Also, @giffgaff I want the tenner back we paid for the goody bag on the new sim because after this shoddy service, I’ll be going with another network.

@giffgaff Already done and they’ve advised to contact you. They state that the Number transfer would not start until EE sim is in the new phone. So I guess we’re at a stalemate with neither party cooperating to get my sister in service. How do I make a formal complaint to Giff Gaff?

@VOXI_UK @RachelNicole194 @giffgaff But the Vodafone app is legendary for not working / and it still doesn’t after all these years so is there another way please?

  • KayHus93 Kai Hus (@KayHus93) reported

@giffgaff Hi due to bad signal issues I have left the network last month. I didn’t use my number at all. Yet somehow this morning I had been charged! I’m very disappointed to find that a network to which I have used for so long could do me like that. No loyalty. Thanks.

@giffgaff It's multiple postcodes from Bolton, Altrincham and Manchester. It's not a mast problem. It's a gifgaf problem.

  • owenwarren Owen Warren (@owenwarren) reported

@giffgaff Does GG support eSim phones? Like the Motorola RAZR?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Rossmatthews86 We're sorry to hear you're having issues Ross. If you've returned your phone, the replacement will be completed as soon as possible. If you're looking to refund, the goodybag will also be refunded if the SIM isn't activated. - giffgaff Jeanette

@gingstertrippin I'd recommend @giffgaff mate, never had an issue, change how much you pay each month, never needed to pay more than 10 quid a month :)
