    @just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

    @giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.

    @giffgaff how do I report a fault? I'm only getting intermittent 3G coverage instead of the usual 4G and even 3G keeps dropping out in M20 #Didsbury #Manchester, but #GiffGaff website says there's no outage or problems.

    @giffgaff can you help pls? I've started getting texts from giffgaff re phone upgrade/new phones, which I don't want. The link says stop msgs with a link, but when I put that into my browser I have no idea where I say "please stop texting me about mobile phones".
