? - giffgaff Jade

  • giddings_louisa Louisa Giddings (@giddings_louisa) reported

@O2 You need to sort your network out there are loads of giffgaff users that can’t use there phones

  • callumorphism Callum Rogers (@callumorphism) reported

@MartinSLewis Please note that price alone for a virtual network does not take priority into account. Example: giffgaff is a virtual network provider on O2's network. But the moment that there is contention (lots of people using it), O2 will give their own direct customers priority. 1/2

  • HelenKathTom Helen K Tomlinson (@HelenKathTom) reported

@MartinSLewis £6 per month with giffgaff because it's good service and community

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Sunalunafish There seems to be an issue with our Ask an Agent service at the minute Suna, but our engineers are aware of the issue and are working hard to get this resolved ASAP. Please can you try this again later this evening, so that we can investigate things further - giffgaff Jade
