@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

@EE Is by far the best network out there for me. I’ve had the lot 3,o2,Tesco,giffgaff,Vodafone ect ect and nothing compares to the quality of connection and customer service that EE are giving me. One happy customer! May even treat myself to an iPad in a few months👌🙌👍

@giffgaff After 5 happy years, I’m thinking of switching providers. My mobile data does not work. Anywhere. When out about it does not work. Wherever, even built up areas, signal is dire. Internet is non-existent! I’ve simply had enough of it

@giffgaff Having checked with a colleague, it's the mobile data that is the problem rather than my calls. I renewed my goody bag this morning. Does that help?

@thom_horne @giffgaff What I’m saying is companies that leaked data should pay everyone who’s data got leaked compsatjon & fined for it. Whilst people that stole data go to jail. I never asked to be on a spam list. Action fraud don’t do anything except tell you to report it ti them on numbers.

@giffgaff That's what Voxi said a few months ago though.. Surely with O2 being basically the last provider it will happen sooner rather than later. I also just found out you don't support WiFi calling, game breaker :(

@giffgaff is there a way to disable these really annoying alerts to connect O2 WiFi hotspot every bloody time I drive past one of enter a shop like Sainsbury's that provides these? Or has this crap been hard coded into O2s network & SIM cards ergo GiffGaff ??
