.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@elizaisonfire It was a promotion for Giffgaff. They did a campaign where you could hire 1 of 13 "tools" and if you used it in a video you would get free cell service for a year and a chance to win money. Anyone could enter. Dan choosing the gimp of all the tools was just... him being dinof.

@Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

@giffgaff @Bozibozai Hello, can my number +44 75 2504 8214 be restored? I’m a loyal customer and haven’t received the confirmation email like my friends. Please reactivate it as soon as possible. Thank you! @giffgaff

@giffgaff messaged your team to let them know the mast is still broke in my area and I still have no signal for calls or data use. I have been refunded in the past, now I’m being told to leave - we have several contracts with you and your customer service is usually much better?

@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model

@giffgaff I cancelled in the end. I’ve had zero service and now lost £14. Not very happy honestly. Like getting blood out of a stone. Shocked I don’t even get my money back.
