    @YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    @giffgaff your robot that only works during a specific time in the week is annoying me. What's the point? Customers need support. How can I get the help I need?

    @TrickyMcKicky I've 197 lines of data (still awaiting network from 20). GiffGaff, Tesco, iD, Virgin: some named that + "O2" or "EE" but most didn't. So I can't sort properly unless the actual provider is listed. There are 4 Three customers who DID get the alert. So it wasn't a complete ****-up.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @SamRobi90967600 @hewantswealth Yh unlimited data isnt exactly unlimited Giffgaff has a 650GB limit. If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads

    @beckymil1 @ScottGShore I was sat watching the footie with 8 of my mates, literally all on apple but one on O2, I’m on Vodafone a couple on EE, a couple of Three and on giffgaff, some went off, some didn’t, all down to notification and privacy settings
