@anunknownbaby Hi there. Any time you're not connected to Wi-Fi and have your mobile data turned on, any connection to the internet would be counted, including any apps running in the background. Send us a DM with your full postcode, to rule out any issues in your area. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff is there a problem with the website or is it closed after midnight for purchasing goodybags?

  • Allan_Lunn A (@Allan_Lunn) reported

@giffgaff what would make me change my network would be the ability to use my full plan in Europe without cost. Rather than 20gb limit. I don't understand why a network isn't using this as a marketing tool. As most people travel maybe once or twice a Yr it wouldn't cost much

@timshutt @giffgaff Hi Tim, if it requires eSIM, they should hopefully support that soon.

@SMARTYMobileUK Hi 👋 I have a PAYG physical SIM with @giffgaff. Just been issued with a Pixel 7 work phone by my employer, which supports dual SIM - one physical SIM, one eSIM. But giffgaff don't support eSIM 😔 do you? If so, could I transfer my number to a SMARTY eSIM?
