@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

@thom_horne @giffgaff What I’m saying is companies that leaked data should pay everyone who’s data got leaked compsatjon & fined for it. Whilst people that stole data go to jail. I never asked to be on a spam list. Action fraud don’t do anything except tell you to report it ti them on numbers.

@giffgaff @JebbleG Sadly that rules you out for us. Our mobile signal at home is at best one bar so wifi calling is essential. Voxi have given less than a months notice that they are removing EU roaming due to ‘costs’ but refuse to reduce our plan price to compensate.

@giffgaff Having checked with a colleague, it's the mobile data that is the problem rather than my calls. I renewed my goody bag this morning. Does that help?

@ChericoRoo Hello there, giffgaff uses the O2 network. Our goodybag plans can be used in the EU and selected destinations. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period, with data use capped at 20GB per goodybag. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

@giffgaff You clearly do not under what these "alerts are" these are specific Alert Notifications for 02 WiFi hotspots. Suggesting users need to turn off their WiFi completely is just technical illiteracy. I don't get an Alert Notification every time my phone see's a WiFi network do I

@TeaganTheDog Giffgaff is phone service provider, a MVNO using the O2 network. I don't think they have contracts like networks themselves do.

@giffgaff I can use the WiFi at work which is in the postcode, that's not a problem for me. Just glad that my coverage is working everywhere else and I don't need a new SIM or phone!

@SigniusNetworks Do you have the giffgaff app installed on your device? If you do, then you can disable the Wi-Fi extra there and this should help - giffgaff Nicole
