@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

@giffgaff Thanks for replying Jeanette, I’ve contacted an agent & have an incident number, am waiting for a reply. This is ridiculous, I can’t send my phone back & wait for it to be repaired, I need my phone! I’m in the middle of dealing with solicitors, doctors plus more so MUST have one.

what’s a girl gotta do to get some service i’ve turned aeroplane mode on and off, as well as my phone, i’ve checked the local signal, i’ve tried to get it to connect to a different service and when it didn’t work go back and i’ve reset my network still nothing. help #giffgaff

@giffgaff are there issues with services today as I’m really struggling to send texts, emails and go online , I even had to get my partner to pay one of my bill payment this morning as I couldn’t get on my banking ?? Not usually have any issues (apart from very rarely get 5G)

@lisasevern @EE O2 (giffgaff), pixel 6. To be fair I *only* have 5G at work (in a gigantic hospital) or when I'm away in other cities. I get that hospitals have a big concentration of devices accessing the network, but that has never been a problem for 4G except in massive crowds at pride etc
