    .@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

  • fchaps68 Fiona Chapman**••..** (@fchaps68) reported from Brentwood, England

    @SophieEB @giffgaff @ThreeUK Giffgaff is great and when u go abroad I just buy a local sim and you still use your UK number on wats app. So much cheaper!Obviously only works if your phone is not locked to a particular network tho! X

    *goes to giffgaff (mobile phone service) to buy £10 goodybag, like I've done for months* *£10 goodybag is now "golden"* *tries to buy* Giffgaff: You can't queue golden goodybags, you'll have to set it to recur to do that Me: **** you, I'm buying the £8 one; I barely use data :P

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

    @kelly_tengi Heya, hmm is that just indoors and is the good signal showing from Giffgaff 3G or 4G? If your signal's OK with us outdoors, I'd say it may be because we don't support the 800MHz frequency which can provide better signal indoors, where other providers may do 1/3

  • rachel_j3 Rachel JB (@rachel_j3) reported

    @giffgaff i have DMd you regarding an account issue - please can you get back to me - i am locked out of my account and need to access it urgently

  • TnTofParenthood Leanne (@TnTofParenthood) reported

    Has anyone else had problems with @giffgaff today? My 2 sons and I have had no Wi-Fi all day. Just wondering if it’s down for everyone, localised, or just us?! 😬

  • Bodge_it_all Mr Bodge-it (@Bodge_it_all) reported

    @giffgaff I want to know if I can use mobile broadband without breaching the fair use policy. You want me to make an account in order to ask a question about becoming a customer though - err, no thanks. So, can I use 4 or 5 Gb per day?

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

    @Tedds04 @giffgaff Yes it's a shame but it's not available to any PAYG customers who use O2 (giffgaff's owners) as their network. So O2's own PAYG users don't have it and neither do Tesco Mobile or giffgaff.

  • Tedds04 Tedds04 🇬🇧 (@Tedds04) reported

    @Yorksims @giffgaff That’s awful

  • adamskiodp Adamskiodp (@adamskiodp) reported

    @giffgaff I’ve been with giffgaff for over 7 years and until now have been a very happy customer. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of this 2Step verification (or at least give us the ability to turn it off) I’ve never needed it and I don’t want it😡

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

    @Tedds04 @giffgaff You can't unfortunately,giffgaff don't support Wifi calling.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

    @c_l_dimond Hi Charlotte, a PAC code would only be needed if you are moving to another network. When your new phone arrives you can use the same SIM in it, as long as it is the same size - giffgaff Nicole
