.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@giffgaff I think person needs a PUK code to unlock the phone (he's somehow locked it). The problem is that because we activated the sim for for him, he doesn't have an account with you, so I can't get it from his online account.

@giffgaff Thanks. Unfortunately it just says that the agents are investigating the problem, but I can't say which phone number the problem relates to. There are about 10 attached to that email address.

@LobbyLC @EE Fact check • Giffgaff is not run by o2, it’s run by Gifgaff and they use o2 for their mobile signal • giffgaff,Tesco, sky & o2 all use the same signal so one will not be better than the other • o2 signal in the majority of the uk is very poor compared to EE • EE is better

@giffgaff bought two £20 prepaid vouchers which were supposed to give us 80 mega or whatever bits of data. Had a lot of trouble connecting and then each only lasted about 10 minutes watching Netflix. What a rip off
