  @giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

  @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

  giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.
