    @giffgaff @02 when are you going to fix the phone signal in Nunhead and Peckham? It must be two years it hasn't been working now. My work phones on 02 and personal on giffgaff and I support vulnerable adults in Peckham, and your negligence is affecting that support.

    Bye bye @giffgaff every time I've tried to use Google maps I lose signal it's goes from 4G to 3G to H+. I am not willing to pay £10 every month for something I cannot use. As I'm sat here tweeting my signal is going again.

    @ giffgaff Hi, I'm looking to leave your network as I need customer support but you have no customer service number, no customer service email and you keep telling me I'm locked out of my account. This is ridiculous.
