I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@Fraulein_Kunst @giffgaff You can't stop it because the voicemail system runs at the network level so you can block a number from calling/texting your phone but not from leaving voicemail on the giffgaff servers. The only solution is to switch off your voicemail by dialling 1626

@LfcMossy (@lfcmossy) reported@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Thanks for replying. I cancelled it the week before last and the app said that it was all done and I had nothing more to do. It’s just disappointing that you follow the steps on the app and they still don’t manage to get the it right. Very poor service.

Nobody's Hero (@At_The_Edge_) reported@giffgaff Had to leave EE because there was hundreds of texts and calls on my usage that was not me also, luckily they were all included in my plan so never cost, I am wondering if there is hundreds of cloned phone numbers being used!?
