    @giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... weโ€™ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... weโ€™ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. Itโ€™s only 11th & weโ€™ve used 18GB already, Iโ€™ve got always on but itโ€™ll slow now...

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded โ€œUpon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed โ€ฆ..โ€,Itโ€™s has nothing to do with my question.

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK โ†’ instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

    @OwenJBlanche Iโ€™d defo get into them about that, including sports but no Films I always bartered them down to ยฃ80, then ยฃ50 for BB and another ยฃ150 for 3 mobiles. Theyโ€™ll get nothing in 6 weeks. Vodafone for BB, ID & Giffgaff for mobiles and Virgin for TV. ยฃ130 all in. And a magic stick
