    @jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

    @giffgaff Hello! Are you a bit slow getting new sim cards out? I ordered one for a relative of mine to get her on to giffgaff, that was on Monday. Got an email to say it’s been sent out first class, but still no sign of it yet.

    Hey @giffgaff - why am I not getting decent signal anymore? I’ve done usual stuff (restarting phone, turning on and off airplane mode etc) but nothing’s changed. Is it O2’s fault? Baffled (and frustrated).

    @xcaseybelcherx @virginmedia My Virgin Media is down, TV + broadband, but weirdly my Giffgaff 4g is mostly down too, comes and goes and is VERY slow. In North Belfast.
