@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

@Viowlett @EE Yeah seems they're pretty awful in Stoke too. Wish I'd stuck with GiffGaff tbh.

@giffgaff It isn’t a problem with my bank. I’ve confirmed this with them. Also when I’ve asked a family member to try on a laptop with a different card, the same issue occurs so it is obviously a problem on your end.

It honestly sucks that you can’t save voicemails in the UK. When I lived in America they saved liked voice messages in the voicemail tab on your phone and even had transcripts. Here you have to call a number and my provider (@giffgaff) deletes them after 30 days. So frustrating.

@giffgaff Hi Jeanette, it was reported to the police at the time. But although a three sim was tried after purchase to ensure it was unlocked, a uk sim was never used as it was used in Dubai after its return. I’m guessing the police had it blacklisted as he made the report only to them!

@7771Jake If it was blacklisted by giffgaff, you would have a giffgaff account Jake. If the phone belongs to someone else, they will need to contact us. If it belongs to you, and you've never been a member, we wouldn't have barred this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Hi, when will the phone mast for G206LE be fixed? Not had signal for a few days now. Thanks

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is terrible. Vodafone have rubbish customer service. Anyone on long term contract when it comes to an end should think 'sim only' monthly commitment. You may need to stick with the service provider for signal strength so... VOXI = Vodafone. Giffgaff = O2, SMARTY = Three

well done, fellow T&H residents. We did right!! (@mpellatt) reported
@NeilCotton @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never, ever, ever take a mobile contract. SIM-free phone plus PAYG or 1-month rolling contract (eg GiffGaff "goodybags") has been cheaper option for literally years now.
