    @giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @O2 @giffgaff I am utterly disappointed with the signal for my mobile data I pay £25 a month and cannot be able to use my data because of how slow it is
