@giffgaff @02 when are you going to fix the phone signal in Nunhead and Peckham? It must be two years it hasn't been working now. My work phones on 02 and personal on giffgaff and I support vulnerable adults in Peckham, and your negligence is affecting that support.

@giffgaff SE15. There's been a mast down in Hither Green (that services Peckham) for about 2 years now and the people round here are sick of your contempt for us as customers. It's O2's responsibility to repair it, but you're still profiting, so pressure them. No response from 02.
