@Hampo I'm on Giffgaff, it runs in O2's network. I've never had a problem except for one day (or less) when that network went down. That's one day out of 5+ years. No catch that I've spotted.

@EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff

@O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Bye👋

Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.
