    Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @giffgaff hey, so I bought a Giffgaff data sim last month (80gb) £20 and it’s automatically updated again today and I didn’t want to ! I had close my account but it’s been credited, I don’t want to happen next month, can you help me out/confirm it’s closed! Cheers

    I'm half way my first of at least two Ubuntu online system upgrades today. Thank goodness for GiffGaff's generous data allowances. 80GB mobile broadband for £20/month, no contract, uses O2's network (very good IME).

    @JoelBaccas I have never had a phone contract, I use Giffgaff as a no contract service provided and buy my own phone. My latest phone is a factory refurbed iPhone 6s which cost me a couple of hundred quid and is more than good enough for my needs and Giffgaff costs me £12 a month..

    @ThreeUKSupport why the hell would you release a new app that is riddled with errors. I've been a three customer for 2 weeks now and I've already had enough and considering going back to Giffgaff. Tell your tech team to pull their fingers out of their arses and fix it
