@giffgaff Oh thanks so much, only one solution refund my money back on 5 days, so I don't have a phone for a new week. Thanks @dpd_support for your perfect work ... So know you are going to give me a new phone 🤬😤

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

  • Benjakev jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used

  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • LashanStuff Lashan (@LashanStuff) reported from Camberwell, England

@giffgaff There wasn't, the network just slows down to a crawl/stops functioning from congestion levels that are literally a daily occurrence there

  • LashanStuff Lashan (@LashanStuff) reported from Camberwell, England

@giffgaff Service was practically unusable around London Bridge station at 5pm yesterday

  • staylowkae baby wasteman. (@staylowkae) reported from London, England

giffgaff finally back to more data less money but ofc its slow now 😐

  • SoundsWukah Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England

@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

No signal, phone or data here @giffgaff

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

Family visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

  • RitaAdam95 Adam Rita St. (@RitaAdam95) reported from Barnet, England

Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

  • EricDelmore Derek Elmore (@EricDelmore) reported from City of London, England

24hours and still nothing from @officialUKMail and next to nothing from @Giffgaff. As bad as each other.

  • davidchow David Chow (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England

In addition to giving me socks and a money off voucher, @innocent also donated £10,000 to @crisis_uk this Christmas. Add in the £1M pot received from @O2 and @giffgaff from last week's network outage, that's good news to help the homeless this #Christmas

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Ellie_11 As we are an online network, we don't have a telephone number, we're afraid, Lorna. They can top up using a voucher from a shop. Once they have a voucher, they just need to dial 43430 from their phone and follow the instructions on the phone to add the voucher. - giffgaff Emer.

  • EqualWorkplaces Equal Workplaces protect all employees #stayathome (@EqualWorkplaces) reported

@giffgaff Thank you, see @EE @BTGroup this is called responding, maybe you could spend the 1000s you get from each customer a year on doing that.

  • EqualWorkplaces Equal Workplaces protect all employees #stayathome (@EqualWorkplaces) reported

@EE @Ofcom @BTGroup @giffgaff I've had previous horrific experiences with BT who not only can't setup a TV service to save their lives, but they also continued charging after the subscription was cancelled. This is a cowboy operation and are one of the most powerful companies in the UK run by old boys.

@EE @Ofcom @BTGroup @giffgaff I've had previous horrific experiences with NT who not only can't setup a TV service to save their lives, but they also continued charging after the subscription was cancelled. • EqualWorkplaces Equal Workplaces protect all employees #stayathome (@EqualWorkplaces) reported

@EE @Ofcom @BTGroup At the moment @giffgaff are responding more quickly to a potential new customer than @EE / @BTGroup are to an emergency. EE/BT don't care about their customers once they have them and are charging extortionate amounts on 2 year contracts which they fail to supply service for.

  • EqualWorkplaces Equal Workplaces protect all employees #stayathome (@EqualWorkplaces) reported

@giffgaff are you able to take customers without a pac number as @EE aren't responding and due to the ongoing issues with their signal it isn't possible to call them or even emergency services and why I want to change because they are a liability.
